Raven shivered, the memory from the previous night coming back to her.
Robin pulled her closer, his heartbeat soothing her.

"He's gone, Rae. I won't ever let him touch you again."

Raven closed her eyes, her chest against his.

Red X. He had touched her. Kissed her. And all she'd wanted was Robin. Her Robin. He had nearly killed the masked villain.

Raven's tears fell, and Robin kissed her forehead.

"No, Rae. Please, don't cry."

Raven tried, but her tears kept falling. He rubbed her back, face buried in her shoulder.

He planted a single kiss on her shoulder, and Raven thought of Red X, who had touched her there.

"No!"

She yelled, shooting up, sitting on the bed.

Robin watched her flail around, stuck in the sheets. He hugged her from behind, tightly.

"No, Rae, he's gone. It's okay, I'm right here."

Raven stopped struggling, settling for putting her head down, not looking into her lover's eyes.

"He touched me."

She shook hard, feeling Red X's hands on her waist again.

She squirmed, accidentally kicking Robin. Robin smiled slightly though, keeping a hold of her.

Raven felt Robin's lips on the back of her head, and she fell into him.

"It's over, Rae."

She nodded, rocking with Robin.

"I'm scared."

She shook harder, barely able to talk. She hated feeling so weak, so helpless.

"Raven. I love you."

He hugged her, pushing her down, watching her slowly sleep.
