Alright this is in The Runner universe and all the universes associated with that obvi

So the first prompt is below, and any other the Runner prompts needed will be shown in a comment thread. 

So a bit of lore if you didn't already know, Regina as the eldest, was already a known super before The Squad was formed, and was the one who was actually the one who initially formed and trained all squad members seprately before they joined up as one to fight a threat that required multiple people.

So, here is the prompt I came up with:

So Imma create me a villian, or two villains really, they are more of a team.

Villain Name: Shattershocke
Power: She can deconstruct matter and use it against people, so say you threw a rock at her, she could break it apart and throw it back. 
Personality: She is a very melodramtic person, and is 100 percent insane. She feels as though everything should be about her and if it isn't it should be. She wants people to worship her and when they refuse she gets pissy.
Appearence:

Strengths: She's very good with her powers, and is very witty. 
Weaknesses: She is easy to  manipulate, you just need to make her think you adore her and she'll let you get close enough to do damage.
Major Flaw: She loves herself too much, and her need to be loved is all consuming, and even if one person loves her, she wants everyone to treat her as if she is the only thing that matters.
Fear: Being obsolete. Being abandoned.
Backstory: She was neglected and abused verbally and physically as a child by parents who didn't care, which is why she developed the need to be loved.
Other: Her and Untouchable are dating/married/unstoppable

Power: Able to make force feilds and capable of flight
Personality: He is actually really smart, and is definitely the strategist in this power couple. He is meticulous and calculated and sees through most thought out plans that would work on his spouse.
Appearence:

Strengths: His smarts, his ability to see through complicated plans.
Weaknesses: Simple things work on him because he always overthinks the outcome of a situation.
Major Flaw: He is too smart for his own good and can be outsmarted by the little things.
Fear: The loss of his wifu.
Backstory: His parents always pushed him to be better, smarter, faster. So he always reached their expectations and more. And when they were killed in a hero related accident he became a villain to not only avenge them but to prove once and for all that he could be more.
Other: Him and Jaz are married.

So basically Regina has fought both of these people before, but seprately. Now they got together over a year ago and have been overseas terrorizing the general public ever since, and Regina and various other people she brings along here and their have tried to defeat them but when they're together they are quite the unstopable force. So now they're in NYC with plans to take over the city and obviously Regina doesnt like that.

So she assembled (heh) her team together for the first time to fight them. Keep in mind Adri should be like 16/17 ish now? So base your characters ages on that. Regina is 23/24ish

Maddie if I forgot anyone in the squad just tell me bc I snooped around on the forms and got everyone but I didn't know if lesser supers counted? So I dunno.
