The police car was now driving in San Fransisco. It had been a long drive, but they were finally here, but traffic was worse than ever. Horns were honking as people were trying to cross the street. The whole place felt like it was too small and narrow to hold this capacity of people. Jack let out a groan as he stared at he bumper of the car in front of him.

"Good old San Fransisco traffic," Jack said.

"We're too used to the suberbs." Hiccup replied.

"Why didn't we ever go here for our roadtrip?" Rapunzel asked.

"Probably because of all this traffic." Jack replied.

"You don't think they would go to that beach Emma told us about?" Rapunzel asked.

Jack thought about it for a minute, "Nah probably not."

"Maybe you should check Rosie's phone to see where they are." Merida said.

Rapunzel got out her phone and used her find my phone app. Rosie's number popped up on the little screen.Rapnzel looked puzzled at her phone. 'This can't be right.' she thought. In stead of a street popping up, Rosie's phone was somewhere in the bay. Not by the bay, but in the middle of the bay.

"It says Rosie's in the middle of the bay." Rapunzel said,

"Dammit, should've known. They must be on the ferry." Jack said "The ferry building is across town, we'll have to turn around if we ever get out of this traffic jam."

"Can't you put on your sirens or something?" Merida asked.

"That will do nothing there is nowhere to move." Jack said.

Meanwhile...........

"This is Amazing!!" Flynn yelled as he went to the front of the ferry. His hair was being tossed by the sea wind and he never felt happier. The smell of the bay, just being close to the water made him feel at peace. Back home he was on the swim team but no chlorine filled pool matched the esscence of the ocean. Well technically half ocean, San Fransisco's bay is mixed with fresh water from rivers and the water from the Pacific Ocean.

Rosalie snapped a photo with her phone of her brother.

"I don't think I've ever seen him this happy." Hallie told her brother.

"Is it bad that I was expecting him to get sea sick, since it's his first time on a boat." Peder asked.

Hallie chuckled and jabbed her brother. "Yes it is, you dream crusher,"

"Well sorry I'm cynical, I must've inherited it from dad." He said.

"I don't know, mom can be pretty cynical."

"Lucky you two have me, I'm too good looking to be cynical." Flynn joked coming over to them.

"Uh huh sure. Keep telling yourself that," Hallie said,

Rosalie looked out towards the water and saw that they were coming to the port. "Land Ho!" She yelled.

"That's right kiddo, land ho!" Flynn shouted back at her.

Rosalie smiled as she ran to be with the group.Even though she kind of forced them she was so happy she was able to come with them. She was going to be a sophmore after this summer and to be honest she was nervous. Her best friend Ellie had moved away just a couple of days ago and now the only people she talked to was Flynn,Hallie,and Peder. She hoped that they could finally see her as part of their group instead of Flynn's little sister. She was only two years younger anyway. It wasn't like she was twelve!

They soon scurried off the ferry and went into Larkspur port. They didn't plan to go into Larkspur, so they sat for about half an hour just to catch the next ferry back to San Francisco.

Rosie pretended to be an acrobat as she pretended the bench was like a balance beam.

"Will Rosalie Frost make the landing?" Flynn asked in his best announcer voice.

Rosalie smiled "You're going to make me mess up."

"I don't know Flynn she seems to be hesitating." Hallie said in her announcer voice,

Rosalie pretended to concentrate really hard. She took a deep breath and jumped off the bench. Landing swiftly on her feet.

"And the crowd goes wild! Gold medal for Rosalie Frost!" Flynn shouted.

"Thank you, thank you." She replied bowing gracefully.

"Do you children mind I'm trying to read?" Peder asked glancing from his book.

"You just have to be a buzzkill with your studying, it's summer! Enjoy it!" Flynn commanded.

"Sorry AP English summer assignment I have to finish this book and write an essay."

"I can see why you're the fun one." He mentioned to Hallie.

"You take that back, I'm the one who planned this trip, I am plenty of fun." Peder said defensively.

Flynn went on his knees and proceeded to bow in front of Peder "Oh wise one of the nerds, thank you for blessing us with an evil genius who is able to sneak out of his bedroom that is on the bottom floor."

"Oh and your escape was so flawless Flynn Skywalkwer." Peder retorted.

Flynn stood up and wiped off the dirt from his jeans. "Excuse me who went to see the screening of Return of the Jedi at six am with me?"

"I did." Peder admitted.

"Who dressed up as Chubaca for halloween so you could win that halloween contest as Han Solo in fourth grade?"

"You did." Peder replied.

"You're both nerds point taken." Hallie said, "Come on the boat is here."

.......

"I still can't believe we spent ten bucks each just to go back on this little boat." Peder complained.

"Yeah, but look how happy he is." Hallie said pointing at Flynn who was in bliss once again.

"Fine I guess it was worh it but we have to be careful not to spend all our money." Peder said couning how many dollar bills he had in his wallet.

"Whatever Dad." She joked.

"Hey I can be fun and responsible." Peder said, "Is that a crime?"

"Yes!" They all replied
