Chapter 13
Downtown, Renee walked outside to get some fresh air when she saw Seth walking up to the building with two cups of coffee in hand.
"You look like you could use a break." Seth told her.
Renee let out a slight smile as he handed her a cup of coffee. The two walked back down by the canal.
"I'm sorry about last night. I shouldn't have said that." Seth told her.
"No, no.. It's okay. I'm the one that crossed the line.. You were just reacting to what I said." Renee told him
"Well either way.. I am sorry. I know I put my foot in my mouth sometimes." Seth said.
Renee took a sip of her coffee and tried to clear her head a bit.
"What's going on with you?" Seth asked.
"It's nothing." Renee assured him.
Seth glanced over and could see that something was clearly wrong.
"Come on.. tell me." Seth said as they stopped walking.
Renee looked up at him and took a deep breath.
"It's just this guy at the post. He has it out for me for some reason.." Renee told him.
A bit of curious rage filled Seth's eyes but he tried to stay calm.
"What do you mean he has it out for you? What did he do?" Seth asked casually as he took a sip of his coffee.
"He hasn't done anything.. Not yet anyway." Renee said.
"Are you afraid of him or something?" Seth asked.
"What? No.. Phil's harmless. It's just some things he said are stressing me out. I'm sure it's nothing though." Renee assured him.
Seth took a mental note of the name Phil and nodded along with what she's saying.
"Well hopefully he lays off." Seth said.
"I'm sure he will." Renee told him as they started walking down the canal again.
After school that day, Sasha went home instead of going to the diner with Bayley like she usually did. Her mother was working so she was home alone. But a knock at the door took her by surprise. Sasha looked out the blinds and saw a black SUV parked outside with Joe sitting in the drivers seat. She opened the door to find Alexa standing on her front porch.
"Are you lost?" Sasha asked.
"I think so.. Can I come in?" Alexa asked.
Sasha gave her a bit of an amusing laugh before letting her inside.
"I told my new friend outside we were working on a school project." Alexa said as she looked around Sasha's small kitchen.
"What are you doing here, Alexa?" Sasha asked.
Alexa looked over at her and took a deep breath.
"I just wanted to talk to you." Alexa said.
"What?" Sasha asked.
"All my friends care about is homecoming and going to parties.. Hanging out with you the other day.. That was the realest conversation I've ever had with anyone." Alexa told her.
Sasha gave Alexa a skeptical look.
"I was just about to eat. Are you hungry? Sasha asked.
Alexa let out a smile.
"I'm starving actually." Alexa told her.
"Your options are ramen noodles or... ramen noodles." Sasha said as she looked into the empty pantry.
"Ramen noodles it is then." Alexa told her as the girls shared a laugh.
Bayley was sitting by herself at the diner trying to study but she was too distract. That's when Ricochet walked in and sat across form her.
"Hey.. I got your text." He said.
"She hates me." Bayley said.
Ricochet reached over the table and grabbed her hand.
"Don't worry, okay? She'll come around. Right now, I think she just feels a little bit betrayed." Ricochet tried to explain.
Bayley embraced the feeling of his touch and tried to ease her mind.
"You look adorable, by the way." Ricochet told her.
Bayley let out a dorky laugh before he leaned across the table and kiss her on the lips. When they pulled away, Finn could be seen standing outside watching them. Bayley looked out at him awkwardly as she debated telling Ricochet that Finn was watching her at school today.
"I'll be right back." Ricochet said.
Before Bayley had the chance to tell him anything he'd gotten up and walked outside.
"I've got work for you to do tonight." Finn told him.
Ricochet approached and gave Finn a worried look.
"His name is Bobby Lashley. He's bee a little short on payments to some of my friends." Finn told him.
"I don't work for you anymore, Finn." Ricochet tried to tell him.
Finn let out a laugh.
"Says who? You?" Finn asked.
Ricochet's eyes pleaded with him.
"I told you a long time ago that there was no outs. And just because you skipped town before doesn't make you a free man. I own your ass, Ricochet. That is.. unless you want me to take care of that sexy new side piece you've got in there." Finn told him.
Ricochet tried to hide his anger at the mention of him hurting Bayley.
"I mean hell, Ricochet.. I thought you knew better than to care about people. You should know how easily they can be used against you.." Finn began to say.
"If you hurt her-." Ricochet began to say.
"What? What are you going to do, huh?" Finn asked.
Ricochet looked behind Finn as Kyle, Bobby and Roderick circled around Finn.
"That's what I thought." Finn told him.
Kyle handed Ricochet a brown paper bag.
"You've got until midnight tonight or I'm coming for your girl." Finn told him.
Ricochet's face turned red with fury as Finn and his guys left. He looked inside the bag to find a gun.
In the Valley District, Dean was hanging out in Jericho's bar when an old friend walked in.
"Ambrose!" Sami Callihan yelled.
Dean turned around and smiled. He walked outside with Sami and greeted him with a friendly handshake.
"What's up, man? Dean asked as Aj suddenly walked passed them.
Dean glanced back at her ass as she walked inside. She went in and grabbed a beer as she leaned against the bar and watched Dean outside.
"Long time no see." Jimmy said.
Aj looked over at him in confusion.
"Havok?" Aj asked.
"You know him?" Jimmy asked as he stood beside her.
"Not really, no." AJ told him.
Jimmy nodded as watched Dean and Sami carry on their conversation.
"That's problem good.. I hear he's dangerous." Jimmy told her.
Aj let out an impressive smile as they kept on watching Dean.
"Yeah.. I'm sure he's a bad, bad man.." Aj mused to herself.
"You know he runs all this shit, right?"Jimmy asked.
Aj looked at Jimmy in confusion.
"What do you mean?" Aj asked.
"Not many people in this town get the luxury of not choosing a team. You're either with the McMahon's or or with the Kahn's.." Jimmy said.
"Yeah, well.. He doesn't really take me as the type to follow the rules." Aj said.
Jimmy let out a small laugh.
"I don't what he has on everyone but no one fucks with him. No one is pressuring him to join a side.. It's like he just gets to do whatever the hell he wants." Jimmy said.
Aj already caught herself thinking about Dean doing whatever the hell he wanted to her.
"Alright man, I'll be there." Dean told Sami as he walked away.
Aj felt her heart racing as Dean walked inside and laid his eyes on her.
"I never got your name the other night." Dean told her.
"Which night?" Aj asked with a smirk on her face.
Jimmy looked at Aj in surprise as Dean slowly walked towards her.
"The names Dean.. Dean Ambrose." He introduced himself.
Aj shook his hand as Dean leaded forward, placing his lips to her ear.
"Just in case you wanna scream that out next time I make you cum." Dean whispered to her.
A rush came over Aj as Dean hovered over her for a moment. Jimmy looked at both of them again in confusion.
"Okay.. well, I guess that's by que." Jimmy said before walking away.
Aj grabbed Dean's hand and pulled him away. She lead him out to the alley beside the bar and pressed her lips against his. Dean unbuckled his belt just as Aj slid her hand in his pants and started touching him.
"Fuck." Dean let out.
She bit at his ear as he got hard. That's when Aj slid off her own pants. Dean picked her up and she wrapped her legs around him. He held her up against the cold brick wall as he eased himself inside of her. Aj let out a gasp as she adjusted to his size. She held the back of his head with her breasts pushed up against his chest as he started thrusting himself in and out of her wet pussy.
"Mmmm. Fuck. Dean!" Aj screamed out as they fucked each other in broad day light.
