(Kat's POV)

There we stood, the whole group (consisting of Hunter, his boyfriend Tyler, Kittai, her boyfriend John, Ash, his girlfriend Summer, and me) staring at the button. We'd just found it inside the machine, and none of us had any idea what it would do.

We assumed that it would activate the machine we were standing inside, and that wouldn't be good.

My sister Kittai, however, had a different idea of what it would do. Or something, you never know with her. It's hard to tell sometimes.

She stood closest to the mysterious button, with her finger hovering over it. She had a little smile, and she was looking at the rest of us.

I didn't know what she had planned, but it was something.

The button was red, and the flashing crimson light inside of it shone on Kittai, giving her a look that I'd call evil. It made her face look red.

I glanced at Summer for a moment before looking back at Kittai and saying, "Kit, don't touch that.."

"But it's flashyyyy" Kittai giggled, looking mesmerized by the flashing light.

"Kit seriously!" Summer huffed, "Get the hell away from that! You don't know what it does!"

"You're overreacting. I'm sure it's nothing.." Kittai responded, sounding surprisingly calm.

Hunter joined in now, "You should listen to Summer and your sister..." His voice was small and timid, but still demanding.

"Stop freaking out. Your overreaction is really..... PUSHING MY BUTTONS!" Kittai said, grinning and inching her hand closer to the flashing button.

John snickered a little, and I saw Hunter stifle a laugh.

"Kittai seriously.." Tyler said. He was her best friend, maybe she'd listen to him, "Don't push it."

"This isn't as.. PRESSING of a matter as you think it is" Kittai giggled.

"Stop with the jokes!" I said suddenly, "This isn't a time to try to be funny!"

"But.. I'm having so much PUN! Oh.. Wait, are my jokes making you.. PUNcomfortable?" Kittai said.

"Oh my god.. Kittai!" I hissed, "Stop it!"

Kittai gave another little giggle before stepping back to John's side, "Okie dokie, I'm out of puns now.."

We gave a collective sigh of relief before we all made our way back outside.
