(Y/N) stirred in her sleep for less than a minute before her eyes fluttered at the brightness of the sun that pierced through the curtains. She noticed how comfortable and warm she was. So comfortable that she almost fell back asleep, before she saw who laid next to her. She smiled for a second, then thought to herself, and quickly blushed and gasped slightly. (Y/N) carefully tried to move out of Astro's grasp, but it seemed impossible to remove herself from the robot's arms. Especially when she only had one leg and one arm to work with. 

After a couple more moments of struggle, (Y/N) gave up. She laid there awkwardly with furrowed eyebrows, Astro hadn't moved an inch. Until his eyes slowly opened. He looked over to see (Y/N) with an awkward smile and he smiled back. His eyes closed once more then opened widely. He gasped, and fell off the bed. He didn't dare move from the ground. He jumped slightly at the sound of (Y/N)'s voice. 

"You gotta stop doing that." She giggled a little as she shook her head. Astro sighed and nodded. He smiled and sat right-side-up on the floor. (Y/N) sat on the bed. They laughed together then looked towards the door when they heard Orrin moving around, probably preparing breakfast. 

"Wanna go get something to eat?" Astro asked as he stood up and pushed (Y/N)'s wheelchair over to the bed. 

"Sounds good." (Y/N) smiled as she hopped into the wheelchair. It was definitely easier when she finally accepted the help Astro offered her so often. They both blushed slightly, but neither of them noticed themselves or each other. Although it did become obvious to them when Orrin mentioned it. 

"Are you both feeling okay? There's intense warmth coming from your cheeks, even you Astro." He said. (Y/N) and Astro looked to each other and their eyes widened. The turned away and brushed it off. 

"No, Orrin, it's okay. We're alright." (Y/N) assured. 

"Could've just been an extra warm night." Astro suggested. Orrin nodded in understanding and went back to setting the table. After Orrin went into the kitchen, Astro pushed (Y/N)'s wheelchair into the table and sat beside her. Once he was sure it was just them, he started a conversation. "Hey, uh, (Y/N)? I've been wanting to ask you something." He said, a little shy. 

"No problem, what is it?" (Y/N) replied with a sweet smile. But to Astro, it wasn't just sweet. It was accepting, strong, beautiful. He could be having the worst day of his life but if (Y/N) smiled at him, everything else would be forgotten. He shook his head slightly and snapped out of his day dream. 

"I was just wondering... what were you planning on d-doing after you were all better? Like, once you have your new arm and new leg. Where do you think you'll go?" Astro asked with a slight stutter. (Y/N) thought for a moment. 

"I never really thought of that. I've just been focusing on hanging out with you." She admitted. Astro smiled lightly on the outside but beamingly on the inside. "But now that you've asked... I don't really know. Maybe back with the others? It's true, they're getting older but now that Hamegg is gone, and Cora's back with her parents most of the time, there's no one there to look after them." Astro nodded, remembering how Hamegg turned out to truly be selfish and inhumane in certain ways. 

"So... you're definitely going back with the others once you're better?" Astro asked, his gaze switched from (Y/N)'s eyes and the ground. (Y/N) sighed and looked straight forward. She didn't know. She loved living with Astro and Dr. Tenma, and Orrin. But did she truly want to leave after this awesome time with Astro? The thought of Dr. Tenma crossed her mind. Would he even allow her to stay? 

"I don't know, I... I wouldn't want to intrude. This is your home. This is your family." (Y/N) reminded. 

"Well, it can be your home and your family too!" Astro said with no hesitation. (Y/N)'s eyes widened. Astro gasped silently as he, yet again, spoke to quickly. "I-I mean, you can stay however long you want. It's been amazing having you here." Astro started to ramble rapidly. "And I'd love you to stay with me- here! Here- with me- and my family. So you'd be in my family- the family! O-only because you'd live here- if you want to! God, I've already said that, uh... W-what I'm trying to say is... you could be a part of the family, if you wanted to live here. Completely up to you. I'd just like you to live here because I like you- YOUR personality. I like your personality and I like you as a person. Not like love, more like a crush. NOT LIKE A CRUSH! UGH!" Astro yelled in frustration with his arms in the air before he crashed them, and his head, onto the table in front of him. 

Orrin purposely stayed in the kitchen and whispered to himself, "yeesh." Then went back to breakfast. 

(Y/N) giggled and placed her left and only hand on his back. "That was painful." She blurted with sarcastic sympathy. "Sweet, but painful." Astro looked at her with one eye and sighed in embarrassment. "But, did you, um... did really mean what you said-" 

"(Y/N)!" Dr. Tenma yelled excitedly as soon as the elevator doors opened. He ran through with a tablet in hand. Tenma's smile stretched across his entire face. "It's done! They're ready!" He exclaimed as he held tablet up. (Y/N) gasped. 

"The prosthetics?! They're both ready?!" (Y/N) asked with the same excitement as the scientist. Astro listened intensively. The prosthetics were already finished? Ready to be attached? Would that mean (Y/N) wouldn't need him anymore? Astro worried about this. Would this mean (Y/N) wouldn't live with them anymore? Wouldn't live with him anymore? 

"The arm is. Since the leg is larger, it'll take longer to complete. But, the arm is entirely finished and ready to be attached. Are you ready as well?" Dr. Tenma explained. Astro gained more excitement. Only one was done. That would mean (Y/N) would stay with him for at least a little longer. No doubt about it, Astro was indeed super excited about (Y/N) being able to use both her hands again, it was just the lingering feeling that (Y/N) would leave the apartment and eventually forget him. 

"I'm definitely ready! Thank you so much, Dr. Tenma! This means the world to me." (Y/N) exclaimed as she reversed her wheelchair out from underneath the table and over to Tenma. She hugged him as best she could as Tenma hugged back. 

"It's no problem at all, (Y/N), truly. It was something to keep my mind on, while also helping someone. It was my pleasure." Dr. Tenma said with a hand on his heart. 

"I'll keep the breakfast warm/cold (depending on whichever breakfast you had chosen) until you all get back." Orrin assured on his way to the dining room. (Y/N) smiled brightly at Tenma, then Astro. Astro smiled back, just as wide. But the itching feeling of losing (Y/N) remained in his mind as the three of them gathered in the elevator to head to Dr. Tenma's lab.

Okay, so, I'm not exactly sure how prosthetics entirely work, but I'm more than certain that these type of prosthetics would take way more than a few days to complete lol. 

BUT, this FanFiction AND movie is in the future. And they have robots to help them with pretty much everything. I mean, they put 'skin' on Astro in less than 20 seconds. 

So just for this story, pretend the building process of the prosthetics is accurate XD
