The next day I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing.

"Hello?" I spoke still sleepy.

"Hi. Where are you? Don't tell me you are still at home!" I immediately recognized her voice. It was Anisha.

"Hey Anisha. Who's number is this? Also yes, I am. I'm still in bed." I replied.

"No kidding! I'm waiting for you outside your home. And why the hell are you still sleeping? It's 8 already. Plus, this is my new number which I got 3 days ago, and the same number I've been calling you from the past couple of days and still you ask me the same question each day!" She was practically yelling at me over the phone. I patiently waited for my turn to talk.

"Firstly, sorry I forget to save it each time. I'll do it right after you disconnect this call. And secondly, I don't have college. I have to write an article about our college for Deccan Herald' so I'll be writing it from home."

"Why didn't you inform me earlier? Anyway no problem. I'll leave then, talk to you in the evening. Take care" without even waiting for me to speak she hung up the call! I thought she might have been getting late for college.

After shower, I put on my pajama and a tank top. I opened my laptop to start with the article. I clicked on MS word and alongside opened a Facebook tab.

After a couple of seconds a chat box appeared.

"Hello" It was a message from him again! OMG I thought. I wanted to log out and shut down my laptop. But I also wanted to know why he messaged so I replied "Hey"

"I'm sorry. I got busy yesterday. I could not reply. And yes, you can simply call me Rahul and definitely not 'SIR' haha."

"No problem. And alright :)"

"Which class are you in?"

"BBA, 2nd year. What about you?"

"I'm in my final year, engineering. Civil."

"Oh! Okay." I did not know how to keep the conversation going. I struggled to find the right thing to say. And then I asked him the first thing that came to my head. "Have you read/watched "The Fault In Our Stars?"

"No. I don't read novels. The last one I read was 'Oliver twist' in school days."

"I've read it too."

"Listen, I'll text you in a while? Or call you?"

"Okay, but you don't have my number"

"Haha yeah! Give it to me now?"

"No. I'll call you."

"How do you know my number?"

"Long story. I'll tell you when I call you"

"Cool. Call up after 15-20 minutes. Cya"

With that he went offline.
