A knock on the door makes Ana stop what she was doing, making her way towards it she opens to find one of the pack's members, standing with a polite smile.

"You must be Ana" the man asks and she nods her head slowly.

"Yes, and you are?" she asks the man who smiles brightly as he offers, his hand for her to shake.

"I am Ashton, one of Adrian's beta and he has asked me to check on your house to see if you need anything" he states and she nods before asking him to get in.

"These are my kids, the eldest Jean, then that's Emma, Henry and Rom's son, Gio" she points at the kids at the table.

"This Ashton" she introduces him to the kids.

"Yo" he waves his hand.

"Yo? Did you not go to school?" Emma asks narrowing her eyes at the man making him laugh.

"Hello my lady, how is your day so far?" he teases making her smile.

"I like him" Emma giggles going back to her breakfast.

"Would you like coffee?" Ana offers and the man nods before he watches Ana make her way towards the coffee maker while he stands at the kitchen.

"Dad will be home soon" Gio announces making the man look at Gio.

"Great, heard he went to look for more of special kids" the man nods.

"And once he is home, he can look after the house" Gio puts in.

"Yeah, but he is not here and Alpha's orders are Alpha's order" he points before he turns towards Ana who walks to hand him the coffee.

"Must he be around the house all day?" Jean asks as she watches the man moving around the house fixing few things.

"I am sure Adrian would not send anyone if it was not necessary" Ana points.

"Well, I will be going out with some of my friends, will you be okay with him alone or" Jean asks.

"Go, enjoy your day and I have Gio and Henry in the house so don't worry" Ana smiles.

"I am out" Emma shouts running out of the house with a bag.

"Did she say where she will be?" Jean asks.

"She has a very busy social life" Ana smiles before waving goodbye at Jean.

"Okay, checked the house, the grass at the back needs a cut and few of the lights needs to be changed around except that you are all set to run the house" the man points.

"That's great, do you need any help or" Ana asks.

"Nah, I am good but few cups of coffee will always be welcomed" he states and she nods before she goes to set the coffee.

Ana watches as Gio grabs his ball before calling for Henry to follow him as they walk out of the house towards the back to play the ball.

"Don't go too far" Ana asks the kids as she goes to make the coffee for Ashton.

"What?" Rom shouts at once as he grips the phone tightly in his hand.

"He is making her laugh like a lot" Gio grumbles through the phone.

"What do you mean my laughing?" he asks.

"Don't know dad, she has been making lots of coffee, she never offered you coffee and he is not wearing his t-shirt, and you always make me wear clothes" Gio states.

"Ask him to leave"

"I cannot, Adrian sent him for help"

"Like hell, did he have to help when I am not home?" Rom asks.

"But you said you did not care for her dad" Gio grumbles.

"That's not what I meant"

"Well, hurry back home, he may stand naked if you are late" Gio sighs as he cuts the line before he grins at Henry who frowns.

"Why did you say that?" Henry frowns.

"Hen, do you want to call my dad, daddy forever?" Gio asks as he puts his hand on Henry's shoulder who nods his head.

"Then we must make sure your mommy and my daddy are together and no one to make her laugh like that" Gio states and Henry nods as he smiles.

"You going to stay then you shut the fuck up, you need to go you do that fucking quiet" Warren grumbles as he turns to eat his food.

"No problem, you need any help you give a call and it will be solved" he smiles.

"Well, would you like to stay for dinner I am making chicken" she asks him and Ashton sighs.

"You had me with the word dinner but my mate will be waiting for me so maybe next time?" he asks and she nods as they walk towards the door.

"Thank you" Ana smiles opening the door only to stop as Rom stands with a raised brow at them.

"Hey, you are back" Ashton frowns.

"I forgot my wallet" he mumbles as reply before he eyes from him to Ana.

"Well, see you guys around" Ashton nods as he leaves.

"Wallet?" Ana frowns.

"Dad" Gio's scream makes Ana turn around as the boy comes running and jumps on Rom's arms.

"She asked him for dinner" he breathes as he cups his father's face making Ana frown.

"Were you eavesdropping?" Ana asks Gio.

"I have sensitive years probably whole pack heard you" the boy replies and Ana rolls her eyes.

"Well then you must hear your father forgot his wallet kindly give it to him so he can go back" she sighs as she turns to walk in the house.

"You were eager to ask some man you barely know for dinner but could not ask me to stay?" Rom asks.

"Ashton has been helping around the house Rom, that was the least I could do" Ana points.

"I helped you move here, I have yet to get an invite"

"You leave here, Rom" she points.

"So? When are you asking me for dinner?" he frowns and Ana stares at him.

"Where are Emma and Jean?" Rom asks as they all sit around.

"Jean had gone out with her friends and Emma must be around" Ana points and Rom frowns.

"They will be home" she states.

"It's already eight" he points.

"Call Jean" he asks and Ana frowns.

"Just few weeks ago Henry was kidnapped, Gio was on the brink of death and there are people out their waiting for their chance, so why don't you re-think" he asks before Ana hurries to grab her phone.

Rom watches as she dials Jean's number listening to the ring before the girl picks it up.

"I know, but Jean it's already eight, you said few hours. I know, but...." Ana stops as Rom takes the phone away from her hand.

"Jean, it's me. I know it's not my place to say this but I need you back at home, you can hang out with your friends tomorrow but for now you are saying your goodbye and coming home...

"Emma" he asks but before she could call Emma the girl strolls back home.

"Why are men so difficult?" she sighs as she puts her empty bag on the table and Rom narrows his eyes at the girl.

"What is he doing here?" she asks Ana.

"He forgot his wallet" Ana points controlling her laugh.

"Well see men" Emma rolls her eyes as she goes to walk past but Rom grabs the back of her shoulder pulling her back.

"Where were you and what men?" he demands.

"I went for a mate hunt"

"Excuse me?" Rom eyes the girl.

"But he keeps running, why do they do that and after he ate everything I took, anyways I am tired wait for me to wash up"

"I don't wake up before seven, Rom" she announces.

Ana dries her hands with the towel as she finishes cleaning the kitchen, turning around she finds Rom standing at doorway.

"Want coffee?" he asks making her nods as he makes his way towards the coffee machine.

Moving out of the house, they both take a seat at the backyard staring out.

"We two don't hide anything with each other" he replies and she chuckles.

"Of course," she smiles making him grin.

"Did you think of dating again, Ana?" he asks suddenly and she pauses with the cup on her lips.

"Dating? I hardly had time for myself and talking from experience it's kind of painful" she states and he sighs nodding his head.

"Can we start again?" he asks quietly and she stays still for a moment.

"Rom" Ana gulps.

"Also, call me an asshole but I don't want you to laugh with other male, Ana until I can make you laugh myself" he vows as he kisses the back of her hand as before he leaves.

The news of Rom being unconscious after an attack with mandrakes makes Ana stand still as fear grips her.

"Ana, Ana" Jean touches Ana's arm shaking her.

"What?"

"We need to go see him, are you okay?" Jean worries and Ana gulps as she nods her head.

"Do you want to go see him while I stay with the kids or..."

"I will stay here with the boys, does Gio knows?" she worries as she looks around and Jean sighs.

"Yeah, he has been quiet"

"I will stay with him you go and check on Rom" she asks as she goes to check on Gio.

"Uh, no you stay with Gio I will go see Rom" Ana corrects as she turns but stops not knowing what to do as she does not know how she will be react if something terrible happened to him or if her could not make it.

Shaking her head because of the bad thoughts she turns to stare at Jean.

"I don't know what to do" she states and Jean walks to hug her.

"Why don't we stay here, I will ask Dante to keep updating on Rom" she whispers.

"Yeah, that will be okay" she nods her head.

Ana knocks on Gio's door as she opens to check on the boy who was laying on the bed staring at the ceiling.

"Hey" she whispers and he turns to stare at her with a fear in his eyes.

"Gio" she calls moving towards the boy as she sits on the bed and he curls to her side.

"I can sense him" he admits and she nods as she runs her hand through his hair.

"He will be fine, Rom is strong"

"I won't lose him" Gio mumbles.

"You won't, he will be fine and be back home" Ana states as she lies with the boy before she moves to find Henry as he silently enters the room before laying behind her with his arms around her waist as he lies quietly and soon Emma along with Jean joins them.

"Sucks to be me" Emma grumbles making them raise their head to look at her.

"Emma" Ana calls who sighs.

"I just found my mate, if Rom is not around who will give me away when I marry Tony? Henry is young and Gio is small and you are a woman. And we need a man in this house, Tony needs to be scared and threatened so he never hurts me" Emma states making Ana smile.

"Yeah, Rom can sure put few threats here and there to Dante as well" Jean smiles as she hugs Gio who giggles.

"Dad would grab his pinks wings and roll him around" Gio adds.

"That would do the trick" Ana smiles as she stares at the kids.

Ana passes the burger to Gio but he shakes his head no, she sighs before looking around the table to her kids.

"You guys need to eat and get strong so when Rom needs you, you all can be there for him, if you don't eat how will you get enough energy?" Ana states and the kids nibble on their food slowly.

"He will be fine, right?" Emma asks.

"Of course, he will be else who will help me to handle you kids?" she smiles before getting up to go check on Rom who was back home but was weak and sleeping in.

Opening the door, she quietly gets inside and goes to pull the covers up so it covers him properly.

"You better hurry and open your eyes Rom, you are making everyone worry and sad. The kids miss you terribly just get well soon" she whispers kissing his forehead as she plays with his hair lightly.

"What about you?" Rom moans as he tries to turn around but can't.

"Rom, you are awake" Ana gasps getting up from the bed but comes to halt when he holds her hands to his.

"Stay, can't move much" he grumbles.

"I will call someone..."

"No, no not yet, just you, stay please" he speaks opening his eyes slowly

"But everyone is worried"

"I know, I know" he whispers before pulling her to his chest and he sighs.

"Will you just shut up Ana and let me hold you for a while? God, I had a near death experience what else I have to do to just hold you?" he sighs again making her giggle.

"May be just ask?" she teases getting comfortable in the bed.

"Nah asking never works with you, we will end up arguing I know" he states making her gasp and hit his arm lightly

"Yes, and what happened the last time I understood Rom?"

Four amazing kids, I mean we didn't even have to try and make them; they just dropped in our laps like a miracle. Don't you think it's pretty awesome to be a family?"

"I still want it Ana, I still do" Rom confesses as he rubs her back with one hand while the other holds her hand near his heart.

"I know and I'm more than happy to give you all that" she whispers back after a while.

Rom misses a beat as he hears it and froze scared to move and shatter the moment. Ana slowly turns towards him and touches his cheek.

"You do want a family with me, right?" she asks him unsure.

"God Ana, of course. Shit, you sure I mean, I..."

"Ssh, one step at a time" she smiles kissing his jaw lightly.

"One step at a time, but I got long legs so" he shrugs his shoulder and they both erupt into laughter.

"Daddy" Gio, Henry and Emma squeals before they burst into the room and jump on him.

"Okay, okay he just woke up we don't want to send him back to sleep kids" Ana chuckles seeing all of them so excited.

"Daddy, daddy, are you feeling any pain?"

"Daddy, do you want me to go call Matt?"

"Daddy do you want me to kiss you so the pain goes?"

The kids start touching and talking at once to him.

"Stop" Rom shouts halting them all before he pulls all of them near him and peck all of their cheeks.

"I love you guys too" he grins making all of them once again squeal and jump on him.

Rom looks at the door and smile at Jean who smile back at him with all the kids lying on top of him.

"Don't expect me to call you daddy too" she smiles.

"Just get over her kiddo" he shouts before Jean too jumps up on him making him groan.

"Daddy, are you okay?" all of them scatter away from him.

"Oh no did we break him?"

"So sorry daddy" the kids apologizes and Rom looks towards Ana for help.

"Okay kids may be daddy needs to get some rest, he is fine but still needs to rest so he can be back to normal and play with all of you...

Now all of you off to bed, say goodnight to daddy" she orders them.

One by one they all say their goodnight before kissing him and getting out of the room.

Once again Rom pulls Ana to him and grins

"I just love it when you call me, daddy"

"Ewe" Ana hits his arm before getting off of him and going out to check on kids for the night.

"That's like a good boy" she grins wiping his mouth before taking the tray out with her.

After finishing the dish, she comes back to check on him.

"Where are the kids?" he asks when he finds the house silent.

"Emma has gone to see Tony, while Henry has accompanied Gio in his training and for Jean she is in school...

Don't worry; they will be here in no time so enjoy the peace"

"Emma skipped her school?" he asks.

"Yes, what do you expect, she won't take no for an answer" Ana sighs as she picks the clothes that has been scatter on the floor.

"Reminds me of someone stubborn" he chuckles.

"Whatever" Ana shows her tongue at him.

"I will talk to her don't worry" he assures her and just as she goes to reply Scar knocks on the door.

"Hi" Ana greets and Scar waves at them slowly.

"How are you feeling?" she asks taking a seat on the bed where Rom pats.

"I'm all good just a bit tired but will be fine" he smiles at her.

"Ho...um...well I just came to say sorry about what happened to you" she bites her lips making Rom and Ana narrows their eyes at her.

"What?"

"Well, you see..."

"Our Red is friends with those mandrakes" Dante barges in the room making everyone roll their eyes.

"Dante" Rom groans.

"I know I love you too" he goes and pecks Rom's forehead making all of them laugh.

"So, Red what's on the menu?" Dante asks as he lies on the bed pushing Rom a bit.

"Now that we know they are your friends and obviously you won't let us hurt them so what do we do?" he asks not giving anyone any time.

"I don't know, I asked Rain to let me g and talk with them so they will stop but he refuses"

"Figures Red, no one will let you go to see them so that's out of the picture" Dante states before winking at Ana

"Ana, you look beautiful, did you finally got laid and took the sexual frustration out?" he teases getting a smack in the back of his head by Rom

He hugs Rom back and snuggles to him instead

"You scared the hell out of me man never do that"

"What is wrong with you, seriously dude fuck off" Rom laughs at his behavior

"I don't want you to ever die on me man, not before you give your blessings to me and Jean after that you can go and do whatever the fuck you want" Dante whines not leaving Rom

"You are so gay for me" Rom pushes him off of him finally

"I know I got the best ass in the world" Dante grins wiggling his ass for Rom who kicks it hard

"Fucker" Dante grumbles as he goes crashing on the table before getting serious

"Okay bitch you heal fast we have some kick ass work to do and Red come on let's leave these love birds alone so they can already fuck each other" Dante announces before taking Scar's hand and walking out but not before he pushes Ana in Rom's lap.

"Does he always talk that way?" Ana asks as she gets up.

"He gets worse trust me" Rom grins pulling her to him again.

"You are as bad" she giggles as he lays her underneath him.

"I really should take on his advice on getting laid" he growls before going for her lips.
