I woke to the sound of rain outside. Wolfpaw was still asleep next to me. I nudged him awake."Remeber we are on Dawn Patrol. Get Gempaw." I said streching. I slid down the tree to the bottom. Few warriors were awake. PollenFall was talking to DarkShadows. I padded over to her. " Are we doing the patrol?" PollenFall jumped at the sound of my voice. Her fur bristled as she turned around. " Don't you see im talking to a real Warrior." She said hastily. I hissed and slid my claws in and out of the ground. " Im sorry I thought you were talking to your shadow." I hissed turning around.Wolfpaw trotted over to me, with Gempaw at his heels. " Were here, when are we leaving?" He asked cooly. " Soon, once PollenFall stops complaing about me." I said coldly. I turned to the nursery to see HazelWing Slide out of it. He padded past me. " What happend?" I asked quietly. " PoppyStorm's kits are here." She said yawning. " Tell CremePaw to take her some herbs.' She said padding of to her den. CremePaw walked out of the elders den. I starred at my brother. He had a nice mentor and everything easy. " CremePaw!" I called. He turned his head to my voice. " Coming!" He said jumping over the small rivier in the camp. He padded over to me. " Yes Rosepaw?" He asked poietly. " HazelWing wants you to bring some herbs to Poppystorm." I said turning away from him. I had never felt so sad turning away from him. Never do I ever have time to spend with him. He is always so busy. Why couldn't he be a warrior? Than we could train together. I ran over to the patrol that was now leaving.Wolfpaw was talking to his mentor, IcyTuft. I could feel CremePaw's gaze bruning into my pelt. I padded over to WolfPaw.IcyTuft greeted me. " Hello Rosepaw, whats wrong?" I guess any cat could see I was sad. " I never get to spend any time with CremePaw." I said sighing. Wolfpaw butted into my shoulder. " Hey don't be sad, you dont get into fights at least." That just made me sadder. " I would rather have the fights than nothing at all." I said sadly. IcyTuft Broke my thoughts. " IceClan!" He hissed. My pelt Bristled as i smelt their scent. " IceClan attack!" Someone screeched.

Chaos erupted around us. I launched myself at a young grey and white tabby tom. I batted his ears with  unseathed claws.He kicked me off his chest. I charged back at him and leapt on his back. I lached on and bit his scruff. He screeched with anger and tried to throw me off. I let go of his scruff and bit his ear. He screeched anf flung me off. I hit the ground with a thump. He charged over to me and swept his claw  across my ear.I screeched and niped at his front paw. Within an instant he was pinning me down. His once clean pelt was coverd and dirt and scratches. I leapt up and raked my claws down the side of his face.He fell backwards with pain, it was just enough time for me to get up. I leapt on his back and bit his scruff again. He flopped on the ground, crushing me. I clawed at his back with my claws. He lapt up with a hiss of pain. Pawsteps crashed through the bracken and ferns as another patrol of Stormclan arrived. The young tom limped towards me, his pelt bristling with anger. I charged to him with unsteady paws. His green eyes blazed with anger. " So, you wanna paly that way." He hissed. I screeched and crashed into him.He raked his claws down my side. I didn't feel pain. I turned around and kicked him. At that same moment Iceclan started to retreat. He turned his head to me and took off running. Pain finaly hit me like a wave. I breathed in deeply. Finaly that stupid cat left.
