Earlier that day you'd hurt Veronica. You lied to her about something you'd said and, obviously, she found out. She had ignored you all day and felt really hurt because of it. You never meant for it to affect Veronica in any way, but it did and you felt awful. It wasn't until you walked into Pop's to pick up an order when you saw her.

"Hey, V. Hi, Mrs Lodge"

"Hi, (Y/N). Got an order?"

"Yeh, thanks" you smiled as she walked to get your food.

"I'm sorry, Veronica. For today, and for lying" you walked over to her.

"It's fine, just hurt"
