"Rohan why is football so important to you?" Jeet asked, while him and Rohan were walking to the football field, "It's not like you want to be a football player". 

"In my life there isn't a lot of things that make me happy Jeet, music and football are the only things that are consistent in my life, they make me happy".

"So that's why your so adamant on ruining Abhi's life" Jeet said, making Rohan roll his eyes. 

"Welcome to planet obvious".

"But Rohan, what if while trying to make Shanaya fall for you, you end up falling for her?".

"That's impossible, I will never fall for anyone, you know I stay far away from this useless feeling called love" Rohan said, "Plus I bet you Abhi's choice is going to be shit, its going to be pure torture". 

"But what if you fall for her personality instead of her looks?".

Rohan starts walking backwards, facing Jeet, "Jeet for the last time, I don't do love, its a waste of time and I don't have time to...".

Before Rohan could finish his sentence, he bumped into someone, making Rohan fall on top of that person. 

Rohan looked at the person all ready to scream at them, but he stopped seeing the girl in front of him. 

"Wow" Rohan whispered, staring at the girl, who was staring right back at him.

"Shit Ro, you okay?" Jeet asked, not realising he just ruined the perfect moment. 

Getting out of his daze, Rohan got up and forwarded his hand for the girl. She placed her hand in his, and he pulled her up. 

"Thank you".

"Your welcome".

"I'm really sorry for bumping into you, I was trying to call my friend, and didn't see where I was going" the girl apologised. 

"You should be sorry, do you realise who you bumped into" Jeet said, making the girl frown. 

"It's okay" Rohan said, shocking Jeet, "Hope your not hurt".

"Yeah, I'm okay are you okay?"

"I'm fine".

The girl smiled, and looked down, seeing her backpack open and all the things on the floor. 

"Crap, hope nothing broke" the girl said, bending down to pick her things up. 

Without knowing what he was doing, Rohan bent down to help the girl, making Jeet rub his eyes to make sure he was seeing everything correctly. 

"I've never seen you here before, are you visiting someone?" Rohan asked, curiously.

"No, I'm actually a new student".

"A new student?" Jeet asked, suspiciously.

"Yeah I'm on a dance scholarship here".

"You dance?" Rohan asked. 

"Yeah, dancing is my favourite thing in the world, it makes me feel like I'm flying, like I'm..."

"Like your free" Rohan completed, confusing the girl.

"You also dance?".

"No, but I feel the same when it comes to football and music".

"Oh my God you play instruments?" the girl asked, making Rohan nod, "You need to teach me how to play a guitar, none of my friends know how to and I've always wanted to learn how to play a guitar". 

"It will be my pleasure" Rohan said smiling, "I'm Rohan by the way". 

"I'm..."

"Shanaya!" a voice yelled, shocking Rohan.

"Abhi!" Shanaya yelled, hugging him. 

"I knew it!" Jeet yelled, making the other three look at me, two confused, one angry.

"Shut up Jeet" Rohan hissed.

"What are you doing here with them?" Abhi said, glaring at Rohan and Jeet. 

"Well I was trying to call you and I didn't see where I was going, and then I bumped into Rohan" Shanaya explained, "And Abhi why do you even have a phone if your not going to answer it".

"It was on silent mode" Abhi explained, "Anyways lets go".

"Alright, bye Rohan" Shanaya said, "Don't forget your teaching me guitar". 

"What?" Abhi asked, looking back and forth between the two. 

"I'm going to be teaching Shanaya how to play a guitar" Rohan said, smirking. 

"No your not" Abhi said, making Shanaya frown. 

"Yes he is" Shanaya stated, Abhi opened his mouth to say something, but Shanaya cut him off, "Now let's go I'm tired, I want to sleep". 

"Fine let's go" Abhi said leaving. 

"Abhi!" Shanaya yelled, "Whose going to help me with my luggage". 

Shanaya's words make Abhi laugh and he turned back. 

"Let's go now Rajat is waiting" Abhi said, picking Shanaya's luggage. 

"Oh my God, I can't wait to meet Rajat, its been too long" Shanaya said, picking her backpack up, "Bye Rohan, see you soon". 

"Cya" Rohan replied.

"So" Jeet started, seeing Abhi and Shanaya leave, "She's definitely not hideous, so it won't be torture I guess". 

"Maybe not" Rohan said looking at Shanaya's retreating figure. 

Rohan turned to leave but stopped seeing something on the ground, picking it up he saw it is a diary, and on the front cover it said Shanaya's Lyrics & Random Snippets. 

"This is going to be interesting" Rohan whispered, looking at the diary.

"Rajat!" Rhea yelled, "I'm so excited to meet Shanaya, I've heard so much about her, and I can't wait to meet her in real life".

"Your going to love her" Rajat told his girlfriend, "Honestly, I've never met such a happy and easy going person in my life".

Rhea looked at Rajat in worry, "I just hope she likes me though".

"And I hope you like me" Shanaya said, entering the room with Abhi right behind her. 

"Shanaya!" Rajat said, hugging her, "Its been too long seen I last saw you". 

"Yeah, you and Abhi forget about me after coming here" Shanaya said, playfully pushing Rajat away from her. 

"As if you would let us forget you" Abhi teased, making Shanaya stick her tongue at him. 

Rajat shook his head at the two best friends banter, "Anyways, Shanaya meet my girlfriend and your new roommate, Rhea". 

Rhea forwarded her hand, "Hey, so glad to finally meet the famous Shanaya Singhaina". 

Instead of shaking her hand, Shanaya straight out hugged Rhea, shocking her, and making Rajat and Abhi laugh, they knew she was going to do that, Shanaya doesn't shake hands, she only hugs.

"I'm so glad to finally meet the girl, who stole the boring Rajat's heart" Shanaya said, breaking the hug. 

"Hey!" Rajat said, "I'm not boring".

"You can be a bit boring sometimes" Rhea teased, highfiveing Shanaya. 

"These two combined is going to be torture" Abhi said. 

"I agree" Rajat said. 

"Finally I have a friend that is a girl" Shanaya said, "Being friends with these two did my head in".

"Tell me about it" Rhea said, agreeing with Shanaya. 

"Seriously?" Abhi asked. 

"Seriously" Rhea and Shanaya said, simultaneously. 

"Now come on let's help Shanaya unpack, then you two leave, we both need to bond" Rhea said, making Abhi frown. 

"She's my best friend not yours".

"Now she's my new best friend" Shanaya teased, hugging Rhea.

"No one can tolerate you as much as me" Abhi said, making Shanaya glare at him, and Rhea and Rajat laugh. 

"Alright, let's get unpacking so the girls can bond after" Rajat said, grabbing a box. 

"The things I do for you Angel" Abhi said, making Shanaya smile, its been too long since she heard that name.

"That's what you get for being my best friend" Shanaya said, pulling Abhi's cheeks.

"Get lost" Abhi said playfully

"Alright let's do this" Rhea said, ending Abhi and Shanaya's moment, and starting the long process of unpacking.

Rohan and Jeet were on the football field playing football, and Rohan had just made his fourth goal. 

"Your so shit at football" Rohan said, looking at Jeet, who was now lying on the ground, exhausted "How did you even make it to the team". 

"I'm not bad" Jeet said, panting for air, "Your just too good for no absolute reason".

"Just shut up and lets go again" Rohan said, grabbing the football, making Jeet groan. 

"Dude please give me a break" Jeet pleaded, "I need to go to the canteen and buy a energy drink, all my energy is drained out".

"Would you stop complaining after?" Rohan asked, getting annoyed.

"Mummy promise" Jeet said, getting up. 

"Fine go".

After Jeet left, Rohan went to his bag to grab himself a drink, put stopped when he saw Shanaya's diary.

"Let's see what little miss dancer writes about" Rohan said, opening the diary, curious.

Reading Shanaya's writing, Rohan was impressed, the girl could write, and he was pulled into her writing, he just wanted to keep reading.

Rohan turned the page to read more, but stopped when he heard Jeet.

"What are you reading?" Jeet asked trying to see what Rohan was reading, but Rohan had already put the book back.

"Nothing" Rohan said, quickly.

"Okay" Jeet said, suspiciously. 

"Now that you got your energy drink, lets get back at it" Rohan said, getting up and grabbing the football.

"Ugh fine" Jeet says, reluctantly going to the field.
