She was still pinned against the wall, petite figure pressed on her front, aggressive kisses attacking her neck. Jisoo felt Soojoo's hand run up her arm, stopping when she neared her shoulders in order to knead on them, earning a groan from the brunette. "Jesus..."
"What?" Soojoo giggles. Jisoo can clearly smell the alcohol laced with her warm breath. "Not so used to making out with a girl on the hallways?"
Soojoo's hand reached the back of Jisoo's head, pulling her much closer to kiss her lips torridly. Jisoo took the opportunity to grab the girl by the hips and switch their positions, with Soojoo being the one pressed against the wall this time, one leg up and wrapped around the brunette's. The impact of her back being pushed up against the hard surface emitted a soft moan from Soojoo, as well, and Jisoo had a hard time preventing a smirk from forming on her lips.
"Oh, I am." She retorts smugly, feeling a stronger wave of confidence wash over her at the way Soojoo bites her lip and shuts both of her eyes tight as she listens to the brunette's deep, raspy voice. "What's the matter, now? You seem quite tensed." Jisoo leaned in towards the girl's ear, her hand travelling further up Soojoo's bare thigh and caressing soft, porcelain skin, which caused the latter to let out a submissive whimper. "Haven't you been touched in forever?"
Jisoo felt Soojoo's hands reach for either sides of her face, pushing her slightly in order for their gazes to meet. The latter's eyes were unbelievably dark, lips swollen. She ran her tongue through her bottom lip, staring into Jisoo's eyes as she spoke, "Aren't you worried that pretty mouth of yours is becoming a bit rude?"
"Do you care about being rude?" Jisoo mumbles deeply against Soojoo's lips, continously leaning closer and closer until there's almost nonexistent distance in between their faces. Hand raising further up Soojoo's inner thighs, Jisoo had to stop the urge from chuckling amusedly at the sound that came out of Soojoo's slightly parted mouth when she pressed her fingers on the soft, slightly soaked fabric of the girl's underwear. "That's what I thought—"
"Oh!"
The familiar voice successfully startled the two, Jisoo pulling her hand away and taking quick steps back. Meanwhile, she heard Soojoo groan in frustration, reaching down to fix her dress as she turned to face the direction where the voice came from. "Yes?" Her eyes were shooting daggers when she spat out the question harshly.
Chaeyoung, still wide-eyed, swallowed a growing lump in her throat. "I-I, uhh,"
It was bad enough that she was stuttering, yet she couldn't seem to possibly meet gazes with Jisoo as well, who's only staring at her, slightly surprised, but her eyebrow was perked up in question.
Chaeyoung had to admit it put a lot of pressure on her to spit out the right words. In the end, however, she only ended up with a soft, nervous "I'm sorry. I didn't know— I, uhm— I got lost. I-I was looking for the bathroom."
She was looking for the bathroom, but what she didn't expect to be met with, instead, was a sight of Jisoo making out (?) with some girl in the dark, empty hallways of the Kang's newly opened hotel.
(What a pleasant surprise.) Chaeyoung feels an intense twitching on her insides the more she thought about it.
Jisoo furrowed her eyebrows as she continued to study the blonde. Chaeyoung's fingers were fiddling with each other, her gaze uneasy, and everywhere but Jisoo's. She was just about to snap out of it, mouth opening in order to retort, but Soojoo's annoyed scoff suddenly beat her to it.
"Are you kidding me?" She mumbles frustratedly to herself, eyes rolling before meeting Chaeyoung's gaze once again. "It's right down the hall, sweetheart." She responds rudely before sending her a forced smile.
The silence that came after was painful, with Chaeyoung standing frozen on her spot not too far away from the two. Jisoo was unbelievably calm, she observes, her eyes blank as she held a strong gaze towards the slightly uneasy blonde.
Chaeyoung's throat felt so scratchy, that she couldn't even bring herself to tell Soojoo thanks, (or at least just walk away and leave the two of them be so they could finally get back to their business,) and it seemed to push the latter's buttons even more.
"Well?" Soojoo snaps harshly, tone pissed and impatient, it almost made Chaeyoung jump on her spot.
She shook her head, swallowing hard as she forced herself to let out. "Right. I— uhm, thank you."
Heading straight down the hall, both Jisoo and Soojoo's gazes trailed after Chaeyoung, who was only looking down when she passed by them. She didn't even dare to look back towards the brunette, afraid that it might be something Jisoo wouldn't be too happy about.
(She didn't know it actually kind of disappointed Jisoo, instead.)
Jisoo was only pulled out of her thoughts when she felt Soojoo's hand run up her shoulders again, lips nearing the side of her face, "Anyway, where were we?" She mumbles seductively, attempting to bite Jisoo's earlobe as she spoke, but the brunette gently pushed her away all of a sudden, backing up as she fixed her clothes, as well.
"Actually," She sends a now confused Soojoo a small, friendly grin, "Let's just get back inside."

"A glass of scotch on the rocks for your thoughts?" Jisoo hears someone call from behind, the same time a hand lands on her shoulder. She turned to face Lisa next to her, who's holding out a quarter-filled rock glass for her to take. Jisoo had to laugh.
"They serve scotch now, too?" She asks, taking the glass from the Thai. Lisa shrugged.
"Irene wanted to stick with champagne, but you know Seulgi." Jisoo just chuckles lightly before taking a sip. Lisa turned to face her this time. "Seriously, how are you doing, Chu? It's been forever since we talked."
Jisoo tried to play it off with a shrug. "We just talked two days ago, at Momo's charity gala."
"You know what I mean." Lisa insists, and the brunette knew she couldn't escape from her this time.
Jisoo lets out a soft sigh, head shaking. She lets her gaze travel towards the direction where Nayeon was currently seated at, with Jihyo and Daniel keeping her company.
Lisa immediately noticed, so she followed her gaze.
"Uh-huh, exactly. You gotta tell me what is up with that." She turns to face Jisoo again, but the latter's gaze was only glued towards the raven-haired girl from a short distance.
"What do you mean?"
"What do you mean, what do I mean?" Lisa rolls her eyes. Jisoo finally faced her too, genuine confusion evident in her features, making the Thai scoff. "You and Nayeon? I mean, what happened, dude? Last time I checked, she left you with nothing. Nothing."
Jisoo chuckles softly, "That was three years ago, Lali."
"Okay? And then, what, suddenly you guys get back together again after she and Momo break up?"
"What? No." Jisoo glanced at Lisa confusedly. "We're not back together, okay? It's all good, we cleared things up. We're in a good place now."
Lisa didn't want to believe her, but it seemed like Jisoo was telling the truth, anyway, so she chose to just let it go.
"What about your company?"
Jisoo tried not to flinch at that, but she failed, obviously, based on how Lisa's gaze turned worried all of a sudden. She shook it off, forcing a smile when she looked back towards Nayeon's direction once again.
"Actually, about that." Letting out a sigh, Jisoo's voice suddenly turned lower as she spoke this time. "The Im's are willing to help me out."
Lisa's eyes widened, relief evident in her tone when she exclaimed, "Really? Well, that's a good thing, right?"
Jisoo forces a chuckle.
"They're willing to sign and pay above market value, if Nayeon and I get married." She didn't even have to face Lisa anymore to picture how the Thai's jaw drops open at her statement. "They were talking about us, being their ticket to glory, and the power we're gonna hold when our names merge into one. I mean, I don't want the Hirai's to be the ones whom we sell Kim Corp to. But Nayeon— she doesn't have anything to do with all this, you know? And by doing what our parents want us to do, it's like, taking her right to be with the person she loves away from her." She gulps, tearing her gaze away from the raven-haired girl's direction and looking down. "I can't do it to her, Lali. I don't even really know what to do, anymore."
"Well, what did you say? Did you tell them, yes?" Lisa questions nervously.
Jisoo shook her head.
"No. Not yet, at least. Nayeon was willing to do it, because she knew I couldn't bear the idea of working under her ex's wing when Momo actually buys the company from me." She sighed, looking up to meet Lisa's gaze. "But I know she doesn't want to. I'm not blind. I can clearly see that she's only doing this because she feels like she owes me for what she did back then."
"But, you said it yourself. The Im's are paying above market value, and not just that. You get to keep your family legacy and more."
"Right," Jisoo chuckles, biting her lip as she let out quietly under her breath, as if afraid that Lisa might actually hear her say, "But I don't want Nayeon, Lali."
"Oh," Lisa nodded, gaze softening, seemingly able to finally read between the lines.
Silence took over them for a while, Lisa not really knowing what to say. She was still surprised, but nonetheless, she managed to let out a soft, "Wow, I– Shit, that's really tough, Chu. I'm sorry."
Jisoo just chuckled.
She didn't take it personally. If it was the other way around, she was certain she wouldn't really know what to say when Lisa dumps such massive news on her, either. However, when she looked back up, she didn't mean for her gaze to land towards a different direction, away from where Nayeon was. Instead, her eyes fixated on the specific spot where a familiar blonde stood.
Chaeyoung was talking to that guy again, Chanyoung? Chanwoo? Whatever the fuck it even was, (Jisoo wasn't really paying attention.) She was giggling at some dumb shit he whispered in her ear, and Jisoo had to fight the strong urge to blurt out in rage, "Seriously? What the fuck is that guy doing here?"
"What? Who?" Lisa asks confuesdly, causing Jisoo to blink.
Shit, "I said that out loud, didn't I?"
Lisa only narrowed her eyes at the brunette before scanning the room once again until it landed towards Chaeyoung and Chanyeol's direction by the minibar.
Both of Lisa's eyebrows raised, bottom lip jutting out when she turned to face a now frowning Jisoo next to her. She had to hold back a laugh.
"Chanyeol? He was actually supposed to leave for Seoul yesterday, but he says couldn't pass up the opportunity to try asking Rosie out, so he stayed." Lisa pressed her lips in a thin line in an attempt to prevent a teasing smile from forming her lips at the way Jisoo's eyebrows furrowed even more at her statement. "Is that not okay, Chu?"
Jisoo scoffs.
"What do you mean? It's his business. He can ask her out, I don't give a shit."
She's a terrible liar.
Lisa just chose to nod to somehow seem to be in Jisoo's favor, but the question that pops out of her mouth next doesn't really agree with the gesture. "Right. So you're not jealous or anything?"
Jisoo glares at her, and Lisa only raises both of her hands up, seemingly surrendering.
"Gotcha."
