Roselynn.

The voice that haunted my dreams pierces through the air. I turn my head to her, and our eyes meet. She looks at me, confused; somehow, I'm familiar to her. Though I don't exactly look the same, my hair is black instead of blonde, and my eyes are also black instead of blue.

Rose's eyes widen in shock before she smirks and crosses her arms. "So Poppy is the famous Sin I've heard about." I don't say anything causing a bubble of laughter to leave her lips. Even her laugh the same.

"Abigal, come quickly," Rose shouts to her left, and a young girl walks in with a tray. "You collected all of their weapons?"

The girl quickly nods before Rose looks at me knowingly. "I don't believe it. Poppy, release all your hidden weapons." Again I don't move; we stare each other down before finally Rose takes a gun from her pocket, removes the safety, and points it to Destiny. Her eyes never leaving mine.

"Poppy. Weapons, now or I'll put a bullet between your friend's eyes." I clench my jaw at her words and slowly move to my bra, I take the small dagger that is encased in the padding of my sports bra and hold it out. The girl Abigal quickly grabs it and puts it on the tray.

I then look to Rose, she smirks. "Poppy, I've heard all about your alter ego Sin, I want all of the weapons you have out now." I roll my eyes but take apart the belt buckle that holds a small dagger and hand it to the Abigal girl. I grab the band of my sports bra and grab another small blade and give it to Abigal; her eyes are wide at the small daggers she missed. I then look back at Rose; she tilts her head slightly while raising her eyebrows.

I harshly sigh as I go to my shoe, and on the bottom of my boot push a small button that opens a small compartment, a small throwing dagger falls out. I grab it and hand it to Abigal.

Rose smiles in triumph, causing me to roll my eyes as I look at her. Finally, I decide to speak. "Kidnapping lunas, that is cliche of you, Rose," I say knowingly. Rose always hated cliche books.

She rolls her eyes before smiling lightly, "but poodle werewolves are new." She giggles as she then shoos Abigal away with her hand. Rose puts the gun she has pointed at Destiny back into her pants.

"So, what is your big plan." Destiny snarls as she looks at Rose, who clicks her tongue while shaking her head.

"Silly pup, I'm not going to tell you, no one gets anything done when everyone knows their plan." Rose giggled as she looks back at me.

"Such a shame I wanted to work with Sin, but I'm also glad I get to kill you again, Poppy." Rose claps her hands in excitement.

"Well, I can't die." I shrug innocently, and she rolls her eyes at my words. She takes a step towards the cell I'm in—a smug look taking over her face.

"Tell me, Poppy, witches brought you back didn't they, using dark magic," Rose asks the rhetorical question, she already knows the answer too. There aren't a lot of things that can bring people back.

I don't say anything causing Rose's smile to grow quicker; she leans in closer and whispers. "Don't you remember that I had a cousin that was a witch and did dark magic. I know how it works." I clench my teeth as she pulls out a whistle and quickly blows in it.

A door burst open, and poodle wolves march in looking at Rose, waiting for a command. Rose points towards Destiny and me. "Get these two shackled and ready to go. We have a little road trip to go on."

The wolves look at me, and my eyes widen as I look to Destiny, who swallows harshly.

*******

The shackles on my feet rub against my ankles, causing me to curse, knowing blisters are starting to form. I have heavy chains on my wrist as well, and I turn to see Destiny on my right, walking alongside me. She woke up fifteen minutes ago. They had drugged us both, but the drugs did not affect me, so I pretended to be asleep. Which is pretty easy when I don't breathe or have a heartbeat.

So if I can get out of this, I know where Rose is hiding the Lunas. "How are we supposed to get out of this."

I look to Destiny and shrug my shoulders. Honestly, I had no clue. Ten poodle wolves and Rose surrounded us. Destiny is weak due to the silver in the chains on her wrists and feet. The chains on me seem to be cursed, causing me to feel weak as well.

Basically, we stand no chance.

I suck in a deep breath as I start to recognize my surroundings; the place looks the same. Rose grabs my arm and forces me to quicken my pace, making me almost trip. We get right outside the circle, and I feel my head start to hurt as well as my chest. Rose looks at me and turns me, so my back is to the place I had died. She looks me in the eyes and grins.

"Gosh Poppy, you can't understand the gleeful feeling of getting to kill you a second time. I get to watch you die again. This time I'm going to dump your body over the cliff so no one can find you." Rose giggled as she undoes the chains of my wrist. The fall to the ground, and I quickly lunge at her, but Rose is ready as she grabs me and pushes me back. My eyes widen as I fall back to the ground. I feel my heart desperately try to start, and my lunges work to fill all over again. I writhe in pain as I try to breathe all over again.

"Poppy No!" I hear Destiny scream, and I hear her struggle from the wolves. Rose laughs, and I hear the drop of chains.

"Go be with her as she dies; just know you will follow her shortly."

I suck in a painful deep breath as I see a tear stricken Destiny hovering over me, shaking me.

"Don't die, Poppy! Stay with me; we can get out together." My vision starts to blur as I feel tear droplets fall on me.

"Poppy!" I hear Destiny wail as I take in one last painful strained breath.

******

"Hello, Poppy." My eyes widen at a voice that sends chills down my back.

I turn quickly and see the woman. One side of her is demonic, a red-eye, black hair, then on the more angelic side Platinum blonde hair with blue eyes. Her skin is deathly pale, looking cold to the touch.

She carries a scythe and has a black robe on, what you expect a reaper to wear.

Darkness surrounds her, but it's not evil, just dark. Almost calming. Very absolute.

"Thana, wait." I quickly look to a familiar figure that seems out of breath. Bora.

The woman, Thana, glares at Bora. "I beat you here this time, Bora, go home while I take this soul to where she belongs."

Bora plays with her fingers nervously. Intimidation causes her to hesitate to Thana. Even I could feel the power rolling off of Thana.

"But-but Thana, it isn't her time yet." Bora stumbles over her words, struggling to convince Thana.

Thana glares at her as she points to me. "It was her time the first time you allowed her back. I didn't say anything and let it slide, but it's time now."

"The Angel's command her to stay until they say it's her time." Bora takes a step back at her words, and I raise my eyebrows in wonder at what bad blood Thana has with the Angel's.

"Michelangelo needs to keep his wings on his own back." Thana seems to growl as she glares at Bora. Bora naturally flinches and seems to bow her head to Thana. Though Thana seems oblivious to the action as she turns to me, she stares at me for a moment before looking at Bora, who looks at her, begging her with her eyes.

Thana's face slightly softens before she shuts her eyes tightly and pinches the bridge of her nose. My eyes widen at the small show of compassion towards Bora. Deep down, she cares. Thana's eyes open as she looks at me.

"Fine. I give you one more life, Poppy Rose." At her words, Bora's shoulders loosen in relief. "But this is your last chance, this time I am putting the life energy back into your body with your soul, so if you die, I'll come for you and take you to heaven where you belong," Thana explains as she walks to me. I nod my head quickly as I sense the promise in her words.

"Poppy, before you go, I must tell you, keep your mind and heart open," Bora explains quickly, and I look at her in confusion but nod nonetheless.

With that, Thana brings up two fingers and touches my forehead. I'm shocked at the warmth in her deathly pale fingers.

My eyes close as I feel a pull on me.

********

My eyes open, and I gasp harshly and painfully. My heart beats quickly, and I take another deep breath filling my lungs. I look around and notice I'm alone.

Though a scream lets me know, I haven't been dead too long.

I quickly make it to my feet and run in the direction of Destiny's screams.

In no time, I break through the trees and spot the ten werewolves and Rose. She holds Destiny by the shackles in her wrist, the only thing keeping her from falling off the cliff.

My eyes widen at the scene before me. "No!" I shout as I push through the wolves who look surprised to see me. Rose looks at me with utter disbelief and frustration.

"What the hell?" Rose growls, but Destiny looks at me with relief, knowing I'll get her out.

Rose narrows her eyes. "Fine, stay alive then, I'll just burn the world around you," Rose smirks, she then looks to Destiny and pushes her before stepping back.

Destiny's face quickly changes to fear as her mouth opens, letting a chilling scream fill the air, her hands reach out to me as her body starts to fall.

My feet move as I reach out to grab her. Tears rush down her face as she continues to scream. Her eyes stay connected to mine; they beg me to save her.

I reach my hand out more as if I could save her, but I know, I'm not close enough, I stop at the edge of the cliff with my hand still reaching and our eyes always connected, pleading with each other for her to survive this.

A loud crack goes through the trees, making them flinch in anguish. I watch the life quickly snatch from her eyes. Her face is still fear-stricken but slightly relaxed. Her arms lay spread out beside her, like wings. I see blood start to form a puddle around her head. My body shakes, and my stomach turns. My lungs scream as I seem to hold my breath in shock.

Until Rose opens her goddamned mouth.

"I should be called the goddess of death because I have always found death so beautiful, I just love to steal the life from people."

My head snaps up as I breath in deeply. The trees seem to try to hide from what is coming; the sun hides behind clouds as it darkness slightly around me. I pick myself up and clench my fist as I breathe in again. I look at Destiny's lifeless body once more before turning towards Rose.

I breathe in deeply again, igniting the flames, and like that, my body engulfs in fire, but I don't burn.

Rose's eyes widen as the smirk falls from her lips, and she takes a step back. "Poppy, you're on fire."

I take slow steps towards her as the grass beneath my feet is engulfed in flames. My body shakes, and I let out a loud cry as I throw a big fireball at a wolf, he is immediately taken over by the fire and soon turns to ashes.

Rose's eyes hold terror as she takes a step back. She looks at the wolves before pointing towards me. "Kill her!"

The wolves come at me, and I quickly form another fireball throwing them, turning two into ash. I dodge one lunging at me and open my palm, letting fire shoot from my hand and burning the wolf alive.

I quickly burn the wolves alive, but Rose is already gone. I let the fire quickly die out from around my body.

Knowing I don't have time to mourn her, I throw my emotions off the cliff to lay beside her. My face turns cold as I quickly take off.
