Long time, no roleplay right?

Well, I have lost some people along the way but I wanna thank you guys who have stayed because today wasn't one of my greatest days at school.

ANYWAAAAYYYYY! Let's get onto scenarios

Scenario 1:
You are a new lab assistant today! Unfortunately, your boss is also your tormentor from high school, not that you mind. You knew that people can change so you hoped he had changed from the better.
Little did you know how much he had changed. As you walked in, a few minutes early, you saw him working on a experiment, , concentrating hard.

Scenario 2:
He was tall and handsome, or at least you thought. All the other kids in school thought that the new science teacher was scary apart from the few suck ups that thought he taught really well. Anyway, you were on the hunt for a cheap apartment in the estate agents when a poster catches your attention. It was simple but blunt, showing a lovely house.
'Roomate wanted. Must be able to clean up after self and can pay bills on time.'
There was an address and listed so you decided to take it.
Later that day you went to the house only to get the biggest shock of your life.
