Lucas's POV
Ding dong
I don't have a good feeling about this...

Walking towards the door, I peep through the eye hole only to see a light blue haired guy wearing a casual sweater and jeans.
I definitely did not recognise the guy but he didn't seem like a bad person, so I gingerly opened the door, ignoring the increasing feeling of uneasiness.

Pushing that aside I welcomed the guy asking, "Hello. Who are you?"

He looked at me before smiling, "Hello Lucas. I see you're well."

"You are?"
I was confused and in shock. How did this guy know my name?

"Ah, my apologies you haven't seen me before, have you? Or you could have just forgotten but I am Steven Stone. The CEO of the dance academy you work at. I'm sure you've heard of me."

"Erm yeah... But why are you here?"
Whoo~
I never would have guessed this casual looking guy is the CEO. Wowz. Shows we can't just look at the surface of things.

"Ah, I'm here to check on why you were on leave for the past few days as well as for Dawn. Speaking of her, have you seen her? I knocked on her apartment door but no one answered."

"Erm, we have an issue. It's related to Dawn. She is isn't at her apartment, she's here."

"Oh? Where is she then?"

I pointed to Paul's locked room saying, "In there."

"You wouldn't mind if I come in, would you?", he asked.

Of course, I mind.
"Of course not, please do come in.", I said smiling through gritted teeth.

He stepped into the house uttering a thank you. He then walked towards the room that Dawn was in, Paul's room and knocking against it. A faint go away was heard but he knocked again saying, "It's me, Steven."

There was a moment of silence and I smiled. Dawn wasn't simply going to open the door to a stranger. Right?

My smile dropped a second later though. As I saw the door open slowly, with Dawn peeking her head out. She looked so cute, but she was paler than before, looking a little frail. Which made me instantly worried. She hasn't eaten anything.

Staring at them, I gazed as I saw Steven walk into the room as Dawn closed the door shut behind him.

Steven's POV
I was getting worried as Dawn had not turned up for work in days. Deciding to take matters into my own hands, I looked up the employee's address. Finding hers, I immediately headed there. Bringing along some things that she might like.

I reached her apartment building. I knocked on her door and waited.
No answer.
I knocked again and nothing happened. I then looked at the gates of the apartment door, there were flyers attached to it. Which means no one was home for at least a few days. I then decided to go to the neighbouring apartment to ask if they knew the whereabouts of Dawn.

Giving the door a knock, a guy whom I recognised answered the door. It was Lucas. I didn't know nor expected that him and Dawn would be neighbours. No wonder I saw them walk home together before. I asked him if he knew where Dawn was and he pointed towards a door. Excusing myself, I entered the apartment and towards that very room.

At first when I knocked I heard Dawn's angelic voice telling me to go away. But after informing her that it was just me, she opened the door letting me in.

Entering the room, I took a glance at her. She was still as beautiful as ever, but she seemed thinner and much paler. She sat on the bed, patting the seat beside her, inviting me to sit down.

Sitting down beside her I asked, "How are you doing, you look pale."

"I'm fine thank you. But may I know why you're here?" she answered, her voice sounding small.

"You haven't been to work and I was worried."

"You need not worry for me, I'm good.", she said giving a faint smile.

"You clearly are not. Your students miss you. Every day during class they ask 'Where's Miss Dawn? I miss her' they even wrote you a little card when I told them that you weren't feeling well." I then took out a piece of paper with all her students well wishes to her.

Dawn took the piece of paper like it was the most precious thing in the world. And as she read it, a ghost of a smile graced her lips.

I then offered her a piece of bread to eat, which she gladly accepted. Turning to face me, she gave me a smile. Not a fake and forced one, but a genuine one. She then stretched her arm forwards pulling me to embrace, which I secretly blushed at, whispering a sweet thank you.

This is the best day of my life! I returned the hug, gently stroking her hair before too whispering, 'no problem'. And unknowingly, both of them fell asleep in that sweet embrace.

??? POV
Deciding to check up on Dawn, I knocked gently against the door and waited for a while. Receiving silence I assume she didn't hear me or was asleep. I didn't want to disturb and frustrated her, so I decided to walk away. But immediately as I turned to walk away, I felt the sudden urge to turn back, and I did. Even before I stepped a single foot away from the door I turned back.

I don't know why, or something is wrong with me, but I actually placed my hand on the doorknob wanting to twist it open. We all knew and tried before, the door was lock so it was futile trying to open the door. But for some weird reason, I felt like it wasn't locked.

I was right! That's weird. Why isn't it lock? And how the shit did I even know...?

Slowly and quietly opening the door, I peeked my head into the room. I was flabbergasted by the sight in front of me. There was this blue haired guy,(Who may I just say is quite handsome) with both Dawn and his hands linked together in each other's arms fast asleep. I let out a slight gasp at the sight before quickly shutting the door back.

I—
I-I really don't know what to feel
Or how to feel for that matter
I'm just so confused.
Who was he?
What were they doing?
How the heck did he get here?
What is their relationship?

So many questions and no answers at the moment. I swear to god, this is going to bother me for the rest of the days till I find out what all of that was about...

I kinda lost the majority of my initial ideas for this story. Honestly, when I first started this, it had no proper storyline and that is the first flaw I made. Plus there are no pre-written chapters for this story at all. So it is updated purely based on if I had an inspiration to write or not.

Till now I still don't know how the story will go or how it would end. It is really an impromptu story and with the poor frequency of updates, you can tell. I am really sorry for the time taken to update this.
