We walk out the castle door and I spot Destiny stretching as Colt, already shifted in his wolf form, grabs a backpack.

Colts wolf is the same color as his hair, just a tad darker. His eyes seem more green in wolf form. As he spots me his ears point up in alertness, showing he is ready.

I turn my head at the sound of bones popping and spot a large ebony brown wolf. Bright gold eyes staring into mine, his tail wags slightly, ears up straight ready to run. He breaks eye contact as he bends down grabbing a bag near the stairs and I find myself admiring at how graceful he moves.

It causes me to smile at the memories of my own wolf. Sinia was clumsy, yet extremely fierce and daring. She tripped over her own feet yet was very protective of me. Ready to chew up and spit out anything that came at me. Yet I wasn't smart or fast enough to protect her. I was stupid, too trusting, and that was Sinia's down fall. 

"Okay I made some calls, Darken Nights pack is the first pack we stay at, their Luna is the first one to have gone missing," Destiny explains and I have to hold back from applauding at the fact she doesn't spit her words at me. In return I nod as I lazily stretch my legs, "Decker will lead the way, we don't need a rogue going head first in a pack that's ready to attack anything they may suspect as the kidnapper." 

Makes since, with the Luna being the one missing, I'm sure all of the pack wolves are itching to sink their teeth into something. "Then let's head out," I declare and without a second thought Destiny shifts into her wolf, a smaller copy of Decker. They all look at me expectantly, I raise a brow. I thought Decker was leading us maybe not? 

"Are you all just going to sit there and admire me or are we going to go?" I ask causing Destiny to growl at me. Colt snorts which sounds like a strangled growl. 

"We are waiting on you baby girl, to shift." My eyes widen at Decker's words floating through my head. I had forgotten what it was like to mind link; In fact I am not sure I know how to reply. 

"Oh, yeah I can't shift, I can keep up though no worries." I shrug and Destiny snorts at my words. I cast a glance at her before looking back at Decker, "Lead the way, my king." I almost kick myself at how my words come out slightly sexual. The tone of my voice coming out heavier than I intended. Decker nods his wolfish head before he starts off in a trot, Destiny and I follow behind and Colt follows loosely behind us. 

Soon We are sprinting, Destiny and I competing to be ahead of each other, not focusing on the woods around us , which is dangerous. Reckless actions have consequences and soon we face them as a rogue lunges from his hiding spot attacking Destiny. I quickly slow to a stop as I see the ball of fur rolling to the side, snarling at each other. Decker and Colt do the same, furious growls leaving them. At that time five other rogues step out, three of them break apart Destiny and the rogue. 

The rogue shifts and I glare at the kid, red buzz cut, brown eyes, squirrelly  looking kid. The other five rogues I don't recognize. One meaty looking rogue grabs Destiny by the scruff of her neck. "You want her back? Fifty thousand dollars."

Without a thought the words come tumbling from my mouth. "I don't know man, I feel like she isn't worth that, what about fifty bucks?" Destiny glares at my words and one of the rogues in the back ground chuckles. 

"Seriously Sin, we want cash or the girl dies." Zeke states as he tries to come off bad ass. With his words the meaty guy pulls out a knife and presses it against Destiny's throat. Colt looks at me with confusion at the guys acknowledgment of me. I hear bones pop and with out a second thought turn my head to see Decker, completely naked. My eyes widen as my face flushes as I catch a glimpse of his big...member. The royal package everybody. The thought of riding him enters my mind and I quickly push it back. Now is not the time to fantasize. I quickly turn my attention to the pack of wolves. 

"Right well I'm serious too, fifty bucks or no deal." I shrug in a bored way. 

"Men, I'm giving you a chance to let my-"

"Whore go" I say interrupting Decker. I cast him a look before looking back to the group of rogues. If these rogues knew Destiny was his sister that price would skyrocket, then if they find out that they are royals, lord help us all. I do not need that getting around. Luckily not all rogues paid attention to details such as eye color. "She is a good whore and We really don't want to have to go through the trouble of finding another submissive." My words cause the rogues jaws to drop.

"Well shit, you're orgy freaks." One man states as he gives me a look of disgust. I growl at him, while on the inside I'm dying of laughter at the fact they actually believe my lie. 

"I prefer kinky.' I state as I feign offended. "Now hand over the girl and I promise not to kill you." 

"Fifty thousand dollars or the girl get-" I interrupt the man mid sentence as I roll my eyes while I quickly reach into my pocket grab a throwing knife and throw it past Zeke, into the meaty mans head. He drops to the ground and Zeke gasp as he watches the man drop. 

"Kaboom bitches." I say as I wink at Zeke.

 At my words chaos follows as Destiny attacks the rogue beside her and Colt takes the silent man in the background. Two men go after Decker, who shifts mid lunge and attacks them. My eyes lock with Zeke as my head tilts slightly while a smirk graces my lips. I take a threatening step before completely running to Zeke, I deliver a punch to his cheek, he stumbles back and brings his arms up to defend himself. He then tries to throw a punch to me and I dodge it gracefully. 

"I thought you didn't do partners." Zeke grunts as he throws another punch my way. I laugh lightly at his words. 

"I don't but for some reason it seems people are drawn to me." I state and  Decker pops up in my mind, the need to find out why there is a mate connection messes with my anxiety.  

I knee Zeke in the stomach making him fall back into a tree. I then go up and grab him on both sides of his neck. I smirk as I lean close to him.

"I told you, you wouldn't last long pup."  With that I twist his head in an awkward, upward motion until I hear the snap of his neck. I then step back as his lifeless body falls to the ground, his head laying awkwardly. 

I turn around to face the others, the bodies of dead rogues show we won this little battle. A smile blossoms onto my face, "We won bitches! First fight together and we killed them, literally!" I say as I walk towards them as they shift into their human forms. I proudly look at the dead rogues, it wasn't much but it was a nice practice run. 

"You fight really well Sin." Colt states obviously impressed. Destiny doesn't say anything, to busy glaring at me. 

"This causes for a celebration," I say with a slight smirk, my eyes meet Decker's and before I know it his arm wraps around my waist and pulls me close, his lips meet mine in a light kiss. Without a thought I kiss him back. At that moment our souls seem to intertwine, like two lost lovers that were finally meeting again after years of being apart. 

Like two lost lovers saying, welcome home.

Of course things like that do not last forever, the best things never do and the dark bitterness inside me spilled over screaming at me to wake the fuck up, and at its harsh voice, I obey.

I push Decker away as I come to my senses. "What the hell Decker?" I shout. "Why did you just kiss me?" Though a big part of me was reliving the kiss over and over, soaking up every beautiful detail of his lips on mine.

Decker gives me a confused look, "We just killed together, we were victorious, you said that calls for celebration." Decker explains and I hear Colt snickering in the background. 

"Yes, Celebration as in beer, Decker, not kissing," I explain as I walk past him trying to ignore the tingles taking over my body.
