The winter break started thankfully. Taehyung was waiting for this day ever since this whole semester started because wow,this past months have been a ride. He means that in a good way.

Just as Taehyung thought he could go to his home,lay down comfortably in his warm bed,have a good sleep or just watch some movie with something hot to eat with it in this cold weather,he realised he couldn't do that. It was all because of secret Santa,just like everyone,he has to buy the gift last minute now. They are meeting tomorrow for the gift opening and stuff,yet he still hasn't bought a gift. If it wasn't Jeongguk who he has to give a gift to,he wouldn't have worried this much.

He feels weird if he will go to the mall alone. Unfortunately, Jimin has a train today to home,he is going back to Busan for Christmas to spend it with his family,he didn't even came for secret Santa so Jimin can't come. He should call her other Bestfriend,Sooyoung, who has been too busy with her lover nowadays as they barely meet,she is with her 24/7.

He took his phone,unlocked it and called her. After some few rings,she finally picked it up.

"Hello?"

"Hello,where are you right now?" Taehyung went straight to the point.

"I'm out,in a restaurant why?"

"Ah,with who?"

"Who do you think?" Sooyoung let out a chuckle,he knows she is smirking on the other line.

"Yeri? Oh my god wow" Taehyung's as surprised at how much time they both are spending with each-other nowadays.

"Yes,by the way I have to tell you something"

"What..?"

"She said yes, Kim Yerim is officially my girlfriend" Joy told Taehyung,happiness flooding in her voice. Taehyung gasped,fucking finally.

"Oh my god Sooyoung what the fuck? That's huge!! A win for lesbians bitch. Does Jimin know?" He questioned her,still couldn't believe it.

"Nope,I wasn't going to tell you too today. I was thinking of telling you tomorrow and Jimin probably later but I think I will call him once he reaches Busan. Anyway, why did you called me?" Sooyoung went back to the reason why Taehyung called her.

"Well I was thinking of going to the mall to buy a gift for love of my life,Jimin is going to Busan and I don't want to ruin your first date as a couple so I think I have go alone" Taehyung sighed. She could picture Taehyung pouting like a baby from the other side so she suggested something.

"Take Jeongguk with you?"

"Are you crazy? Why will I take him?" Taehyung scoffed at the ridiculous suggestion.

"He doesn't know you got him,does he?"

"No Ofcourse not"

"Then just take him. Ask for his opinion on the gift,you will get the perfect gift and more time to spend with him,a win for you on both sides. Fuck the surprise factor of the gift,let's look at where more profits are" What she said got points though. Taehyung decided to give her suggestion a chance.

"Fine I will text him,you go now have fun with your girlfriend. We need to meet her though"

"Ofcourse you will,I am going to meet Yeri friends soon too so I will make sure she meets you both losers too, by the way do you remember that pretty as fuck Senior,what was her name again....IRENE!" She exclaimed.

"How can I forget her? I even had a tiny little crush on her"

"Well,she is a lesbian. She is dating the dance major, Kang Seulgi. She is really pretty too,she is a pansexual. They are both Yeri's friend,can you believe I'm going to have dinner with the hottest girls in the campus?!?"

"You have a girlfriend now,keep it in your pants. Also Irene one isn't really surprising. She glared at every single boy who made a move on her and was all smiley around girls so I get it. You are a lucky bitch,I will love to be friends with her friends,so let's all have lunch someday? You know with my baby,Jimin's manager crush, you and your girlfriend's lesbian cult. It would be fun"

"Bitch did you just called us a cult-"

"-Ok bye I love you" Taehyung cut her off,hanging up the phone as he giggled later on, it was fun to tease her,the reaction she gives is worth teasing her. He quickly opened the messages app and decided to text Jeongguk,taking Sooyoung's suggestion in consideration.

Jeongguk and Taehyung entered the big mall. They were greeted with a lot of people in the mall and different types of shops in every side. It's Christmas in just some days so it's explains why this place is so crowded. Just as Taehyung was going to start walking around,he felt Jeongguk hands brush against his and eventually Jeongguk grabbing onto the older's had,holding his hand. Taehyung looked at their hands and then back at the younger's face in a very confused gaze.

"So you won't get lost" Jeongguk replied when he saw Taehyung looking all confused. Taehyung chuckled and gave him a heart warming smile.

"I am not kid Gukkie"

"Well I'm still not leaving it,lead the way Tae" Jeongguk shrugged. Taehyung decided to leave it because Honestly? He likes holding hands with Jeongguk.

They both started to walk towards different shops,trying to figure out what should Taehyung buy. The money is obviously not the problem. There is no budget,if he likes something he will for sure buy it but nothing special is in this shop so he doesn't know what he should buy. Just as he was walking pass by,looking at the displays of every shop. He was finally here,in his personal favorite brand,Gucci.

Jeongguk swears just walking pass by all these big brands made him feel poor. Oh to be this rich to actually buy something from here. Jeongguk and Taehyung both stopped infront of the Gucci store,Taehyung made his way in with Jeongguk following behind him.

Just as he got in,a very expensive smell entered his nostrils. when something smells so...elegant? You know it's going to be expensive. This is how this place smelled. Luxury items all around them and expensive things hanged and displayed. The employees greeted them,as one particular employee came towards them and smiled at them,especially Taehyung. She quickly approached Taehyung and both gave eachother a hug. Jeongguk was confused,are they friends?

"Hyena! Hi" Taehyung greeted her with a big smile on his face.

"Taehyung Oppa,its been awhile since you came back here. I see you are here with a guest" Hyena said,making both of them shift their gazes towards Jeongguk who had no idea what to say.

"Oh yeah,Hyena this is Jeongguk,my...friend And Gukkie this is hyena,I come here a lot so because of that we just became friends" Taehyung introduced both of them. Hyena took Jeongguk hands and shook it,as a nice gesture.

"So who are you here for? Yourself or your friend??"

"I am here for actually a gift but Jeongguk will try the clothes on,so please show us your best" Taehyung told her. Jeongguk shit his head towards and pointed towards himself.

"Wait me? Why will I try it on?" Jeongguk who was a little confused ask Taehyung.

"Because the one who I am buying it for,has...a...similar body as yours,so it would be nice if it's the right size" Taehyung explained to him,trying not to tell him the real reason. Jeongguk without arguing more,understandingly nodded.

"Ok then,I will show you our new items,some of them are so good and actually not that expensive but Ofcourse nothing is expensive for you" Hyena joked around as she was leading the way to those special items.

"Oh come on,you know I don't like to throw my money at anything,I'm not like those rich brats" Taehyung told her off. Hyena obviously didn't meant it like that.

"I know Oppa,I was just joking around" She playfully punched Taehyung as both of them laughed. They were both walking side by side with Jeongguk following behind them. Jeongguk won't lie he felt kinda jealous of how these two were so close with eachother and just laughing around,ignoring his existence.

Taehyung started to check out multiple clothes,as he took some of the shirts and jackets,handing it to hyena. It was hard finding good items which were worth the price.

"Jeongguk how about you try and change in these,if you don't like any of them just tell me" Taehyung gave one of the shirts to Jeongguk.

"Does it matter if I like it? I mean it's not for me?"

"No no it really matters,you have a nice...sense of fashion Jeongguk so your opinion will be very much appreciated" Taehyung tried to convince him to tell him his thoughts. He wants to give the younger Atleast something he will actually wear. Jeongguk nodded understandingly,he went towards the changing room and started to change.

After a whole hour in that store,they finally found some good things to wear. With bunch of "it's too tight","this doesn't feel good","this one is just straight up ugly". They finally bought two shirts and one jacket,for all in total it was 1700$,yes they spend that much money on three things. Jeongguk was honestly surprised of how much the total was because he could buy ten more shirts with that amount. Whoever will get those things is lucky because honestly they are actually nice despite the price.

With the bag on his one hand,Taehyung this time,took Jeongguk hands In his. Intertwining their hands with eachother,Jeongguk tried to hide his stupid smile as both of them exited the store.

"Oh god,that took a lot of time but Atleast I got this thing covered" Taehyung complained but still satisfied in the end.

"Do you think...that girl likes you?" Jeongguk blurred out without realising. He shouldn't have asked this. He must seem too involved in Taehyung now.

"Who? Hyena? Obviously not,why will you think that?" Taehyung asked him out of curiosity.

"I don't know,she was just touching you a lot and being too friendly I don't know,don't mind me I'm just overthinking" Jeongguk completely let his opinion die. Taehyung laughed at how cute younger was.

"Well,I would have thought that too honestly but Hyena has a boyfriend so I don't think so she likes me" Taehyung told him,Jeongguk cheeks heat up in embarrassment. He wanted to bury himself.

"So he was jealous of hyena? That's cute" Taehyung thought to himself,getting too ahead of himself.

"Wow I'm so stupid aren't I?"

"Not really,come on Gukkie let's eat something now,I'm so hungry. What do you want for lunch?" The older asked him,exiting the mall now since they don't want to eat from the food court. Their hands still locked.

"I have this place I go to usually,it's really good,how about we go there?" Jeongguk suggested to him. Taehyung raised his eyebrows and gave him a nod.

"Sounds good? Lead the way Jeon" He called him from his surname,a chuckle followed. They were in the parking lot of the mall. They found the car and went towards it. Taehyung unlocked the car as both of them got inside. Driving off to this place Jeongguk was talking about.

"You are not paying this time!" Jeongguk declared.

"What do you mean I am not? I asked you to come with me so I'm paying!" Taehyung replied,he will not let Jeongguk pay. They were already in this restaurant and it was really nice. It was a local one,which is good they don't want something expensive. It had a nice vibe to it and the smell of food In here was mouth watering. They both have already ordered and were just now waiting for their food to arrive.

"Nope,come on Taehyung don't be like that. It's only fair that I should pay" Jeongguk argued with him,despite being really broke. He really wants to treat Taehyung to lunch even if he has to eat ramen the whole day tomorrow.

"Fine,can I ask you something?" Taehyung gave up on arguing so he decided he wanted to ask him something. Jeongguk hummed.

"What gift did you got your secret Santa?" Taehyung asked him. Jeongguk nervously laughed because he actually got nothing for Taehyung. So he doesn't know what he should say.

"Good question"

"Come on,you can tell me that? Why? is it something so special you want it to be a surprise??" Older wasn't going to change the topic. He wants to know because younger already know his gift.

"It's...Uh..actually not special at all? Like I don't know,just wait another day. You will know what is it tomorrow" Jeongguk says to him,taking a sip from his drink. He doesn't know what he should buy,even if he knows what to buy it is out of his budget. He might seem calm from outside but he is freaking out from inside. His luck he got fucking Taehyung,the richest guy in the whole campus,what can satisfy him?

"Boo! You already know mine,that's not fair but ok I guess"

"Since our food is taking so long,how about we play 21 questions?" Jeongguk suggested since he was getting bored and he needed to change the topic too.

"Sound good,I will go first. How much do you workout?" Taehyung question made Jeongguk laugh a little. He saw the older admiring his muscles.

"That's a very nice question, I workout everyday for 3 Hours. Atleast I'm not like full buffed up like those scary looking guys" Jeongguk answered him,shrugging.

"I'm glad you are not,your body is what I want my body to be.Honestly, like tiny waist, thick thighs, toned up whole body, not to seem like a creep but this one time I saw you lifting your shirt up for some reason and wow you got some nice packs there" He complimented his body. Jeongguk felt his cheeks heat up a little,he is never good with compliments even though most of them are about his-built by god himself-body.

"Thank you hyung,I really work hard for this. My turn,now how are you so beautiful?" Jeongguk definitely didn't planned to ask this but when he saw Taehyung just smiling and with his eyes all opened up,a tint of blush on his cheeks, He was thankful he did. He loved seeing the older flustered.

"Shut up,don't boost my ego~" he whined.

"Hey it's the truth,I have probably said this before but you have to be the most handsome and pretty guy I have ever met" this much compliments might gift Taehyung a heart stroke.

"Thank you so much,that's so sweet. Thanks to my parents I guess,for making me this beautiful. God I don't know why,but compliments coming from you seems more genuine" Taehyung knew exactly why,he is biased and likes this boy a lot so compliments hit different when it's coming from someone you like.

"It's the truth,your turn" Jeongguk said,he followed Taehyung eyes which were on his hands,his tattooed hand. He thinks,he know what the next question might be.

"How many tattoos do you have?" This was just all out of curiosity and not because of Taehyung's thirst,yeah Ofcourse. That's the question Jeongguk was expecting. Jeongguk moved his hand closer to Taehyung so he could see.

"I have my whole hand,as you can say see, tattooed and my whole right arm has multiple tattoos. Every single tattoo of mine means a lot to me,I decided to get them for myself Thats why you don't see me wearing t-shirts or tank top or this-"he pointed toward his arm "-will attract a lot of attention."

"It's honestly so cool Gukkie,I never told you But I think tattoos are so fucking hot and I won't lie,these makes you more you" Taehyung without realising took Jeongguk hand in his own and admired his tattoos. Oh how much he would love this wrapped around his- yeah nope he shouldn't dream about that already.

" I can tell you like them a lot,I see you staring at them a lot"

"Oh my god does that make you uncomfortable?"

"Honestly? Not really I think it's cute,you are cute" jeongguk was literally shamelessly flirting with him without realising and then he thinks he doesn't like him.

"Oh my god stop~~ it's your turn shoot your question"

"When is your birthday?" Jeongguk asked randomly,already running out fo questions.

"December 30th!" Taehyung claimed.

"That's really close,am I going to be invited to your birthday bash?" Jeongguk chuckled after calling it birthday bash.

"Ofcourse,you are going to be invited to my 'birthday bash'. I don't know what I will do this time. Might throw a little party in my apartment with just close friends of mine and if my parents have time they can come too" Taehyung spoke,a little sad tone in the end,Which Jeongguk did noticed.

"You dont get to see your parents often do you?"

"Nope,I only seem them one or twice a month ever since I moved out,my parents are both very busy considering their status, so I am not that close with them either. I miss them and my little sister a lot. What about you?" Taehyung told him about his family. He definitely feels like he is a lot closer to Jeongguk now.

"I also see them rarely,only in holidays or sometimes when I found time. They live in Busan so it's harder to go to them. I'm glad Christmas is close,I will probably take a train to busan day after tomorrow. I love my parents a lot,they did a lot for me,I don't want to burden so I pay for my own living expenses. It's all nice,sometimes it get hard but Jin hyung is like a brother to me,so whenever I feel overwhelmed I talk to him" Jeongguk told him about his situation. Taehyung respect for Jeongguk just raised up.

"You are such a perfect son Gukkie,that's so sweet. Where do you work though?"

"I work at the cafe near campus,it's very famous. I usually have nightshifts there. I have one last shift today too. Namjoon hyung,the manager gave me off for Christmas which I'm so glad for" Jeonghuk mentioned his manager hyung who he really likes.

"Oh my god I know what cafe you are talking about. My friend has a huge crush on your manager though" Taehyung said. He looked at the waiter who approached them with food. He put both of their dishes infront of them,along with some side dishes. He apologised for the wait and bowed to them in respect, leaving them. They both slowly started to eat,keeping up their conversation.

"Oh? Who? Sooyoung?" Jeongguk asked him,as he took a bite of the food. Swallowing the heavenly tastes inside. Taehyung kind of felt weird how Jeongguk always mentioned Sooyoung somehow or he is just overthinking??

"No,Definitely not Sooyoung. Jimin,he is my other Best friend. We are getting off the game,it's my turn now can I ask?" Taehyung answered him and going back to the game. Jeongguk nodded as he couldn't speak because his mouth was full of food.

"Have you ever been in love?" Taehyung asked a more deeper question. Jeongguk raised his eyebrow at this question.

"That's a deep question but honestly no I think. I told you my last relationships barely lasted for a month and I was on liking base with them so never. How about you?" Jeongguk asked him back his own question. Taehyung only had one thought in his mind which was; I could change that.

"Yeah,I told you that I actually loved my last boyfriend. Hoseok,who you met,the breakup was really hard for me,i regret that relationship a lot. It was hard to move on but thanks for the angel of my crush to exist,because of him I think I'm doing a good job of moving on" Taehyung gave Jeongguk huge smile,hinting something. Jeongguk seemed to not get the hint,just giving Taehyung a nod as he took sip of his drink.

"Thats..good,yeah good for you I guess. It's my turn, does your crush goes to our college?" Jeongguk asked the question. Taehyung felt nervous,he could say yes,there are a lot of people in his college.

"Yes,obviously"

"Do you share a class with him?"

"Yeah?"

"Have you been talking with him nowadays?"

"Yes Guk,why are you asking me-"

"Hyung?" Jeongguk said in his deep husky low voice which sent a shiver down Taehyung spine.

"H-Hm?"

"Do you like me?" Jeongguk asked him. Taehyung swear he never felt his heart stop so quickly.
