2 months later

The next semester started,means the life of the both boys gets a lot more busier. As they are seniors in their campus and have to graduate this year that means they have to study ten times more than before because it just that hard. College life isn't simple and full of struggles which everyone goes through though the relationship might not be going too well.

Taehyung and Jeongguk are now in a relationship,everyone knows that and loves that for them. Good for them,they are really happy with eachother. Stealing kisses here and there,knowing the other won't mind is just such an great feeling. Hugging your partner and showing affection to them anytime you want because that's just how much they spoil eachother with their love. This is the best part of the relationship,they have been going so strong ever since they'd started to date but last few weeks have been a little different.

We are now two whole month after they both got in the relationship. First few weeks were as I said,really great but as the semester started and all the work load fell upon on them it just wasn't the same anymore. Both of them have been studying a lot as they are both A+ grade students,they need to work a lot more harder than usual to secure that grade. Which is why their hanging out with eachother has lessen.

Taehyung has been the one only trying to reach out to Jeongguk most of the time. They both don't meet a lot in the campus as they hardly cross eachother path and if they are to,just small greeting,no kisses not anything because they don't have time for it. It makes him so much sad but he can't even blame Jeongguk anymore.

Jeongguk has been really busy,he wakes up at early in the morning since his whole schedule got changed and now most of his classes are morning class which he hates whoever put this hell of a schedule on him. He attends his class and most of the time he is done by 3 pm. After that he eats a little and does the projects he has with other students,so he has to meet with them in cafes and sometimes his apartment. After that he goes to his part time job which starts at 6 pm till 9 pm,all tired from that he comes home and he has to do the assignments that are all piling up till 12. After that he has no more energy,he just passes out on his bed.

He has no more energy to open his phone and check everything that is going on and to check how  his lovely beautiful boyfriend is doing who he hasn't sat down with and just have their moment for about whole two weeks now. They barely see eachother in the day. Jeongguk doesn't want it to be taken wrong way but this is the reason he doesn't wanted to do relationship. Don't take it the wrong way,Jeongguk likes Taehyung-heck scratch that- he might even love Taehyung already,it might be too soon but he doesn't care he loves that boy a lot. He is all over him but Jeongguk doesn't have time to pay attention to him.

He is busy the whole day and tired as fuck when he gets time. He barely shows any interest him in him, when they cross eachother paths or accidentally meet because they are in a rush. He can't give his lover the attention he deserves. He doesn't like it all,he knows Taehyung might be thinking about it and he hates that,he might get a wrong idea. He knew this was going to happen and that's why he was so against dating someone but fuck Kim Taehyung only comes to you once in your life and he couldn't let that chance go. All he hopes is the best for himself now. The college is stressing him enough he doesn't need more stress.

"Jiminie..I'm so worried about us,me and Jeongguk I mean" Taehyung pouted as he mentioned it to his friends. Jimin raised his eyebrows in confusion,he thought they were doing okay?

"Why? Is he cheating on you?!" Jimin was ready to kill Jeongguk right there until Taehyung shook his head in fear.

"No no ofcourse not. He has been just so busy recently,I get it it's really hard attending college as a senior and then work part time too. It's really hard but I just..miss him a lot and its been almost two weeks since we like went on a date or just hang out with eachother,like even if we meet it's just hi or hello and off to the classes or wherever he is going" Taehyung pouted,he was really sad as he told all this to Jimin. He missed Jeongguk alot more than he thought he did.

"Tae I'm sorry this is happening to u but you should understand him too. He can't help it can he...unless- no never mind" Jimin quickly stopped saying whatever he was going to say,making Taehyung a little suspicious,he now wants to know what he has to say.

"What Jimin? Unless what?"

"Nothing Taehyung just leave it" Jimin tried to shrug it off but it was hard when Taehyung was literally giving him the cold eye,demanding the answer from him.

"No tell me,what are you hiding from me? I'm your soulmate you should tell me everything so tell me unless what?" Taehyung questioned him,kind of persuading him to tell what is up, Jimin took a deep breath and spoke up.

"Just don't take whatever I'm saying too seriously. I'm just making assumptions...I was going to say unless he is doing this on purpose"

"Wait what...what do you mean Jimin?" Taehyung was kind of getting a little scared to know now.

"I mean what if he is purposely avoiding you??"

"My Gukkie won't do that why do you think that?" Taehyung was quick to defend him and Jimin wasn't even surprised,he knew he liked the boy a lot to see any faults in him....thats if he had any.

"Taehyung,are you sure Jeongguk is faithful to you?" Jimin asked a really serious question,making Taehyung eyes soften and he felt a frown coming on his face,a stiff feeling in his chest.

"W-why Jimin? Is he cheating on me? He won't do that right?" Taehyung said,his voice trembled a bit. Jimin eyes widened as he saw how close his friend was to crying. Jimin quickly shook his head,not wanting to trigger any past events.

"No no!! I mean I don't know. You said he doesn't give time to you at all and that's because he is busy but is he really as busy as he tells he is? Because I saw him with this guy,he is a really popular guy ugh what was his name....Dowon,yes that music major,I think he also shares some of his classes with Jeongguk and I have been seeing him a lot with Jeongguk like almost everywhere, I see them on campus walking together,I saw them in that cafe like they stayed there for two whole hours just laughing and stuff,he might just be a friend Taehyung don't stress it" Jimin explained for him what he has been witnessing from past few days.

How can he just tell him all that information and then proceed to say that he shouldn't stress it,how can he not 'stress it' when his boyfriend has been hanging out with some dude more than he hangs out with him. Taehyung knows he should trust Jeongguk more and don't just jump to conclusion but after all that is happening right now,he doesn't know what to do anymore.

"I don't know Jimin,what if he is tired of me already? I mean he told me he will try us out and that was all because I liked him first and he didn't want to seem bad so he just went along with me..I just-I just" Taehyung stopped,he was being too paranoid,he doesn't know what he should do. Jimin was regretting telling Taehyung now because it might not even be that big of a deal.

"Hey Taehyung,it's okay please breath. It isn't like that okay,he likes you genuinely and you know that. Please just try to text him and ask him to meet up or something?" Jimin suggested,trying to give bestfriend relationship advice despite being single himself.

"..he doesn't answer my texts" Taehyung muttered,audible enough for Jimin to understand.

"Then go to his apartment,you know where he lives right? You know his schedule,just see when he is free and surprise him in his apartment. Talk with him and sort it out,okay? It will be all okay Tae,don't worry too much. We both know how much your boyfriend likes you,you have nothing to worry about okay?" Jimin tried to comfort Taehyung,giving him hope there is nothing to worry. Taehyung just believe him and hoped for the best too.

"I can't afford to lose him too Jimin,I think...I think I might be in love with him" Taehyung confessed,looking down in his lap. Jimin was obviously shocked,Taehyung dropped the l word bomb and he couldn't believe,he was just really happy for his best friend.

"How long have you been liking him for now? Almost a year?" Jimin asked him.

"Yep almost a year,I know we have only been dating for two months but I just have never felt his happy with anyone chim,not even Hoseok made me this happy. I just really hope we fix this"

"I am glad to hear that Taehyung,I'm so happy for you. Go and get your man,I'm rooting for you"

Taehyung parked his car in the parking lot of the apartment complex. It was almost 4:30 pm,he checked Jeongguk's schedule and he has been free since 3pm so he must be in his apartment...hopefully. He locked his car as he got out it. He put his phone inside his pocket as he was thinking of ringing Jeongguk up but he changed his mind. He walked into the big building and got inside.

He walked toward the elevator which was almost empty,just some two guys next to him,whispering. Taehyung pressed their button of Jeongguk's floor. After some seconds,the elevator dinged,the metal doors opened. Taehyung got out and walked to younger's home,he has been here a lot after they started to date so he obviously remembers it,as he reached the door, he wrote in the password for the door to open which Jeongguk told when the last time he came over like few weeks ago.

(A/n: I know I said Jeongguk used keys to open his door but now it's a password so deal with it)

The door unlocked as Taehyung got inside. He closed the door and greeted a empty living room,nice to see no more roommates making out anymore. He looked over at Jin room and the door was wide open,revealing nobody inside,that means Jin isn't home. He looked at Jeongguk door and it was fully closed. Jeongguk should be home.

He walked to his door,not making too much sound, he suddenly heard some sounds like talking and laughing come from inside the room. He furrowed his brows,already feeling a little insecure. his heart was thumping like crazy as he was scared. He grabbed the door handle and opened the door with it. Just to reveal that his boyfriend was indeed home and he was...indeed not alone.

There was Jeon Jeongguk,sitting on his bed as there was this other guy,Dowon sitting right next to him. Dowon was looking at Jeongguk with this seductive smile,Jeongguk looking back at him,both maintaining an eye contact with these stupid smiles on their faces.

Just as the heard the door open,both of their heads looked abruptly towards the door to see Taehyung standing there,looking so obviously hurt,his eyes speak so many emotions. Taehyung looked over at Jeongguk who looked surprised to see Taehyung standing at his door and the wrong idea he got.

"Sorry to interrupt" Taehyung gave them a fake smile and proceeded to close the door. How hurt he was so obvious from his voice.

"Wait Taehyung!" Jeongguk yelled his name out as he quickly got up and ran after Taehyung. He opened his room door and saw he was so close to getting out but before he could open the door and get out,he grabbed Taehyung wrist and stopped. Taehyung stopped on his steps and looked back at Jeongguk,he was glaring at him with rage in his eyes.

Dowon noticed this thick tension and realised this is not a good time to do what he was here for, so he took his things and went to living room,he saw the Taehyung glaring at Jeongguk and saw how bad the situation was and best decision was to leave. He quickly bowed a little to Jeongguk and made his way out of the apartment,he will come some other time because today is not ok anymore.

"Jeongguk please let me go" Taehyung said,refusing to look at Jeongguk anymore. He tried to remove the younger's grip from his wrist but it was hard as the older was stronger.

"No I won't,Tae. Whatever you saw is not what you think,it's not that at all" Jeongguk tried to defend himself but it only made Taehyung scoff,obviously not buying it.

"Oh yeah? So you weren't having such a great time with him? You haven't been spending more time with him these last two weeks than you did with me? Is that not true Jeongguk tell me!" Taehyung demanded an answer form Jeongguk,who knew the half of the stuff Taehyung was said was actually true.

"It's true Taehyung but you know how busy I am-" before he could even continue what he was saying. Taehyung cut him off.

"Busy?! You are busy Jeongguk?! Is this what you call being busy?! You are here hanging out with that guy,Jimin saw you everywhere with him. You have time to spend with him but you don't have time to reply to my one text message?!? How is this being busy Jeon Jeongguk?!" Taehyung exclaimed as he raised his voice. Jeongguk hated this,he hated this a lot. He doesn't want to fight with Taehyung,he really doesn't.

"I'm so sorry Taehyung,i really am really fucking sorry for not replying to your texts and not being with you but I mean it when I say I was really not doing it on purpose,I do not hang out with Dowon because I want to,it's 'cause I have to,Tae please understand. He is my project partner for music class,which is why we are together most of the time,I have to be with him for the grade as this one really matters" Jeongguk explained his side a little,he doesn't want to loose Taehyung not over this but this conversation is making him pretty heated up too.

"Fine Jeongguk,Ok he is your partner or whatever the fuck but do you know when was the last time we talked properly? Two weeks ago,we have never been in touch with eachother ever since,every night I just missed you so much,I texted you so many times but you didn't even saw it,it hurt me so much Jeongguk sure you were busy but please atleast see my texts! You could have taken a small break just to reply to me. You don't even talk to me whenever we cross the path,just simple hello's and then you are gone,I'm your boyfriend not a classmate. It's just hurts to see me you give more attention to a nobody and not even replying to me,is he more important than me?" Taehyung explained it all,just how hurt he was from everything that was happening recently. Taehyung tone was so sad and he was genuinely hurts from everything and Jeongguk just doesn't know what to say.

"What can I do Taehyung?! What can I do?! I am barely getting time for myself,how can I respond to you?! This is why I was so against dating anyone before I graduate Taehyung,I have to make money in order to survive Taehyung,you won't know how that works. This is why I didn't wanted to date you" just before Jeongguk knew,he fucked up. As if Taehyung wasn't any hurt before,he was feeling more than hurt,he felt his heart broke. This is what the man he is inlove with thought of him like that? He felt pathetic.

"So this is it,isn't it? This is what you have been feeling about me all this time. It's what I am in your eyes,a rich spoiled kid who doesn't know how to make his own money,who was born with a silver spoon and never had to struggle. You are not wrong I'm all of that. But did I really force you to like me Jeongguk? Did i? You should have just said that before everything happened Guk" Taehyung was crying,his eyesight was getting blurry as a lot of tears were rushing out of his eyes.

"Wait Taehyung no I didn't mean it like that-"

"Keep i-it,Jeongguk. You said it yourself,you never wanted to date me,you are probably doing this because you felt pity for me. It's okay gukkie,you are free now here you don't have to force yourself to like me anymore,you don't have to date a brat like me anymore,I hope I Atleast made you a little happy,we are over" Taehyung wiped his tears,trying to control his emotions. He removed Jeongguk loosened grip form his wrist and walked out of the apartment,feeling so so heartbroken. He didn't looked back once and walked to back to his car so he can go home and cry.

Jeongguk didn't know why did he let him go? He wanted to stop him but he knows he fucked for real this time. He felt his knees go weak as he fell on the group. Tears leaving his eyes too,Kim Taehyung,the man he loves,broke up with him. Just because Jeongguk said some dumb shit. He never wanted to say it,he said in the heat of the moment, he loves Taehyung and he has to be one of the best thing that happened to him. Now he lost him.

"Guk,I heard yelling and crying is everything ok- oh my god guk,are you okay?" Jin asked as he entered the living room,he was in the bathroom all this time. He saw Jeongguk crying on their living room,so he quickly went next to him to comfort him.

"Guk talk to me what happened?"

"He b-broke up with me hyung,he l-left me,I don't want him to leave me hyung,i fucked up he will never want me back anymore" Jeongguk said inbetween his sobs. It was really hard for him,you could say this is the first time he had a this painful breakup because most of his previous relationships were ended with a mutual decision. 

Jin knew everything about this situation is so weird because taehyung and Jeongguk breaking up within a month of just dating,didn't sit well with him. It was unbelievable as these two were literally so inlove with eachother it was really obvious. he knows something is wrong but for now he will just comfort the guy since he knows how hard it must be for him.
