Chapter Thirty-Three

                 The Christmas snow was on the ground, and Ben was holding Olivia as Rey was cooking dinner .

"So every year since my grandpa owned the business he would take my mom and uncle to Disneyland ... and when I got little they took me ... Christmas at Disneyland is a Skywalker tradition, I wanna take Olivia with us and three of us go" he said.

"A what? 12 hour flight with a baby... Ben -"

"Come on" he said "please Mama ?" He asked "I'll do the dishes for a month"

"I don't know" she sighed as she stirred the pasta .

"Mama ? Please mama" he said and kissed her cheek "Olivia tell mama how much you wanna go... Don't you wanna see Mickey Mouse ? And see the lights ? Don't you wanna meet Great Grandma Padmè and Great Grandpa Anakin?" He asked .

She giggled in her fathers arms "please?" He asked again.

"Okay" she sighed and Ben smiled "WOOP ! The solos are going to Disneyland !" He said "and my cutie pie is gonna get a cute sweater and Mickey Mouse hat... we can take a family picture in front of the castle "

"Okay... where will we be staying ?" She asked as she took Olivia and sat her in her high chair .

Rey put some mashed pasta noddles on her plate and then sat next to her.

"We're gonna stay at the Disneyland Hotel ... family tradition and my mom said we'd have a connecting room but our owns nonetheless" he told her .

Rey finished packing the baby on board bag and then sighed "were set" she said .

Ben grabbed the baby carrier with Olivia in it and took it down to the car as Rey grabbed the last suitcase.

"The plan is to breastfeed her on the plane so she'll go straight to sleep ... she's gonna sit at the window seat ..." Rey said as they drove to the airport in the cab.

"why not the middle ?" He asked .

"Because, I figure you can go up and down the aisle and I like the middle seat" she said.

"Okay"

"Okay" Rey said as she sat down on the plane with her baby next to her "mama needs you to be a good baby and not cry while we're going up ... as soon as I can I'll feed you" she said as Ben was putting their on flight carry on above their seat.

The flight began and the second Rey pulled her nipple out the baby was quite and peaceful.

She had a blanket over her as she held and gently rocked Olivia . "Ears popped ?" He asked.

"Yeah" she said as she rubbed the baby's back under the blanket.

"Here Mama" he said and put a piece of gum in her mouth "it will help"

Leia turned around "how is she ?"

"Almost over the legal limit of milk drunk... but she's quite" Rey said .

"So you've ever been to Disneyland ?"

"Only Disneyworld, Ben said Disneyland is better"

"It's smaller but better" Leia smiled . Ben was currently working on his paper that he almost finished .

Rey rested her head on Ben's shoulder as she held the baby in her arms .

Ben leaned down and kissed her forehead softly as he worked on his paper.

Soon enough Olivia was asleep and Rey was too. Gently Ben brought her head out of the blanket  and pulled Rey's shirt up.

He moved the arm rest and laid Rey on him . He closed his laptop and rested his head on hers as they slept.

Ben woke up to Olivia crying , he knew she needed a diaper change. Not wanting to wake Rey he got the baby swiftly to the bathroom and changed her .

When he came back she was reaching for Rey's boob again. He sighed "Mama's asleep ..." he said and  grabbed the bottle of breast milk in the baby bag.

He gently fed her as he watched a show on Netflix . Rey laid softly in his arms .

"Mama" he said and Leia turned around "could you hold her ? I need to use the bathroom and -"

"Give her here" she said with open arms and held her granddaughter .

Y'all tell me cute things to do at Disney with a baby ... they can't exactly go on Space Mountain so ...
