His Room

Not a couple

She seldom ventured into his room, but when she did, she had a good reason. Today, Raven was in there to give him a book he wanted to borrow. Sure, she could have left it outside the door, but she didn't want Beast Boy to get it. She didn't expect his room to be so neat. There was a mirror on one wall, a desk, closet, and bed. All in a mahogany color. It almost seemed bare. She was so lost in her room inspection that she didn't notice him. He leaned against the door, amused. "So, you like my room?" Raven jumped, a blush on her face. She had been caught, bad. "It's nice." Her words came out steady, but not as emotionless as she wanted. She turned towards him, coaxing the blush to stop. Robin's current state surprised her. He was shirtless, covered in sweat. Raven's mouth was suddenly dry. She couldn't speak, and was sure he knew. Robin stretched, showing off his abs. Raven stared, raising a brow. He walked over to her, reaching for something above her. She moved slightly to her left, looking up. He grabbed a towel from the cupboard and hung it over his shoulder. Raven watched as he walked to his bathroom, only turning when he had his hand on door. "You can stay in here if you want. I won't be long." Raven nearly fainted. He was letting her stay in his room. His room! She nodded, sitting in a chair. He disappeared into the room, and soon she heard the shower running. She looked over to his work desk, and above it was a collage of newspaper clippings of enemies. Slade showed up a lot, but there were others, like Control Freak and Dr. Light. Raven knew why he kept them. He needed to have some way of knowing where they would strike next. She looked over to his bedside table, and a picture caught her attention. It was of him and her, Robin looking at her, smiling and her looking at him with a slight upturn of her lips. Why did he have this? Raven remembered when the picture was taken. There were on a beach, and Raven had refused to go in the water. Robin had picked her book out of her hands, and helped her up. He had threatened to hug her, and Raven had, for the first time in forever, laughed. When she was done m, she smiled slightly as he smiled beck, and Cyborg had taken a quick picture of the moment. That was the day Raven knew she had felt something for her leader.
"It's my favorite picture."
Raven turned fast, standing up. Robin was dressed in his outfit, his hair still slightly wet. Raven rolled her eyes. "Can't you make some noise when you walk?"
"Says the girl who constantly sneaks up on people." He eyed her, and she saw the smile on his lips. Raven put a hand on her hip, but dropped it as he moved closer to her. "You know Raven, you really should knock first." Raven gulped. "You weren't in here." Robin stopped an inch away from her. "So it seems, but it wouldn't hurt." He leaned in towards her, wrapping an arm around her waist. She pushed softly against his chest with a hand. "Robin, what are you doing?" He used his free hand to push a strand of hair out of her face. "This." He leaned down and kissed the dark girl, a soft, sweet, long kiss. His lips searched her's. Raven was surprised, but didn't make a move to leave his grasp. She wrapped her arms around his neck, closing her eyes. She should come in his room more often.
