Chapter Six
   "Rey you've been blowing up my phone for like 3 hours what is it ?" Ben asked as he finally saw her , sitting on a bench near the pier .

Ben was out fishing with his uncle , but his uncle had gone off to get bait and food so it was just him and the supplies .

"I'm pregnant" Rey told him , a blank face and a somber voice .

"You're pregnant?" He asked with disbelief. "Congrats ?"

"It's yours " she said.

"Nope ! No no way ! Physically impossible!" He laughed as he began to fix his fishing pole.

"I was a virgin , you're the only guy who've I've ever been with.. condoms break" she said trying to keep her cool.

"No its physically impossible!" He laughed "like IMPOSSIBLE!"

"What ?" Rey asked .

"I was told I could never have children ... "Ben said.

"Well I guess you did ... I'm pregnant... false negatives are common but false positives aren't ... I'm pregnant, I have been for two months and I just found out today" Rey crossed her arms across her chest.

"Nope! Never " Ben laughed . "Nice try" and he walked  off , leaving her at the pier.

Rey sat down at her table , her mother and father looking at her suspiciously.

"What's wrong ?" Her father asked.

She took a deep breath, holding in all her fears and just said it "I'm pregnant with Ben, Poe's friend's, baby" she blurted out.

Her father's face grew red and her mother looked pale "you're pregnant?" Her mother said.

"I have been... according to my
Period tracker app I'm two months late" she said gripping her cup of hot tea .

"Does ? Does he know ?" She asked her young daughter who was sitting in front of her.

"I tried telling him but he said it was physically impossible since he was told he could never have children and we used a condom" she replied looking at her father "daddy I'm -"

"That's enough Reyhanne ... just, go" he said "you're mother and I need to talk about this"

"Daddy I -"

"Go" he said looking down at his own cup of coffee. Rey stood up and shuffled out of the dining room and up to her own room.

Poe opened his sisters door and saw her crying on her bed "I was snooping when I heard you tell them" he sat down "is it really Bens ?"

"Yes... at the party... I went to the pier to try and tell him but he said it could never happen... I've never been with guy before him" she told her brother .

Poe wrapped his hands around her and hugged "I believe you and I'll support your decision no matter what" he said .

"Thanks ... dad won't even look at me and mom is praying " she sighed.

The heard the sound of a parked car alerted them both and they looked out the window .

"Who's that?" She asked.

"Ben's parents car"

Short chapter and long time to no update ! Uhh

Mark got in a car accident and he's still in the hospital he should be discharged this afternoon if all goes well!
