(Chapter 17: The Child's Gender/Naming The Child)

Chrys's Pov 4 months later

Rose and I were meeting up with Heather and Leandre to head to my ultrasound appointment. I'm nervous about what the child's gender is. I hope it's a girl. I don't want the child to be a boy. It was scary to think about. I whimpered a bit at the thought. I felt Rose hug me gently, "It'll be okay..."

I smiled a little at her. We held hands as we met up with Heather and Leandre. "Ready to go?" Asked leandre. I nodded, "yeah let's go" We headed off to the Hospital. Once we arrived I froze. "What's wrong Chrys?" Asked Rose. I pointed over to where the seating area is. "R-Robert..." I stuttered whimpering.

They looked and spotted him in the seating room. "We'll be right beside you Chrys" said Rose to me. We walked over to the seating area and sat down away from him. Unfortunately he noticed me and stood up walking over to us. I whimpered in fear. I heard Rose growl. However once he got too close Rose and Heather stood up.

They went in front of me. "Can't a brother see his sister?" He asked. "You have no right to even be near her" said Heather harshly. Rose glared at him, "what you did to my fiancé is unacceptable!" Someone people were watching this happen. Leandre patted my back gently and glared at Robert, "just leave"

"Not until I know the child's gender." He said calmly. "Ms. Stargazer" said a nurse. I stood up and walked over to the nurse. Rose, Heather and Leandre making sure he doesn't get close to me. I went in the room with the ultrasound. A female doctor was already there. Well let's get this over with.

Rose's Pov

I sat back down with Heather as Robert sat back down in his seat. I leaned back and sighed. "I hope the child is a girl" I said to Heather. "Yeah, I agree with you" said Heather to me. Leandre looked at us, "I still feel bad for Chrys..." Heather and I nodded in agreement.

We heard footsteps and looked over as Chrys walked out. I walked over to her. Robert got up as well and walked over. Chrys whimpered and hurried over with me with Heather and Leandre. Robert glared at us as he walked up to us. "So what's the gender?" Asked Leandre to Chrys. Chrys smiled a bit, "It's a girl"

Robert was pissed about that. Heather stood up and grabbed him in a rough grip. "You sir are under arrest for raping Chrys" said Heather. Two people walked over to us and grabbed Robert. It was two officers at the station undercover. They took him away. Chrys tugged my sleeve a bit. I looked at her as she hands me a photo.

I looked at it. It was the ultrasound picture. I smiled a bit seeing the image of the baby girl. "So do you know what your going to name her?" Asked Heather. "Well...I was thinking Violet..." Chrys said. "Violet is a lovely name." I said to Chrys. "But why the name violet?" Asked Leandre. "Well...the doctor analyzed the child's DNA...and it turns out to be different..." Chrys said. She handed Heather a paper. Heather read it and stared in shock.

Leandre looked as well and stared in shock too. "What? What is it?" I asked. Chrys hands me the paper, "I think Crystal did something about this..." I took it and looked at it.

DNA anlyzation:

The Child's DNA adds up to the father or mother being, Rose Bloom.

My eyes widened at that. "She has our DNA..." I said to Chrys. She nodded, "yes she does..." I smiled and hugged her. She hugged back gently.

'If you had something to do with this Crystal...thank you so much...'
