Quick A/N-Okay everything is a little crazy right now my granny had to cancel her appointment for Friday because of snow ⛄️ so she's going up on Wednesday to schedule her surgery and I've been busy with work and now my sweet cat Tygra is sick and we have no idea with what! My poor baby girl! Anyway I do have about half of the next chapter done so I'll post what I have and try and finish it so but at least you all will have at least something.

Koby made his way up to the stairs leading to the upper deck of the ship with Luffy and (Y/N) right behind their new friend. Luffy goes to tighten his hat so it doesn't fall off as well as checking to make sure the phoenix necklace his sister gave him is still on. (Y/N) was making sure both her mother's necklace and the wooden phoenix pendant a certain red haired pirate gave her, all while having a very bad feeling something bad was about to happen.

Koby,Luffy and (Y/N) all lifted up the hatch careful to make as little to no noise as possible, and peeked out to look around to make sure nobody had heard them. Luckily no one did because the whole crew was still asleep. Koby and Luffy held the hatch open for (Y/N) to quickly and silently slip out onto the ship's deck. Once she was out (Y/N) turned around to hold it open for Luffy and Koby to come out.

"Lifeboats are tied at the stern of the ship." Koby tells them in a whisper to not wake up the crew sleeping on the cold deck. Koby turned around and slowly but gently closed the hatch the three came though. (Y/N) and Luffy looked at each other and nodded their heads at the same time. Luffy then took hold of (Y/N)'s hand so they didn't get separated. Luffy gently pulled (Y/N) as they both began to follow Koby up the stairs leading to the wheel of the ship. Avoiding the snoring pirates all around their feet.

Luffy and (Y/N) made their way up the stairs to where Koby was standing by the boats. Luffy's eyes light up when he saw the oar on the lifeboat. "Gonna need one of these." Luffy says with a smile while picking up the oar of the boat. (Y/N) just looked at Luffy smiling while shaking her head at her brother. At the same time Koby looked between the siblings a look at pure confusion, but Koby pushed his confusion away before looking at Luffy and saying "Head due north. You should hit land in a few days." The pinkett nods his head with a small smile towards the siblings.

But the siblings look at each other with a look of confusion. "North...right? Which way is North again?" Luffy asks before turning around, oar still in hand. Luffy however slips on some water that was on the deck "Lu be careful! Lu! Lu! Lu look out!" (Y/N) whisper yells to Luffy in concern and warning but was too late as Luffy accidentally hit the bell of the ship with the oar, which of course woke up every member of the crew along with the captain.

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON UP THERE!" Alvida's voice boomed from her room below deck, while the rest of her crew began to wake up and start to grab their weapons to see what was happening as Alvida began to make her way put the stairs with anger and annoyance in her eyes, until she makes it to where Luffy,(Y/N) and Koby is. Stopping in front of the three she looks them all dead in the eyes and says in a cold unemotional voice asks "What's the meaning of this?"

Seeing Alvida coming Koby backs up to be beside where Luffy and (Y/N) were standing together with a look of pure fear on his face manages to stutter out in a panicked voice "Alvida I can explain-" while looking from the pirate captain of his nightmares and the Monkey D siblings trying desperately to find some excuse to save himself and his new friends. However Alvida's next sentence makes cold dread wash over Koby's whole body "You dare betray me to...bounty hunters?" Alvida spit at Koby with a threatening tone in her voice.

"No that's not it at all-" Koby started to stutter again once more trying to save himself and the siblings beside him. Alvida's gaze moved from Koby who she treated worse than a slave the whole time he had been on her ship to Luffy and (Y/N). Alvida let out a slight laugh seeing the siblings,seeing Luffy standing in front of (Y/N) slightly as if trying to protect his sister from Alvida herself which just amused the pirate captain but the slight smile Alvida had faded when she looked to the girl behind the boy with the straw hat. Alvida looked at the girl it only took one look to make her feel as if Gold D Angelica was standing before her and her crew. Alvida smirked she knew who this girl was she was the Phoenix.

Seeing her smirking at his sister Luffy put himself in between Alvida's look and (Y/N),the movement making Alvida turn her now glare to Luffy. She looked him over once before saying "And you....you're too scrawny to be Roronoa Zoro. But you girl ...I and every other pirate has been looking for you since Gold D Rogers execution. And now...now your mine." Ending her sentence as a statement to the young Phoenix,making the girl look between the pirate captain in front of her to her little brother and Koby with worry.
