Starfire

Couple

Raven wasn't really the jealous type, but when it came to Starfire, she would become a little green.

Starfire knew Robin and Raven were together, but yet she continued to flirt with him. Constantly. The alien would pout, giggle, and get as close to Robin as she could.

And Raven? Raven would clench her teeth and watch. She could be holding his hand, and Starfire would still make it her business to get close to the Boy Wonder.

Currently, Robin was in the common room with Raven. He was on the floor, and Raven was in between his legs, reading her book. He had his arms wrapped around her waist loosely, and his head on her shoulder, peeking down at her novel.

Raven felt the bubbly aura as soon as the alien princess entered. She raised a brow, not looking up from her book. Only when she called out her boyfriend's name did she tense up.

"Friend Robin? Could you please assist me in retrieving the Silkie. My little Bumgorf has gotten stuck in the tiny oven."

Robin sighed, having felt Raven tense. He looked over his shoulder, smiling apologetically at Starfire.

"Sorry Star, but I'm a little busy. Maybe you should get Cyborg or Beast Boy to help."

Raven felt her lips tug up in a triumphant smile. She knew he wouldn't leave her. But the thought of the Tamaranian constantly trying to win him over often made Raven angry.

She hated Starfire's attempts at breaking the two up. Raven was finally happy with herself, and here was Star, trying to wreck her relationship.

Starfire stomped out of the kitchen, leaving Silkie in the microwave. Raven used her dark energy to free the creature, sending it on its way to the pink room.

She closed her book, turning her head slightly to look at Robin. He smiled at her, placing a soft kiss on her nose.

Raven smiled, returning the favor by kissing him on his cheek. She spoke quietly, looking at his shoulder.

"Do you love me?"

Robin's eyes widened beneath the mask. Her question took him by surprise. He knew the answer. That wasn't what made him hesitate. What made him was the fact that she even felt the need to ask.

"I-of course I do, Raven. Why would you even ask?"

Raven shrugged, placing her book down next to her.

"For reassurance reasons, I guess."

He cocked his head, turning the tables. He asked her question, smirking as she scoffed.

"Do you love me, Raven?"

She turned her body to look him in the whites of his mask. Her eyes hid a playfulness only Robin could find. Her mouth tilted up slightly, in that smile that Tobin could only describe as a "Raven" smile.

"Why would you even ask?"
