Even though it was cheer practice, you and Veronica still managed to talk during it. After Cheryl had left the squad alone to do something, the girls separated and kept stretching. Betty wasn't talking to either of you because Archie had kissed you and Veronica saw but didn't stop you two. You knew Betty would come round eventually so there was no point trying to do anything.

"So, do you think Betty will hate us for much longer?" You asked while stretching.

"I don't know, you've known her longer"

"But something like this has never happened. We've never fought"

"You can't help it, you like Archie, you acted upon it, she hasn't" Veronica pointed out.
