Yep, I made a new tribe because I felt like it, a'right?

The example above is my newly created OC, Hecate.

So, let me launch into a whole biography on ArcWings:

ArcWings are a never before seen tribe; how would they be, seeing as they aren't even from Pyrrhia. The prefix Arc- is a shortened version of arcane, meaning "understood by few." The suffix -Wing is, well, wing.
Now, this next part will get a little confusing. In the last couple of chapters in Darkstalker Legends, I believe, is a paragraph stating that Clearsight, as a dragonet, dreamt about exploring and finding an island called The Lost Continent. When she is at Darkstalker's home, she notices a scroll titled "Myths of the Lost Continent." After betraying and imprisoning Darkstalker, she might have decided to go and find it. In her visions, she sees animals she'd never seen before, as well as colorful dragons of tribes not known by her. (Credit to Wings of Fire Wikia)
So, this is one of my tribes, from the continent. They will appear in my book, so, adventure(yay!).
These dragons are very tribal, as you can see by the markings. They are also religious, believing in the light goddess, A'itunala. The markings are their own language, but they aren't just that; they tell their story. I won't get into that because it'll be long.
They are magical, per say. Unlike animus, they're powers are limited - and not by the loss of their souls - but by the little feather-like thing on their chests. This ornamental item that floats above their hearts holds magic that is bestowed upon them by the light goddess herself, but only to be rationed by three fundamental uses.
That seems to be all in the beliefs, so I'll launch into appearance.
They're colors vary greatly in patterns and such, but the iconic similarity in their designs is the dark hues and colors that run up their snout and down their spines. They become lighter as you progress to the talons, but their backs are always darker than the base.
They have no pupil but they appear blind, and that is due to the fact they have a "second sight." Through this sight they can see a certain *cough* dimension, but I won't spoil anything.
The tribe is often referred to as "angels" due to their feathered wings and kindness, as they believe in peace and serenity.

This is a closed species. Absolutely no one has any rights to this fan tribe, and if it is found that you have, there will be consequences.
Q: Why is it a closed species?
A: It took me forever to come up with this for it just to be shared? Not a chance. I also know, for a fact, that someone would end up whining that the design is too complicated.
