Picture this: your marriage is over, and you're forced to start over, so you move to a town where no one knows you and buy a house only to find out it's haunted. Well, this is exactly what happened to Emma. She's well aware of the story behind her new home. Everyone who has attempted to buy and live in the haunted house is forced to leave because the ghost, Wyatt, inhabiting the home scares everyone away. Everyone except Emma. He sees her pain, and it resonates with him due to his painful history and the mystery of his death.

This is a unique love story about a ghost and a woman who help heal each other from the pain of past relationships and, in turn, fall in love. Being in love with a ghost has its ups and downs, some sad, happy, and comical. With this story, you get it all: passion, misunderstandings, adventure, and romance.

The relationship between Emma and Wyatt is heartwarming. I really enjoyed how they discovered each other and built a relationship through trust and friendship. I won't spoil it for you, but the ending was my favorite part.
