Neither the cover or the title really caught my eye. For the cover I'd recommend using the name of one of the poems within, a strategy I used on my own poetry book Kiss Me Kate, and is used by many published poets. I'd recommend either using 'Anesthesia' for something that really pops, of 'My Own Journey' to tie it all together.

I was thrown off my your formatting, mixing up different parts of the same poem with parts of another. I had to remember what happened two poems ago and try not to mix them up. It took me until the last poem to really understand why you made this choice and how they went together.

Poetry rules are much looser than prose rules, obviously. Which means errors are more easily hidden. If there were any, I didn't spot them.
