In my world the sun don't shine
The rainbow don't fly
And the clouds don't pass by
And the moon don't come
How am I still doing fine?
Impossible not to find
A reason to cry
Plenty of reason why you're not mine
Give me a reason to fight
I tried but still
Can't get it right
In my world it's not that bright
Nothing good is ever in sight
Maybe I've gone blind
Or maybe all the has taken over the light
Now all I see is black and white
The best bark comes with a bite
Push me and I might
I'm a little mean so I deserve to die?
Deserve to be crucified?
I used to want to take flight
Now I just wait for the night
To sit in the dark
Where people won't be around
So I may blanken my mind
And fill it up
With reasons why I once cried
And make myself, so strong
That I'll forget I ever cried
And learn to never cry
And I'll find peace
In my grey world
