and i will keep doing so until the show becomes what it was meant to be, and actually feels satisfying (hey Julie, if you're reading this it doesn't even have to be character or romance satisfying, all i want, all im asking for at this point are two things: a damn good plot, and Hope wolfing out at least once per season, that's all, that shouldn't be too hard considering there are twice a handful of good fanfic writers that can do that, surely you and your team can too)

now onto my reactions for this weeks episode of Legacies

normally I don't watch the promo's or trailers for the new episodes weekly, especially when I've gotten used to waiting six more months until the whole season is on Netflix; but it showed up in my YT recommended and something made me click on it, and I was actually intrigued in watching the episode

it was about Ted taking control of the human high school and having Maliwhore in a mud body to do idk something, but it was real cool with all the main Salvatore students (bc i straight-up refuse to call them Super Squad) with knives and ready to defend the humans, like that i liked, some of this shit finally affecting the town in a bigger way than a politician getting melted during Commonwealth day.

so, let's see how they did

first of all, since the students look geared up and ready to kick ass im afraid we're gonna get hero references, please note there will be an annoyed gifs every time I count a hero reference (im making it a game, why not?)

now back to the show:

we start off with Hope actually waking up in her bed (gotta ask, where the hell was she sleeping when she was homeless in the start of S2??) and then some handon, i could not care less about their anniversary

ok, and we see Josie with Ethan; what i like about this is that it shows the schools interacting, like yes, bring in that 'humans cant find out about us' drama,

also i definitely felt Josie's guilt over breaking his arm last season, like yep, feel that Jo, feel it and learn from it;
i actually want him to show up at the school to do a school paper thing, that'd be hella interesting like imagine his mom just decided 'you're doing that' and went by to drop him off with Alaric and saying since he hasn't responded about it she decided to take matters into her own hands and that's all i want now

ok, Ted's threatening to use the human students blood for his ritual, finally some involvement with the humans, thank you

also, is this guy the new principal? what was that acting? dude, you find a british zombie looking dude doing some sketchy blood graffiti on the floor and your first instinct is to not call the police? should you really be an educator of children? sounds about right that he died instantly

especially in a town that had a decades worth of 'animal attacks', i mean you best bet there's a group of conspiracy theorists out there with a map of Mystic Falls on their murder board
