this story will be written from the OCs pov unless otherwise stated. this takes place around the second half of season 13. 

Its not easy trying to juggle take out, a purse, a large diaper bag and two car seats but I manage. Kind of. At least there was an elevator. I got into town a day earlier than expected so i checked into a hotel and headed to see Penny at the office. I figured I could surprise her with her godchildren. 

The door opens and i almost run into a petite blonde woman. "I'm so so sorry!" I say quickly, trying to get out of her way. She just laughs. "Don't worry, I know the struggle. I'm Agent Jareau, can I help you find anything?" I nod wearily. "I'm looking for Penelope Garcia, she told me this was her floor but i forgot to ask her for any more details. She smiled. "Yeah follow me."

She gestured me through these big glass doors into a main office space area. I hear a squeal and turn to see Penny with a hand over her mouth, her eyes gleaming. "Oh my God!!!! Apollo you're here, you're finally here." I laugh as she runs over to me and pulls me over to an empty desk. I set the twins down and hand her the food. "I got lunch, figured since we got in early i could come surprise you. 

She smiled widely. "A chance to see my babies even sooner? Of course!" An older gentleman walks over and Penelope looks around. "Everyone, this is Apollo Summers, the friend i was telling you about. Apollo, this is the team." They all smiled at me. I went around and shook their hands.

Smiling, i met the eyes of a handsome man, young, closer to my age. Scraggly brown hair and tall, a bit lanky too. I blush. "Apollo." "Spencer Reid" I nod. Lila begins to cry and i get both of them out of their car seats. Lila instantly reaches out to Penny and i laugh as she takes her.

"She remembers her Auntie well." Penny waves her hand. "Of course she does. I'm her favorite auntie." I smile, bouncing Adam in my arms. "Well its nice to have my designated favorite auntie on hand. Adam drools a little and I chuckle

"That's Lila, and this is Adam. They are my entire world. Made my life complicated for sure, but i wouldn't have it any other way.

"How old are they?" JJ asks. "18 months. Its gotten to the point where i need more of a support system so since Penny and my brother and his husband live out here, i decided to move. Plus there plenty of inspiration for my next book here." 

Spencer piped up. "You're an author?" I nod. "Ever heard of Lee Weekes?" Everyone but Spencer and Rossi shook their head. "Bestselling psychological thriller and supernatural horror author, often compared to Stephen King."  Spencer said. I nod. "My pseudonym. I figure writing under a male name would make me more successful. Unfortunate but its true." 

"Wow, that's amazing." Emily says. I blush hard. "Its nice to be able to do what i love for a living. And it allows me to work from home so i can be with my kids. Single parenting is hard enough as it is."

JJ nods. "Its not fun being away from my kids all the time, thats for sure."

I talk with them for a little bit longer, sneaking glances at Spencer when i thought he wasn't looking. Finally Penelope helps me take the kids out to the car. 

"So...What'd you think?" She says once i have them settled. "They're super nice. Its quite appreciated to feel accepted so quickly, you know?" She nods and then elbows me in the side. "I saw you looking at Reid, and you kept blushing when he asked you questions." I blush again and laugh. "I mean... hes cute, yeah." She squeals and hugs me. "I will see that you two end up together. I cant wait."

I shake my head and get in the car. "There's no way he'd be interested in me." I think to myself. 

SPENCERS POV

I try to focus on work but I can't stop thinking about her. She was definitely beautiful, and her smile was contagious. I'm shaken out of my thoughts by Garcia. "Heyyyyy what are you doing tomorrow?" I look at her confused. "I mean, probably just at home, why?" She twiddled her thumbs. "Well, Apollo mentioned to me that she was gonna be unpacking tomorrow and her brother can't make it so its just her. I already asked Luke and Matt and Luke is coming, wanna join?"

I think about it for a moment and then nod. "Okay." She cheers. "Cool, cool, okay so Ill give you her new address, the trucks will be there at 9:00 am. 

Garcia walks away and i try to focus but her blue eyes are stuck in the back of my mind.
