In a fancy restaurant in Washington, Jasper Sitwell is seen walking with Senator Stern as they made their way out and into the sidewalk. 

Stern: "Listen I gotta fly home tonight because of a constituency problem and I gotta Press the flesh"

Jasper: "Any constituent, in particular, Mr. Senator?"

Ster: "Hmm...No, not really. 23...kinda hot, real hot, you know. Wants to be a reporter I think, I don't know. Who even listen at the point"

Jasper: "Doesn't sound like much of a problem to me" 

Stern: "Really? Cause she's killing my back, but this isn't a place to talk about it. *rubs Jasper's pin* That's a nice pin"

Jasper: *smile* "Thank you"

Stern: "Come here"

Senator Stern then initiates a hug with Jasper as he whispers something in his ear.

Stern: *whisper* "Hail HYDRA"

Senator Stern then pulled back and pats Jasper's shoulder one more time before leaving. Once Stern was gone, Jasper's phone began ringing inside his coat pocket. When he pulls his phone out, he saw that he's receiving a phone call from Alexander Pierce, prompting him to look over at two S.H.I.E.L.D agents who are escorting Jasper.

Jasper: "I need a minute, bring the car around"

The agents nodded before leaving Jasper to retrieve their vehicle, once it was clear Jasper answered the call.

Jasper: "Yes, sir?"

???'s voice: "Agent Sitwell, how was lunch? I hear the crabcakes here are delicious"

Jasper: "Who is this?"

???'s voice: "The good-looking guy in the sunglasses in your 10 o'clock"

Jasper then turns to the left but spotted no one.

???'s voice: "Your other 10 o'clock"

Jasper then turns towards the small restaurant a few steps down, and at the outside seats was Sam in a leather jacket and sunglasses holding a glass of ice tea.

Sam's voice: "There you go"

Jasper: "What do you want?"

Sam's voice: "You're gonna go around the corner to your right, there's a grey car, 2 spaces down. You and I are gonna take a ride" 

Jasper: *smug* "And why would I do that?"

Sam's voice: "Because that tie looks really expensive, and I'd hate to mess it up"

A red dot then appeared on Jasper's necktie surprising him as he frantically looked around for the source. seeing no other choice, Jasper decided to comply. 

A quick ride later, Jasper was thrown onto the roof through the access by Steve Rogers.

Steve: "Tell me about Zola's Algorithm"

Jasper: *gets up and fixes glasses* "Never heard of it"

Steve: "What were you doing in The Lemurian Star?"

Jasper: "I threw up, I get seasick"

Steve pressed Jasper for answers as he advances towards him while Jasper backs away until he stopped when he reaches the end of the building. Steve then got up close to Jasper and grabbed him by the collar of his coat and forced him to look straight into his eyes.

Jasper: "Is this little display, meant to insinuate that you're gonna throw me off the roof? Cause it's really not your style, Rogers"

Steve: *backs away* "You're right, it's not"

Steve then let go of Jasper as he gave way for Natasha.

Steve: "It's hers"

Once he moved out of the way, Natasha then heel kicked Jasper directly to the chest, sending him falling dozens of stories tall as he screams in fear. 

Natasha: "Oh wait, what about that girl from accounting? Laura? Lisa?"

Steve: "Lillian, lip piercing right?"

Natasha: "Yeah, she's cute"

Steve: "Yeah...I'm not ready for that"

Jasper's screams then grew louder as he was tossed back onto the roof with Sam flying right behind him with the EXO-7 Falcon suit strapped to his back. Once he landed on the rooftop just behind Jasper, he looks back as he puts away his wings. 

Jasper: *panic* "Zola's Algorithm is a program *pant* For choosing Insight's targets"

Steve: "What targets?"

Jasper: "You. A TV anchor in Cairo. The other Secretary of Defense. A high school valedictorian in Iowa City. Bruce Banner. Stephen Strange. Y/n L/n. Anyone who's a threat to HYDRA...Now, or in the future"

Steve: "In the future? How could it know?" 

Jasper scoffs which erupted into laughter before looking at Steve with a serious expression as he stands up 

Jasper: "How could it not?! The 21st century is a digital book. Zola taught HYDRA how to read it..."

Steve, Natasha, and Sam then looked at each other confused, flabbergasting Sitwell.

Jasper: "Your Bank records. Medical History. Voting Patterns. Emails. Phone calls. Your damn S.A.T scores! Zola's algorithm evaluates someone's past, to predict their future"

Steve: "And what then?"

Once Sitwell calmed his nerves the reality of the situation dawned on him, shocking Sitwell on what he exposed.

Jasper: "Oh my god...Pierce is gonna kill me"

Steve: "What then!"

Jasper: "...Then the Insight Helicarrier scratches people off the list. A few Million at a time"

Now realizing the dire situation they now find themselves in. Steve, Natasha, and Sam went back to the car with Jasper Sitwell before making their way to the S.H.I.E.L.D base. They manage to leave the building as they are now driving on the skyway to the base.

Jasper: "HYDRA doesn't like leaks!"

Sam: "Then why don't you stick a cork in it?"

Natasha: *peeks out from the back* "Insight's launching in 16 hours, we're cutting it a little bit close here"

Steve: "I know, we'll use him to bypass the DNA scans and access the Helicarriers directly" 

Jasper: "What!? Are you crazy? That is a terrible. TERRIBLE idea"

Before Jasper could voice out his complaints even further, a loud thud was heard on the car roof before a metal arm crashes through the backseat window where Jasper is sitting, the arm then grabs Sitwell at the back of his suit collar before being pulled out of the car and hurled out of the skyway and into the streets below. 

As Jasper screamed in fear of his oncoming demise, he was saved by a female web-slinger as they swoop in just in time to catch him. 

???: "Man, is it raining men today? Halleluyah!"

Jasper: "What the hell are you talking about? Just put me down!"

???: "Dude, you are the bossy-est, damsel in distress I have ever rescued"

The web-slinger then threw Jasper across her shoulder multiple times as she twips her webs sequentially to continue swinging. 

???: "Also the ugliest, Heaviest, and the first!"

Jasper: "WHO are you!?"

Spider-girl: "Well I'm your friendly neighborhood, Spider-girl of course"

Landing near a bench, Krista, taking up the alias Spider-girl, placed Jasper on the bench before webbing him to it. 

Krista: "You should be safe over here. Now, don't you go anywhere~"

Krista then left Jasper stuck to the bench as she began swinging her way back up the bridge. Back with Steve and company, their car starts getting totaled by the Winter soldier as he breaks through the windshield and tearing the steering wheel off with his mechanical arm before jumping towards the humvee behind them as it rams the trunk of the car. 

With one bump, the car began spiraling out of control as it hits a concrete barricade that's separating the two roads.

Steve: "Hang on!"

Grabbing onto both Natasha and Sam, Steve positions his shield by the passenger door before bashing the door off its hinges as the car began to flip in the air. They manage to get out of the car before it lands on the road on its roof as it slid along. 

The humvee drove past the crash, letting Steve, Natasha and Sam use the shield as a sled to slide across the street, Sam then slipped from Steve's grip leading him to roll around the street hard as Steve and Nat slowed to a stop.

The Winter Soldier then got off the humvee as four HYDRA footmen got out of the humvee and handed The Winter Soldier a rotary grenade launcher. He then pointed the grenade launcher towards Steve and Natasha before pulling the trigger, sending an explosive cylinder towards Steve, who pushes Natasha out of the way before using his shield to block the ordinance. 

The force of the explosion was too much for Steve to handle as he was blown away, bouncing off a civilian car before crashing through a bus, causing the driver to look back surprised as he crashes the bus towards an oncoming truck, leading the bus to crash to its side. 

The HYDRA footmen then lined up side-by-side behind the Winter Soldier as they opened fire on Natasha and Sam who manages to get cover behind another civilian vehicle. The Winter Soldier then went to shoot his grenade launcher towards the two, but that's when a web stuck itself to the side of the grenade launcher before getting pulled out of the Winter Soldier's hands. 

A shadow then covers the Winter soldier, causing him to look up in the air only to receive a kick to his visor before getting his leg swept. When the assailant stood back up, he was immediately met with the firing squad that was right behind the Winter Soldier. 

The assailant raised both of his hands as the footmen got a good look at their attacker.

Y/n: "Woah! Woah! Woah! I was just fooling around!"

Y/n, now in his new S.H.I.E.L.D uniform, reeled back when the footmen points their guns at him.

Y/n: "Sheesh, you guys act like you never played outside as a kid. You guys ever tried Web potato?"

Y/n transitioned as he launches a web bomb towards one of the footmen. Confused, the footman caught the web bomb, only to panic when he saw the web bomb begin to blink. He then went to toss it around his hands before tossing it towards his fellow footmen until the bomb explodes, shooting out a large mass of webbing all around them, instantly wrapping them in webbing.

Y/n then shot a web towards the closest footman before pulling him towards him and kicking him towards his colleagues, causing a domino effect of sticking to take place before they all stuck to the floor.

The Winter Soldier then jumped back up to his feet and went to swing at Y/n with his mechanical arm, only for Y/n to duck under the attack before initiating one of his special moves.

Y/n: "C*ck shot!"

When the Winter Soldier went for another hook, he immediately hunched over after receiving a punch to the groin from Y/n, who after landing the attack reeled back in satisfaction.

Y/n: *bounces around* "Oohh~ how I've missed that!"

Seeing the Winter Soldier still hunched over, Y/n then kicked the Winter Soldier in the chin, sending him in the air just in time as Krista swoop in and ground slammed Winter Soldier back down with a force so hard it caused cracks to form on the road. 

Krista: "That. was. AWESOME!"

Y/n: "Yeah, it was! Up top!"

Y/n and Krista then high-fived each other before making their way towards Natasha and Sam who peeks out of their cover and meet the two web-slingers.

Y/n: "So...I leave you guys alone for like what? 2 days, and this is what I come back to?"

Natasha: *shrug* "Well it could always get worse. I noticed you have another suit"

Y/n: "Yeah, I got sick of you keep saying I'm edgy so I had 'someone' make me a different version"

Natasha: "It suits you"

Y/n: "Thanks, Nat"

The panic in the streets below immediately caught Y/n and Krista's attention as they run to the side and saw people running away in fear. They then look back to the skyway and see another humvee pull up to their side of the road as The Winter Soldier went back up on his feet with the grenade launcher back in his hands. 

Y/n: "Jump!"

Sam quickly got back into cover as Y/n and Krista jumped down to the street below while Natasha vaults over the barricade just as the vehicle she used as cover combusts thanks to the ordinance.

Natasha then ran across the road while taking shots at The Winter Soldier, who only calmly tracks her with his grenade launcher until she passed a sports car. The Winter Soldier then pulled the trigger, sending an ordinance to fly towards the car, causing Natasha to fly out of the highway before shooting an anchor to the side of the bridge and using it to safely land on the street below. 

She then ran to the other side of the bridge to get a jump on him, but the Winter Soldier was steps ahead and swapped his grenade launcher for an assault rifle with an under-barrel grenade launcher, which another HYDRA footman hands after exiting the humvee. 

The Winter Soldier then stood on the side of the road and waits for Natasha to run out, but she manages to catch the Winter Soldier's shadow above her. When the WInter Soldier thought Natasha won't come out, he redirects his focus towards the bus and aims his under-barrel grenade launcher towards it, only for his visor to get shot by Natasha, forcing him back into cover before ditching his protective eyewear.

Back on street level, Krista is seen escorting the civilians to safety as Y/n helps the people out of the bus before helping Steve back up to his feet. After forcing The Winter Soldier into cover, Natasha positioned herself behind a towtruck that was toppled over before initiating a firefight with the Winter Soldier once again. 

The two went back and forth, trading bullet after bullet until the HYDRA footmen joined in on the fight, causing Natasha to pull back to try and kite the Winter Soldier away.

Winter Soldier: *in German* "Send in the hammer and take care of Captain America. The girl's mine"

The footmen nod as The Winter Soldier jumps down to the street and uses a car to cushion his fall before chasing after Natasha. Krista went to intercept but was forced into cover by the footmen on the highway. 

As two footmen began covering fire, the others anchored themselves to a car before repelling down the highway and onto the street below. When the two footmen landed on the street, they went to radio in as another footman landed on the car that The winter soldier crushed as he points a minigun towards the truck.

Y/n: "Get down!"

Y/n tackles Steve back to the ground as the bus was shot up, bullets piercing through the body of the bus as it whisks past them. Y/n went to look for a way out, and that's when he saw Steve's shield laying on the ground outside. 

Y/n: "Stay here, I got an idea"

Steve: "Wait, Spider-man where are you going?"

Y/n: "Just trust me"

The minigun fire, died down, giving Y/n enough time to sit up and pull the shield towards him before placing the shield over his arm. 

Y/n: "Now, watch this"

The minigun began to spin up once again, as the footman went to light up the bus again, Y/n jumps up and twirls in the air, gaining the footmen's attention. He then redirects the minigun at Y/n and opened fire, he manages to use the shield and block the bullets from hitting Y/n.

As he went for another twirl, Y/n threw the shield towards the footmen with the minigun directly in the head, knocking him out as the shield bounced off his head and pinballed to the rest of the footmen, bouncing off of their heads and knocking them out before flying back to Y/n who catches the shield as he exits his twirl and lands onto the side of the bus in a 3-point stance with the shield. 

Y/n: "I'm the best *To Steve* I told you, your shield doesn't obey the laws of physics"

Krista: *swings over* "You just couldn't help but show off, can't you?"

Y/n: "Perks of being me, you're always awesome. You should take a page from me"

Krista: "Right, right..."

Once Steve crawled out of the bus with his shield, He along with Y/n and Kirsta felt the ground shaking beneath them prompting Krista to look over in Y/n's direction.

Y/n: "Why the hell are you looking at me for?"

Krista; "I wasn't looking at you, I was looking behind you. What the hell is that!!?"

Feeling the earthquake intensify, Y/n looked behind him to see what Krista was looking at only to be just as surprised to see the source. 

Y/n/Krista: "Holy Shit!"

Steve: "Language!"

Y/n: "Not now, Steve! Look behind you!"

Steve: *turns around* "Oh my god! What is that thing?"

Y/n: "One of the first villains I've faced. And it looks like he got some upgrades"

Steve went for a battle stance, but Y/n quickly places a hand on his shoulder.

Y/n: "We got this. You go on ahead, plus I think Nat needs your help. We'll take care of him"

Steve: "You sure about this?"

Krista: *nods* "Mm-hmm! He's a piece of cake"

Hearing their resolve, Steve nods before running to help Natasha as Krista walked over beside Y/n.

Krista: "So, what's the plan?"

Y/n: "Honestly...I thought we'd just wing it and see what happens"
