Nick is pulling up to a stoplight in Washington D.C in his ATV disguised as a normal-looking black Chevy, as he waits for the stoplight to turn green, a police cruiser pulls up beside Fury. He looked over to the side briefly before doubling back as the police officers look at Nick intently.

Nick: "You wanna see my Lease?"

The cop then wailed his siren before driving forward. Seeing the traffic light now green, Nick went to drive into the intersection as if nothing happened, only to be rammed to the side by another police car. 

A.I: "Fracture Detected, Recommend Anesthetic injection"

The cops that drove forward before quickly stops before going reverse at full speed slamming into Nick's car also before yet another police car pulls up and slammed into Nick also, pinning his vehicle in place. 

Nick then went over to the glove compartment and pulled out a syringe filled with anesthetic and applied it to his broken arm. 

The car that rammed into Nick pulled back as a black S.W.A.T van pull up to the scene as several gunmen got out of their vehicles and directed all of their attention at Fury's ATV.

A.I: "D.C Metro police dispatch, shows no units in this area"

The gunmen along with the police officers then surround Nick with M16's and M4's all pointed towards him

Nick: "Get me out of here!"

A.I: "Propulsion systems, non-functional"

Nick: Then reboot, damn it!"

They then open-fired at the ATV causing cracks and bullet holes to dent up the vehicle's armor but had no signs of puncturing through, but they still kept on firing, as the people nearby begin running away from the gunshots. 

When the gunmen seized fire, they went to pull back, confusing Fury. But when his eye's landed back on the S.W.A.T van and saw them pull out a breaching device connected to a tripod, his confusion quickly turned to worry as they placed the contraption near the driver-side window.

A.I: "Warning! Window integrity compromised"

Nick: "You think!"

Nick quickly hopped over to the passenger side, as the S.W.A.T team activated their contraption. The breaching device then anchored its legs to the street.

Nick: "How long till propulsion?"

A.I: "Calculating..."

The hammer was then pulled back before slamming into the driver-side window, denting it, and causing a large crack to spread around the impact point. 

A.I: "Window integrity at 31%. Deploying counter-measures"

Nick: "Hold that order!"

The S.W.A.T team went to go at the driver-side window again, but before they could activate it again, an electric webbing wrapped around the contraption causing it to malfunction. The gunmen looked around in confusion as Y/n, in his Agent Spider suit, landed on the ATV with a hotdog in hand.

Y/n: "Sorry I'm late *munch* Just had to get a hotdog on the way"

The gunmen then looked over at Y/n as they pointed their guns at him. 

Y/n: "Hey, hey, hey. I'm trying to eat here! Besides, aren't you guys cops or something?"

Nick: "They're not the cops, they're HYDRA"

Y/n: *shocked* "Say what now?!"

(~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~)

The gunmen opened fire again, this time they aim towards Y/n. Y/n manages to jump in the air in time to dodge the hail of bullets before dropping to the side of the ATV for cover, his hotdog however wasn't so lucky, being the first thing the gunmen shot, leading its remains to scatter around Y/n.

Y/n: "My hotdog! Motherfu-I was eating that!"

Nick: "S.H.I.E.L.D has been compromised, it's been infiltrated by HYDRA"

Y/n: "And you didn't bother telling me this on the phone?!"

The breaching device quickly finishes rebooting and it was now ready to be activated, which the S.W.A.T team didn't waste a second on doing, slamming onto the driver-side window but this time with a much lower force.

A.I: "Window integrity at 23%"

Nick: "I thought we discussed that you should trust me!"

Y/n: "Well a heads-up would've been nice. I swung over here with a goddamn HOTDOG Nick!"

The breaching device then slammed its hammer on the driver-side window once again, depleting the integrity down even further.

A.I: "Window integrity at 14%. Offensive measures advice"

Y/n: "Hang on! I think I could make an opening, just hold out a little bit longer"

Nick: "I don't think I'm in a position to 'Hold out'"

Y/n then peeks around the ATV as the gunmen began to open fire once more, focusing on Nick's windshield. When Y/n moves around the corner, he sees the gunmen slowly walking forward, slowly lining up side-by-side.

The hammer of the breaching device then pulled back again before slamming hard into the window.

A.I: "Window integrity at 4%"

Nick: "L/n..."

Y/n: *mutter "Come on..."

 Y/n looks under the ATV as the gunmen's footsteps began lining up while the breaching device slowly pulled back its hammer.

Y/n: "Come on, Come on..."

The hammer of the breaching device then pulled back completely right as the gunmen's feet lined up perfectly.

Y/n: "Now!"

Y/n peeked out from his cover and shot a taser web towards the gunman on the far left, when the gunman was electrocuted caused a chain reaction, sending an electric shock towards every gunman that was lined up and closed to each other until it reached the breaching machine, frying its circuits before it could slam into the driver-side window.

While the gunmen were being electrocuted, Y/n jumped high into the air and performed a Web Blossom. Spinning around as he shoot out web after web all around, webbing up every gunman on sight onto their vehicles or to the street before landing onto the ATV right as the propulsion system finished rebooting. 

A.I: "Propulsion systems, now online"

Nick: "Full acceleration, now!"

The ATV's tires began to spin as they went into reverse, crashing into one of the police cruisers behind them before driving out of the scene. 

Nick: "Initiate vertical take-off!"

A.I: "Flight systems damaged"

Nick: "Then activate guidance cameras"

Nick then hopped over to the driver's side, accidentally hitting his injured arm before grabbing ahold of the steering wheel. Nick then began weaving through traffic as Y/n did his best to stay on.

Nick: "Get me, Agent Hill"

A.I: "Communication systems damaged"

Nick: "Well what's NOT damaged?"

A.I: "Air conditioning is fully operational"

Y/n: "Uhh...Nick? We got company!"

Nick went to look at the rearview mirror and saw two more police cars chasing after them.

Y/n: "What are we supposed to do?"

Nick: "Web them up! Do anything, just get them off our tail"

Y/n: *sigh* "Jameson's gonna have a field day with this one for sure"

Jumping off the ATV, Y/n lands directly on the hood of the police car.

Y/n: "Hey, how's it going?"

Y/n then punched through the windshield and grabbed the steering wheel.

Y/n: "Do you guys if you would make a quick turn over here?"

Y/n then whipped the steering wheel to the side, causing the vehicle to spin out of control, and went to topple over. Y/n manages to jump off just in time before it does so as he lands on the police cruiser just behind the first. 

Y/n: "Trust me when I say, this is as much of a hassle for me as it is for you"

One of the police officers peeked his arm out to shoot Y/n, but he manages to maneuver to the roof of the car and pulled the office out of the vehicle before connecting a web from his back to a nearby tree. Y/n then jumped through the passenger side window and kicked the driver out before shooting an impact web towards him, sending him to stick onto a display glass of Manequinns. 

Once the vehicle was dealt with, Y/n swung away and went to catch up to Nick who purposefully bumped into a pick-up truck, causing chaos and more traffic in the streets. With the road now crowded,  the police officers who were on pursuit got out of their car and proceeded on foot.

Jumping on top of the cars and proceed to shoot Nick's vehicle but was swiftly dealt with by Y/n who lands on them, crushing them onto the roof of the car. Another officer made his way through the waiting room on the sidewalk and proceeds to shoot at Nick through a bus, he then proceeds to drive away with the officer close behind until he was back in the open giving Y/n an ample opportunity to sing by and stick a trip-mine web to the officer's chest, sending him rocketing towards the side of another 4x4.

Nick then manages to squeeze through the traffic, reaching the intersection before taking a sharp left turn. When Y/n thought it was safe, two more police cars gave chase after him. 

Y/n: *sigh* "I don't get paid enough for this. Heck, I don't even get paid at all!"

Shrugging his annoyance, Y/n begrudgingly threw out a web before swinging after Nick once again. Meanwhile, one of the police cruisers manage to catch up to Nick's ATV as a police officer pulled back the charging handle of his uzi before leaving half of his body out to shoot at Nick. He manages to maneuver out of the way just in time as the officer ran out of bullets 

Y/n: *lands on the car* "Sir, You're not wearing a seatbelt. I'm gonna ask you to pull this car over"

When the officer turns to Y/n, he was quickly knocked out by a punch before being wrapped up in a web and hanged on a street lamp that they drove by. The driver saw his parter fly out the car as he quickly pulled out his pistol and went to poke his arm out to shoot Y/n, but he anticipated it and went over to the windshield and threw the driver out before twirling in the air as he shot two webs to the side and placed his entire body weight onto the front of the car, tipping it forward and with the help of the webs he shot out, uses it to pull against the car's momentum until it came to a stop. 

Once it was pulled over to the side, Y/n quickly went over to try and stop the second police cruiser as Nick reaches another intersection. Before Y/n could make his way towards the cruiser, Nick abruptly stops before he could cross the intersection. The stop was so sudden that the cruiser that was sticking to the side continued up the intersection, not noticing the semi-truck until it crashed into the cruiser sending it out of commission. 

Just when Nick thought the coast was now clear, he saw a masked man standing in the middle of the street holding a launcher in his hand. The figure then shot a disk towards Nick, bouncing on the street before sticking onto the bottom of Nick's ATV. The disk then beeped rapidly before blowing up, causing the vehicle to topple onto its roof as it skids across the street, barely missing the masked assailant. 

As Nick's ATV stopped sliding across the street, The masked man went over to the fallen ATV as Fury went to his glove box again and pulled out a portable torch. When the masked man got close to Nick, Y/n swoops in just in time to intercept, the masked man went to point his launcher at Y/n but he manages to kick the man in the face, sending the launcher away. 

Y/n then kicked the man away, giving him enough space to run up at Y/n, and went to punch him with his left arm, which Y/n caught effortlessly due to its sluggishness but when Y/n went to pull the arm away, he could see the flaps begin to move on his arm along with a slight humming from his left arm.

Y/n: *shock* "You have a metal arm!? That is awesome dude!"

The masked man didn't reply and instead Spartan kicked Y/n away into a nearby street lamp.

Y/n: *groan* "Okay...Not Awesome"

The masked man then continued his way towards Nick's ATV, pulling off the door with his mechanical arm only to find a hole burrowing through the streets. He then turned to the panting Y/n who uses the lamp post to push himself to his feet, he went to approach Y/n but decided to pull off. Leaving the scene.

Y/n: "That's right, you better run. Oww..."
