Clint manages to bring the cradle back to The Avengers tower, as Tony arrived moments prior.

Bruce: Anything on Nat?

Tony: Haven't heard. But she's alive, or Ultron'd be rubbing our faces in it.

Clint: This is sealed tight.

Bruce: We're going to need to access the program, break it down from within.

Tony: *to Clint* "Hm. Any chance Natasha might leave you a message, outside the internet, old school spy stuff?"

Clint: "There are some nets I can cast. Yeah, alright. I'll find her"

Clint then walks off, leaving Tony and Bruce to work on the cradle.

Bruce: I can work on tissue degeneration if you can fry whatever operational system Cho implanted.

Tony: "Yeah, about that..."

Bruce then looks at Tony, then back at the cradle, before looking back at Tony.

Bruce:  "No"

Tony: "You have to trust me"

Bruce: "Kinda don't"

Tony: Our ally? The guy protecting the military's nuclear codes? I found him. 

Tony then taps his device again and displays the fully restored consciousness of J.A.R.V.I.S

J.A.R.V.I.S: "Hello, Dr. Banner"

Tony: "Ultron didn't go after JARVIS cause he was angry. He attacked him because he was scared of what he can do. So JARVIS went underground. Okay? Scattered, dumped his memory. But not his protocols. He didn't even know he was in there until I pieced him together"

Bruce: So, you want me to help you put J.A.R.V.I.S into this thing?

Tony: No, of course not! I want to help you put JARVIS in this thing. [Banner shakes his head] We're out of my field here. You know bio-organics better than anyone.

Bruce: "And you just assume that J.A.R.V.I.S' operational matrix can beat Ultron's?"

Tony: "J.A.R.V.I.S has been beating him from inside without knowing it. This is the opportunity, we can create Ultron's perfect self, without the homicidal glitches he thinks are his winning personality. We have to"

J.A.R.V.I.S: I believe it's worth a go.

Bruce: "No, I'm in a loop! I'm caught in a time loop, this is exactly where it all went wrong"

Tony: I know, I know. I know what everyone's going to say, but they're already saying it. We're mad scientists. We're monsters, buddy. You gotta own it. Make a stand. 

Banner shakes his head.

Tony: "It's not a loop. It's the end of the line"

Bruce: "Steve's not gonna be too happy if we do this"

Tony: "Well, he can't be too upset if it's already been done"

Bruce: "How? He could be here any minute"

Tony: *looks over his phone* "I could phone a friend to buy us some time"

Inside the elevator, Y/n is seen standing at the back, behind Pietro, Wanda, and Steve. He then receives a phone call, Y/n looks at his visor lenses and saw it was Tony and answers the call. 

Y/n: *mutter* "What is it?"

Tony's voice: "I found our guy that's changing the nuclear codes"

Y/n: *mutter* "And?"

Tony's voice: "It's J.A.R.V.I.S"

The elevator dings, signaling that they've reached their desired floor.

Tony's voice: "Listen, we don't have much time. Can you stall them?"

Y/n: *mutter* "What?! Why?"

Tony's voice: "We're gonna try to put J.A.R.V.I.S in the cradle. Yes or No Spidey, can you stall them?"

Y/n then looks back and sees Steve and the Maximoffs walk out of the elevator.

Y/n: "How much?"

Tony's voice: "As much as you can. Preferably longer than a few seconds"

He then ends the call as Steve and the others make their way to Bruce's lab. Leaping out of the elevator, Y/n flew over Steve and the Maximoffs before webbing over a wet floor sign from the side and placing it in front of the door.

Y/n: "Whoops! Sorry, I guess this room's under renovation"

Steve: "Step aside, Spider-man"

Y/n: "Or what? You'll punch me?"

Steve: "You don't know what you're doing?"

Wanda: "Stark's out of control"

Y/n: "Really? Is that what your mind control powers are telling you?"

Pietro then rolls his eyes before running across to the door behind him, only for him to slip from the small puddle he missed due to the removal of the sign. 

Y/n: *wince* "That's gonna hurt"

Steve: "Last chance, step away from the door"

Y/n: "Oh, I think I'm starting to want you to make me"

Wanda: *eyes glow* "That could be arranged"

Harnessing scarlet energy into her fingertips, Wanda shoots a psionic blast towards Y/n who dodges in time before shooting a web directly at Wanda's eyes, blinding her.

Y/n then zipped towards her but was intercepted by Steve as he bashed Y/n away. Y/n then reorients himself in mid-air and lands in a 3-point stance while Pietro regrouped with Steve and Wanda. 

Steve: "You two alright?"

Wanda: *pulls apart webbing* "Been better"

Pietro: "He's just one guy, we can take him no problem"

Steve: "Don't be fooled, he may be one person but he's done a lot on his own. Keep your guard up, and keep an eye on what tricks he has next"

Y/n then dashed towards the trio as Pietro runs to try and cut him off, when Pietro went to tackle Y/n, he manages to jump over him and stuck a trip mine web on Pietro's back. As he skids to a stop, the trip mine on Pietro's back is armed and triggered once the blue light hits the wall, causing him to be sent towards it before getting wrapped up in webbing. 

Once he got Pietro temporarily out of the fight, Y/n jumped in the middle of Steve and Wanda, forcing the two to jump away from each other as Y/n targeted Steve first. 

The two then initiated a brawl, with Y/n punching and kicking Steve to slow him down as Steve tries to keep up with Y/n's sporadic movements. 

Wanda tried to assist by picking up a table with her magic and readying to throw it at Y/n, when Y/n kicks Steve away, he quickly went for his shield as Wanda took this chance to throw the table at Y/n.

WIth the two projectiles coming towards him, Y/n jumps in the air as the projectiles flew past each other causing Steve to get hit by the table as Wanda was struck by the shield. Once the shield bounces back, Y/n drops back down and catches the shield as Pietro went for another surprise hit. 

Y/n quickly slipped on the shield before swinging behind him, decking Pietro directly in the face. 

Y/n: "Man, you guys suck at working together"

Y/n then walk past the downed Captain America and drops the shield next to him.

Y/n: "I mean, I don't mean to brag, but I fought bad guys twice my size and you couldn't hold a candle against them"

While Y/n had his back turned, Steve looked back towards the Maximoffs before collectively nodding at each other. Pushing himself to a running stance, Pietro breaks into a sprint towards Y/n. 

Y/n crouches down, expecting an attack only for Pietro to run around him.

Y/n: (Is he trying to put me in a vacuum?)

While crouched down, y/n shot a web towards the wall in hopes of tripping Pietro, only for him to run towards the other side of the room.

Y/n: "Was that supposed to do something to me?"

Pietro: "No...but it did make you look"

Y/n then looks back and saw Steve hurls his shield at him, Y/n manages to dodge the shield before it bounces off the door to the lab. He turns around to catch the shield, only for it to be engulfed in red energy before getting moved off course.

Y/n: "What the-?"

When Y/n turns back to his opponents, he was immediately met with a Spartan kick from Steve, sending him flying back through the door with the help of Wanda's psionic blast as a follow-up. 

While they were fighting, Stark and Banner are experimenting with the synthetic body.

Tony: "This framework is not compatible"

Bruce: "The genetic coding tower's at ninety-seven percent. You have got to upload that schematic in the next three minutes"

Y/n then barged into the room, flying across the room at neck-breaking speeds before slamming his back directly onto the cradle.

Y/n: *groan* "My back..."

Steve then stomps onto the room with Pietro and Wanda standing behind him.

Steve: "I'm gonna say this once"

Tony: "How about nonce?"

Steve: "Shut it down!"

Tony: "Nope, not gonna happen"

Steve: "You don't know what you're doing"

Bruce: "And you do? She's not in your head?"

Wanda: "I know you're angry"

Bruce: "Oh, we're way past that. I could choke the life out of you and never change a shade"

Steve: "Banner, after everything that's happened--"

Tony: "That's nothing compared to what's coming!"

Wanda: "You don't know what's in there!"

Steve: "This isn't a game--"

Wanda: "The creature--"

Pietro rolls his eyes at the brewing argument before speeding around the cradle, not being too careful in not hitting Y/n, as he disconnects the cables on the cradle.

Pietro: "No, No, You were saying?"

A gunshot was then fired, Pietro watched in surprise as a bullet flew upwards in front of him. The glass beneath him then shatters, leading him to fall at Clint's feet.

Wanda: "Pietro!"

Clint: *pins Pietro's legs* "What? You didn't see that coming?"

Y/n: "Ahh, I always wanted to do that"

With the power now disconnected, the cradle starts to shut down as it began alerting on a critical power loss.

Tony: "I'm rerouting the upload"

Trying to prevent Tony from what he assumes to be creating another Ultron, Steve throws his shield randomly as it began bouncing around the room. Tony went to retaliate as he calls on his Mark 43 gauntlet and sent a repulsor blast towards Steve, hitting him directly in the chest.

Wanda went to use her powers but Bruce quickly went behind her and put her in a chokehold.

Bruce: "Go ahead, piss me off"

While all of this chaos was happening, Y/n crawled over to a secluded part of the room as he began to take a breather.

Y/n: "I'm too young for this shit"

Tony calls forth his chest armor as Steve got back to his feet and surprise attacks Tony, he was completely caught off guard as he sends out a short unibeam blast from his chest, sending him and Steve away from each other. 

Wanda then channels her powers and sends a psionic blast through her and hit Bruce behind him, breaking away from his hold. 

Thor then crashes the fight by flying through the window, catching everyone by surprise. Thor then jumps onto the cradle before channeling all the electricity in the room into his hammer.

Bruce: "Wait!"

With all the electricity gathered, Thor then sends it towards the cradle, overloading its capacity as the schematic completes itself. Thor then pulled back on his lightning channeling and waits.

The cradle then bursts open, sending Thor flying back as the simulacrum that was inside hovered off and landed above the destroyed cradle as everyone remained vigilant for the simulacrum's next move. 

The simulacrum then meets eyes with Thor before it pounced on him, leading Thor to catch him out of the air and throw him across the room, through another glass before stopping just inches away from the window.

The simulacrum was then shown a sight of the city that never sleeps, admiring its display of bright lights that rival the starry night sky. 

Thor and Steve drop onto the scene before being stopped by Thor as they wait and see what the simulacrum does next. The simulacrum then shifted its focus from the city and into his reflection as he begins inspecting his seemingly 'naked' red body. 

The simulacrum then conjures a suit of some kind, covering itself before floating towards the Avengers. Thor then props his hammer down onto a small coffee table as all of the Avengers, including Y/n and the Maximoffs, arrived and watch the simulacrum float down to the ground.

In a voice similar to J.A.R.V.I.S, the simulacrum began to speak.

Simulacrum: "I'm sorry, that was...odd. *to Thor* Thank you"

Steve: "Thor, you helped create this?"

Thor: "I've had a vision. A whirlpool that sucks in all hope of life and at its center is that" *he points to the gem inside Vision's head*

Bruce: "What, the gem?"

Thor: "It's the Mind Stone. It's one of the six Infinity Stones, the greatest power in the universe, unparalleled in its destructive capabilities"

Steve: "Then why would you bring it to..."

Thor: "Because Stark is right"

Bruce: "Oh, it's definitely the end times"

Thor: "The Avengers cannot defeat Ultron"

Vision: "Not alone"

'Vision' then conjured a yellow cape and began walking around the room, towards the Avengers as they move away from his path, all except Y/n.

Y/n: "It's beautiful...I mean I didn't make it, but still"

Vision then stood in front of Y/n as he slowly reach over to touch Vision but stops halfway through.

Y/n: "May I?"

Vision: "You may"

Y/n then touched the mind stone first, feeling its seemingly smooth curvature before feeling around the simulacrum's skin and knocking on one part of its skin.

Y/n: "The entire skin is tough too. I guess that's Vibranium for you"

Steve: "Why does your 'vision' sound like J.A.R.V.I.S?"

Tony: "We... reconfigured J.A.R.V.I.S's matrix to create something new"

Steve: "I think I've had my fill of new"

Vision: "You think I'm a child of Ultron?"

Steve: "You're not?"

Vision: "I'm not Ultron. I'm not JARVIS. I am... I am"

Wanda: "I looked in your head and saw annihilation"

Vision: "Look again"

Clint: "Yeah. Her seal of approval means jack to me"

Thor: "Their powers, the horrors in our heads, Ultron himself, they all came from the Mind Stone, and they're nothing compared to what it can unleash. But with it on our side..."

Steve: "Is it? *to Vision* Are you? On our side?"

Vision: "...I don't think it's that simple"

Clint: "Well it better get real simple real soon"

Vision: "I am on the side of life. Ultron isn't, he will end it all"

Tony: "What's he waiting for?"

Vision: "You"

Bruce: "Where?"

Clint: "Sokovia. He's got Nat there too"

Bruce: "If we're wrong about you. if you're the monster that Ultron made you to be..."

Vision: "What will you do?" 

Vision then looks around at everyone, before continuing to walk around the room

Vision: "I don't want to kill Ultron. He's unique, and he's in pain. But that pain will roll over the earth, so he must be destroyed. Every form he's built, every trace of his presence on the net, we have to act now. And not one of us can do it without the others"

Vision then stops next to Thor's hammer and looked at its arms.

Vision: "Maybe I am a monster..."

Y/n: *mutter* "Maybe you are a train..."

Vision: "I don't think I'd know if I were one. I'm not what you are, and not what you intended. So there may be no way to make you trust me. But we need to go"

Vision then swiped Mjolnir off the coffee table and hands it over to Thor, causing everyone to look shocked at the display. Thor then took the hammer off Vision's hands with the same perplexed expression as Vision walks off.

Thor: *clears throat* "Right...*pats Tony's shoulder* Well done"

Y/n: "Yeah, can anyone just help and fix my back real quick?"

Vision then walks behind Y/n and cracks his back for him, causing a satisfying pop to be heard across the room.

Y/n: "Oh yeah~ That felt good"

Steve: "...3 minutes, grab what you need"

Everyone then suited up, Clint opened his locker to reveal an assortment of trick arrowheads before equipping them into his quiver.

In one of the changing rooms, Pietro swaps out his shoes for a new pair before wearing a blue sweater. Wanda on the other hand stares at the other side of the hall across the changing room as Y/n, now removed the upper part of his suit, revealing his scarred upper body as he began sewing up the tears in his suit. 

Feeling eyes on him, Y/n looks across the hall and saw Wanda staring at him. He gave a quick nod before continuing to fix his suit. Pietro noticed his sister staring, he quickly goes through a locker and pull out a red leather jacket, and tosses it over Wanda's head.

Tony in his own workshop, looks between his drives before settling on one labeled F.R.I.D.A.Y before sliding configuring it into his suit, once it was successfully configured, a feminine voice greeted Tony.

F.R.I.D.A.Y: "Goodevening, boss"

Once everybody was prepared, they make their way to the Quinjet before setting course to Sokovia.
