She didn't deny him what he knocked on her door. She let him in. She knew he needed to do this.

Robin came to her at night on the days when they had just gotten out of battle, and she had been so close to dying.

He needed to know she was okay,whole, safe. He needed to feel her, love her.

And Raven let him, she always held still, knowing he needed to do this himself.

As of right now, he was pulling off her top, searching for wounds she had healed. He felt her sides, kissing her shoulder.

His mouth lingered, suckling gently. Raven shivered, and he picked her up, setting her on the bed. He lay next to her, playing with her hair.

Robin leaned over, his hand caressing her side. Raven closed her eyes, feeling his lips attach to her weak spot.

Robin nipped at the skin, kissing it to soothe the bite. He moved down, kissing her throat. He set his head down on her chest, breathing steadily.

He spoke, causing Raven to shudder.

"You almost died."

He let his thumb absently rub her arm. She turned to face hik, placing a soft kiss on his cheek.

"I'm okay now."

"Raven?" He asked, and she knew it was important.

"Yes, Robin?"

"I need you."

She smiled slightly, putting a hand on his chest.

"I know. And I need you."
