1x1 Roleplay
{I am only permitting eight people to this roleplay. Thank you.}
A young girl sat on her cabin porch, rocking away on her hanging swing, thinking of what might become of her. The world was already in chaos, but she had somehow found seclusion and safety among the forest.
Sure, the occasional psycho would try to rob her, break in, or just try to use her as some kind of object. However, each time that happened, she simply grabbed her shotgun and fired it straight into into their heads. Sometimes, there was bit of hesitation, until they had started to charge at her with their own weapons or even just try to outright fight her.
"It's kinda sad." She said aloud, keeping her cup of morning coffee close to herself. "They all could have been nice people. . . And yet, I killed them. . . Just like any other monstrous human would." She then sighed, putting a hand to her temples before gently rubbing it. "Why am I even trying to distract myself with what had already been of my life? The entire world has gone to ruins and I can't find any other person who isn't as evil as the others. . . Or myself." With this, she simply stopped, putting her hand back onto her cup before looking towards the forest she had been living in for so long.
This place was now thriving with life. Ever since the sources of man-made machines ran out, nature began taking over once more. Of course, this young girl didn't mind it. She enjoyed the forest much more than any city in the world. The only problem was that now, humans became more violent, more territorial, but most of all, they all kind of went insane.
All this girl wished for was someone who wasn't as dependent on those silly machines. She simply wanted a companion to help her through her troubles and dismays. . . Just someone. . .
Then, out in the bushes, not too far from her, she heard rustles and cracking noises coming from the bushes, the sound being too loud to be a simple rabbit or weasel. Her instinct kicked in as she put her coffee on one of the porch rails, reaching towards her shotgun. Once she had it, she stood up, cocking it before she pointed it towards the area she heard the noise come from.
"Who's there?" She cried out in question. "Show yourself!. . . Or I might just find out where you are when your body thuds to the ground." She said, her eyes gliding over each bush with careful stares, as if she really could see just who she had to shoot and where.
Ok, this is the plot of this story:
In the middle of a forest, that is part of a ruined world of humans, one girl has found refuge within a summer cabin in the woods. There, she has found access to simple things she needs to live, including hunting gear for when a hunt is needed. However, her plans aren't as complex as you would believe. She simply wishes to stay alive and possibly find a friend. . . Maybe even someone special.
Suddenly, when she believes her hope for friendship and love are crushed, she finds someone else who was not as crazy as the other humans in this world. Then, she is relieved and hopeful once more as she begins to learn more about this stranger who she welcomed into her home.
However, as the times continue, she has started to hear voices whenever the wind howls and blows by her ears. She doesn't know what's going on or how to stop it. All she knows is that this must be a sign of her going crazy, or something truly terrible that would soon happen.
{Ok. The not as crazy part doesn't mean they have to be fully sane. They can still be a little crazy, just not too much to where it's unbearable. I can indulge in angst, fluff, and basically almost anything really. Thank you for reading this and taking your time to figure this out. I really appreciate it. Hopefully I'll see ya soon.}
