Sorry guys about this took long guys. A couple of new beta-readers drop this and my old beta-reader got sick while helping. But it's here and I hope guys enjoy this new chapter.

Karakura Town, Kurosaki Clinic, Morning

Sakura woke up in a blind panic. She threw off her covers and lift herself off the bed, and stands up eyes darting around the room for any sign of danger.

"Crap!" Sakura yelped when she almost fell but she caught herself. She healed her foot a while back but Sakura decided to were the cast to keep up the appearance of being injured.

The morning light was shining into the white room from the window to expose any danger that might have been hidden in the shadows. To her relief there was nothing. No Heartless waiting in the shadows, no killer holding a knife in the quiet room, not even a shout can be heard. Sakura raises an eyebrow and then she felt a dull pain in her head.

'Everything's fine Sakura. Haelth was just waking up and that broke the link.' The spirit told Sakura their mind.

'Spirit?' Sakura called out to the spirit in her mind. At first there was silence but sure enough, the spirit answered back.

'Yep, it's me.' The spirit answered her, 'Just checking up on you before you start to panic. It always after the first link break up everybody panics.'

When did the spirit mention the link again that Sakura begins to bombard them with so many questions about it, 'What happened? You said the link fell apart because one of us is waking up right? Is it always going to be like that every time one of us is waking up? Are Haelth and Edward ok?' Her questions stopped when she felt like something smack the back of her head.

'Calm down!' The spirit growled, Sakura flinched and was quiet, 'The link will fall apart again once one of you woke up but the pain will fade away once you get used to it.' Sakura frowned at that, 'And to answer your last question Haelth and Edward are fine. They just as worried about you as much as you did for them.' Sakura felt a warm feeling in her chest when she heard that, 'I'll keep an eye out. Just keep out trouble until ok?' With that, the spirit was gone from Sakura's mind.

With nothing to do besides wait. Sakura went back to bed and pull back the covers. She hated just sitting around doing nothing but there was nothing she can do. Ha, She starting to sound like Naruto.

Sakura felt a pain in her chest when she remembered Naruto's face and how much she wants to see it again and the rest of her friends and family. Then she narrowed her eyes when she promises, 'I will see him, my friends, and my family, again! That's a ninja promise! Cha! '

Karakura Town, Kurosaki Household, Morning

"So how's was the food?" Yuzu asked Edward who was eating the breakfast she made for him.

"It's good," Edward answered after finish what was left of his food, which earned him a smile from the young girl.

Isshin smacked Edward's back playfully, "That's our Yuzu! She's the best cook anyone can ask for! She really does take after her mom!" Edward only response was painful grunted.

"We can't survive on your cooking old man," Ichigo told his father before stepping into the dining room, "If we did we'd all be dead."

Hysterically Isshin cried out, "Ichigo why would say something like that to your own father!" Isshin got up from his chair and went to tackled his son. But Ichigo saw that attack coming, sidestepped the attack and put his foot out to trip his Isshin. Then Ichigo elbowed his father's back, "Stand down old man!" Ichigo snapped.

"Ichigo You shouldn't do that!" Yuzu scolded at her brother only for her sister stop her.

"Just let them Yuzu," Karin told her as her father quickly got back up and attack his son. She didn't even look up at her brother's and father's little battle they were having

"You know you can't stop them. So might as well finish our meal." She told Yuzu as she continued eating her breakfast.

Edward raised an eyebrow at the family. He found this family strange but if Isshin was his father he would have beat him up too.

"I'm heading out!" Ichigo told his family before he turned to Edward, "You want to come with?" He asked him. Edward looked surprised but notice that Ichigo gave him a look. A look that said, 'play along'. Yuzu didn't see the fact that Ichigo was making but Karin did. She looked at both of them as if to trying to figure out what was going on between the two.

"Yeah, I'm coming, I'm coming," Edward grumbled as he got up and walked with Ichigo outside the house. He could hear Yuzu saying goodbye to them as they got out of the house.

Once they were a good distance away from Ichigo's house Edward asked him "I know you want to talk to me. So spill it." He went straight for the point which Ichigo is thankful about.

"Did you find your friends yet?" Ichigo asked. While Ichigo did help him and Sakura, Edward was still didn't trust Ichigo, not fully at less. But he is a native to this world, so he would have more information than him and Sakura. So Edward decides that Ichigo is on the 'need to know base' list of people he comes across.

Edward couldn't help himself and sarcastically asked, "Want to kick us out already?"

Ichigo almost tripped, "Yeah I do!" Ichigo replied blushing a bit, "The sooner you find them, the sooner you freeloaders can leave!" Edward just rolled his eyes. It wasn't his fault that Sakura doesn't listen to him.

"But did you guys get into contact with them," Ichigo asked him again. Edward paused for a moment, thinking about his answer. 'Should he tell Ichigo that they made a deal with a long-dead ghost to keep their vessel safe and his minds were linked to the vessel?' Edward quickly scraps the idea. But if he lies to Ichigo that would break his trust in them.

On the other hand when Ichigo didn't believe him or Sakura that they came from another world until Chip and Dale came along. By that action Edward saw Ichigo as someone that is 'seeing is believing' type of guy. So he might not believe them until they somehow convent him to make a bond with the spirit and there was no reason for him to accept that offer. So Edward decided to give Ichigo the watered-down version.

"Chip and Dale got into contact with them last night." Edward lied to him, "They're safe for now and they're in a place called Hueco Mundo." As soon as Edward told him that. Ichigo froze. Edward could tell something was wrong.

"Shit! Your friend is Hueco Mundo?!" Ichigo grabs Edward's shoulders. Fear creeps into Edward's heart as he got out of Ichigo's grip.

"Yes! Do you know where it is?" Edward was redundant. The tone of Ichigo's voice told Edward that it wasn't good.

"Hueco Mundo is the home of the Hollows. The monster we fought against yesterday. It's a dangerous place or so I heard." He explained to Edward.

Edward perked up, "How can I get there?" He asked...no he demanded Ichigo.

Ichigo looked away, "There no way to get in Hueco Mundo that I know of." After hearing this Edward huffed and was about to storm off but Ichigo stop him, "But I know a guy."

Karakura Town, Urahara's shop, Morning

Edward looked inside the shop that Ichigo has taken him in. There a bunch of items on the shelves most of which looked like candy. Light only comes from the lightbulb and natural light. Overall Edward was not impressed by this shop. In fact, he began to question Ichigo thought process when he said this guy can help him.

"So you saying this guy can help my friends?" Edward asked Ichigo.

Ichigo nodded and rubbed the back of his head, "Yes...but like I said this guy is," Ichigo paused for a moment to find the right words, "weird."

"Weird? Is that how you see me as Ichigo? I'm hurt Ichigo," A cheery voice called out and then a man appeared in front of Ichigo that scared the two boys. Which earned him a swift kick in the stomach by Ichigo who got spook by him.

"What the hell is wrong with you old man!" Ichigo yelled at the old man. The said old man grumbled as he got up.

"Now Ichigo is that way to greet a friend?" The man joked to Ichigo which got him a nasty glared from the teen. Edward rolled his eyes and spoke to the shopkeeper to get things back on track.

"So this is the guy who's making a portal to Hueco Mundo Ichigo?" Edward asked Ichigo.

Who in turned just sighed and answered, "Unfortunately yes. Urahara meet Edward. Edward meet Urahara."

The said man turned to Edward with a surprised look on his face.

"Edward, you say? Do you happened to know someone call Alphonse Elric?" Edward's head snapped to the shopkeeper, his eyes widened in shock. How did Urahara know about Alphonse?

The shopkeeper smiled at Edward's reaction, "Your expression tells me that you know who he is." With a small laugh, Urahara called out, "Alphonse! There someone here to see you!"

There were footsteps that came from the back of the shop and was moving to them. The footsteps sounded strange; there was a 'click' sound every time one of the foot comes down. Like someone wearing armor...

"What is it Urahara?" A strange hollowed out voice called out.

Yep, there was no mistake it. Edward only knew one person that he that voice. Out of the door to the back of the shop there stood his little brother.

Both of them stopped and looked at each other like they couldn't believe what they saw. Disbelief ran through their brains as they tried to process what was in front of them. But it was Alphonse that first broke the silence.

"Edward?" Edward snapped out in his daze and darted forward to hug his brother. He didn't care that Ichigo or the shopkeeper see him like this. All that he cared about was that his little brother was here and still alive. He felt Alphonse wrapped his arm around him too. To Edward this moment made him feel that everything is going to turn out for the best.

"What the hell is going on here?" Ichigo asked Urahara, and with that, the endearing moment was ruined.

Karakura Town, Kurosaki Clinic, Afternoon

"So this is your brother?" Sakura tilted her head towards Edward's brother. He waved his hand at Sakura who smile at the...kid.

"Yep. Alphonse this is Sakura. Sakura this is Alphonse." Edward told her.

Sakura holds her hand out for Alphonse, "Nice to meet you, Alphonse."

"It's nice to meet you too Sakura!" Alphonse shook her hand. Sakura felt the chakra around Alphonse was... strange. It was present, yes but it's so little that you may not notice it. It was like a dying animal cling to life. But he seems ok from where she was looked at him.

"So I got to ask: what's with the armor?" She asked Alphonse. Who stood up straight up and cast a worried glance over at his brother.

"It was from my mother's house," Edward explained. Sakura wanted to kick herself for asking this question. She didn't know the whole story, but she did know that Edward's and Alphonse's mother died and afterward they tried to bring her back. But it had cost Edward's arm and leg and the thing they made wasn't even a human. It was an abomination. Something that soon after it was created died because of it so... twists that it couldn't live that long.

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have to ask." Sakura ashamed of herself she looked away from the brothers.

Edward shook his head, "You're not the first person to ask us about that and you probably won't be the last." He told her and Alphonse nodded. Sakura frowned but let it go. There was more important stuff they should be talked about now.

"So Alphonse did Edward tell you about the group we were traveling with?" She asked him. Edward told her that this Urahara guy was making a portal to Hueco Mundo but she didn't know how much Alphonse knows about the team they were with and even how they got here.

"Edward told me that you guys traveled in a...spaceship?" Alphonse said slowly like he could believe what his brother told him. Which Sakura didn't blame him for it was a hard thing to believe, "But a man name Conner stopped your ship and took some of your friends to Hueco Mundo and destroy your ship. But you, my brother, and two other pilots escaped. Right?" Alphonse tilted his head and Sakura nodded.

"I know it's hard to believe but it's true," Sakura told him which to her surprise Alphonse shook his head.

"Oh no, I believe you. After dealing with Hollows, learning about soul reapers, and just...dealing with Urahara." Alphonse told her sheepish, "It's just your friends are in a really bad spot. Hueco Mundo is home to the Hollows. And barely anyone can get in and out. There is someplace called the Soul Society that does go there from time to time from what Urahara told me." He explained to Sakura.

"It's there any way we get into contact with this Soul Society?" Sakura asked him. Her heart sank when Alphonse shook his head at her question.

"No. Urahara said he and the Soul Society aren't on good terms with each other. Plus they aren't the kind of people that go out of their way to help random people." Alphonse told her. Sakura felt her heart sink at that. Their chance to save their friends was shot down before it even had begun.

Seeing Sakura's disheartened looked, Alphonse quickly added, "But Urahara is making a portal to Hueco Mundo as we speak but it going to take a while. I'm trying to help him as much as I can. Until then Urahara suggests that you keep in contact with your group as much as possible."

Sakura nodded; it sounded like a good plan for now at least. Sakura turned to Alphonse and asked, "Can we do anything to help Urahara make this portal?"

Alphonse shook his head, "He said that he could handle it by himself." Edward and Sakura had a 'what' look on their faces made Alphonse rise his hands, "His words! Not mine!"

"But we can use your help!" The familiar voice of Chip and Dale spoke to Alphonse. And sure enough, they jumped onto Sakura's bed, drawing everyone attention to them.

Alphonse step back in surprise at the talking chipmunks, "Are those chimeras?" Alphonse asked Edward who shook his head.

"No. Or at less not the same ones from our world." Chip and Dale didn't comment. Sakura thinks was because the two brothers have no idea what the Elrics were talking about.

"So um...what do you need my help with?" Alphonse asked Chip and Dale. Sakura wondered what the chipmunks were doing all this time?

"We need you to help us build us new gummi ship," Dale told him.

"Yeah, you're bigger than us. So you can get the stuff we need without really running into trouble." Chip added.

"Sure!" While Alphonse's face was hidden underneath all that armor but Sakura could tell excitement by the tone of his voice.

"What do you need?" He asked them. The chipmunks explained what they needed to get and Sakura and Edward also listen in. As they could help them if they have a chance. Plus it just a good excuse for the brothers to hang out again.

Karakura Town, Kurosaki Clinic, Night

Sakura was bored. She can't leave this room because she still pretends that her leg was still broken. She still does her exercise when Ichigo's family is away. But that was a rarity in itself. As they hardly seem to go out. Ok, the twins do but the father hardly does. But the silver lining to all of this and it's Edward's visited when he brought his brother here. And if Edward found his family, why couldn't Sakura can too?

Suddenly she jumped faster than a scared rabbit from her bed and look at the window. She sensed a strange chakra. It was dark and heavy like a predator closing in on their prey. It was a chilly feel, but after calming down, she focused on locating where this chakra was coming from.

The quiet streets and starry night greeted her as she looked around. The energy was still hanging around like a bad omen. Sakura tried to pinpoint it but then she realized there were more of the same dark energy out there. That when she spotted some movement above her window.

Then a blur shoots down from the room above her room. The orange hair was a dead give away. Sakura saw Ichigo for a few moments before he disappeared in flash. Sakura blinked and rubbed her eyes. Sakura thought at first she was seeing things but after she pinched herself she knew that she wasn't.

'How can he do that?' Sakura wondered. She felt Ichigo's chakra disappear after that flash but the reappeared next to the dark energy.

Sakura weighed the options. She could A: go after Ichigo and see what's was up. Or B: stay here and wait for Ichigo to come back to explain what's going on. But after growing bored after a whole day just stay in this room she decides to go after him.

Sakura got dress and ran after Ichigo. Sticking in shadows so she won't be spotted and far away from the street with those cars.

Fun fact about this chapter: Alphonse wasn't supposed to be in this chapter. Edward and Ichigo were supposed just talk, Edward would get worried about information he got about Hueco Mundo and worry about the others. But when I was writing this I was like that doesn't make a lot of sense because Edward is the kind of guy that goes in recuse people if he knows they were in some serious danger. So the chapter also has to be rewritten because of that too.

Hopefully, chapter 10 will be up soon. I still looking for some new beta-readers. New ones get a free request drawing from me. Just not anything NSFW.
