Moose is eager to surprise Kevin Keller on Valentine's Day he has him close his eyes as they spend time together at make out point ..
He leads him down a large paved grassy area that reveals a heart shaped section with a beautiful romantic setting of a table with red cover , red chairs as mozart plays in the background on an iPod .
Kevin smiles and kisses Moose
while they embrace .
" Wow Moose , everything is soo lovely ! "
states an ecstatic Kevin 
" Only the best for you ..
Kevin .. will you accept my red rose and be my guy ?! "
he asks ..
Kevin knods with tears streaming down his face .
" O-M-G yes , I thought you would never ask ! "
Moose
" You just made me the happiest Quarterback in Riverdale ! " he says happily
