Mark goes to a boarding school for film and technology, but he doesn't enjoy it as much as he wants. He has no friends! Well, he does have friends, Tyler and Ethan, but he wants a boyfriend. Imagine the romance! Two teens in love, living on campus. His dreams start to come true when Jack arrives. He's a bit mysterious, and keeps to himself. Mark quickly gets a crush on Jack, I mean, how could the hopeless romantic not? He's cute, they both have colored hair, he's a guy, and he's mysterious! Mark tries to talk to Jack, but the boy always stays away from Mark, always nervous and on edge. Mark wonders if Jack has a secret...he gets Jacks number from Ethan and texts him and Jack hesitantly agrees to meet up. The two become good friends but Mark knows Jack is hiding something, he wears baggy clothes, eats large meals, and he's always rushing to the bathroom. Mark confronts him about being bulimic and Jack breaks down, telling Mark everything. He's not bulimic, he's pregnant. An ex got him knocked out and out of horror, his parents sent him away to a boarding school to deal with this himself. Mark is speechless, but he holds Jack and says that he's gonna help Jack with this, he promises. But is that a promise he can actually keep?
