III: Take that
"Sophie, I have some good news for you." Sophie's mother said cheerfully, walking in smiling slightly.
"I doubt anything from here on out can be good. What is it, then?" She said drearily, munching on some cereal.
"Grandma is going to be transferred up here so we can go and visit her. She might also be staying with us with your grandfather. It's for the best." Her mother said excitedly.
Sophie looked up and a wide smile spread across her face. She would be reunited with her wonderful grandparents once more.

Sirius had been knocked out cold but as he woke up a while later he felt like such an idiot for not bringing his wand to such an important meeting with Juliet. He could
have easily bitten Mayfair's leg but he didn't dare reveal his illegal animagus form to Juliet and to her mother. As he came to, he breathed heavily and then looked around him. Juliet had been pinned to a chair too but without the charms and rope.
"What do you want with me?" Sirius said weakly. "All I came for is Juliet. I come in peace, but if you want a war, you've got one." He growled.
"Isn't that adorable, a Black is threatening us! He-"
"You don't care who I am, do you? You care about my last name and blood status. If I was called Daniel Hudson you wouldn't give a damn. Isn't that right, Mayfair?"
"We sent a patronus to your mother and father, they'll be here any minute to collect you." Mayfair said like it was poison in her mouth.
"M-my p-parents? They hate me!" Sirius said, clearly frightened.
"They've come for you...and for us. Don't think your parents love you because they are coming to collect you, this is also encouraging a fight where pure blood will be spilt. And it won't be from a White."
"You're playing with forces you don't understand, Mayfair. I know dark creatures, I have learnt dark magic, I've been brought up with the dark arts! Every month, there-" Sirius stopped himself.
"There is...what? Tell us, we won't bite." Mayfair baited.
"You know, don't you?" Sirius whispered.
"The dark lord has been trying to recruit him for some time now, you know and every single time he's refused or run away. He's a filthy coward."
"HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT HIM LIKW THAT!" Sirius roared, thrashing around in the chair. "He's done nothing wrong!"
"YOU MAY THINK THAT BUT-" Mayfair began but was cut short by a loud bang. "Ah, I see your blasted family have come here. For a second, I thought they were too scared. They're right to be!"
"Even though they are no longer my family, they are stronger than you." Sirius spat. "You sicken me, the whole lot of you."
"Even my daughter? But I thought-"
"Stupefy!" Someone yelled.
Mayfair fell to the floor, stunned and Orion moved on to where most of the White family were gathered with their wands in their hands. Sirius looked over at Juliet and thrashed around again desperately.
"It's no use, you'll never get out." She said sadly.
"I might not be able to but I know someone who can, Corvus. Promise me you'll never question me on how I and why did this but look forwards. Get ready to meet Padfoot." Sirius said and closed his eyes tightly.
Suddenly, his whole body morphed into one of a large, black dog and he slid out of the ropes. He ran over to Mayfair, picked up her wand in his teeth and then morphed back into himself. He waved the wand and Juliey launched at him.
"Come on, we're taking you to your room!" Sirius insisted.
"But...aren't you staying?" Juliet frowned, running up the stairs whilst avoiding all the curses being flown everywhere.
"After all that's happened today? I don't think so. It's almost morning and James will be wondering where I am. I'll see you at Hogwarts...if you survive."
"That wasn't very funny, Sirius. I felt like I was going to die when..." She trailed off, looking at her arm.
"Hide it, don't tell anyone at Hogwarts." Sirius whispered, walking into her bedroom, locking the door behind them.
"Oh really? I was planning on holding a sign above my head saying 'free dark marks here' and 'I'm a death eater, come and get me!'" Juliet sneered.
"I meant don't tell your friends. Martha, am I right? Don't tell her. If you do, something could seriously go wrong." He said and proceeded to climb out of the window, still holding Mayfair's wand and the invisibility cloak.
"Are you going to leave with my Mothers wand?" Juliet laughed.
"I'm considering it an apology gift. Finders keepers, after all." He smirked and started to make his journey back to James' house just as the sun was rising over the distant hills

"I think that's them!" Sophie shouted down from the upstairs window.
She dashed straight to the door, knocking the coats off the banister and swung the door open, dashing outside to her grandparents. When her grandmother saw her, she held out her arms and they were both pulled into a tight hug.
"It's good to be back." Her grandmother said.
