"Students of St Teresa, welcome to one of the most anticipated event of our collage, the ultimate car race between the two rivals, Abhimanyu Singh and Rohan Nanda" said Coach Shah, "The whole collage is aware of the rivalry between these two, mainly due to football, today's car race is going to determine who out of these two boys will become the football captain, so without any further talk, please welcome Rohan Nanda and Abhimanyu Singh". 

Both Rohan and Abhi entered the racing stadium from opposite doors, the whole stadium started applauding seeing the two rivals enter. Both Rohan and Abhi walked and stopped right in front of each other. 

Rohan smirked at Abhi, "There's still time to back off Singh, why are you so adamant on embarrassing yourself in front of the whole collage".

"Don't worry about me Nanda, instead why don't you worry about yourself instead" Abhi said, "The bad boy of St Teresa is about to lose not only the football captaincy, but also his bad boy reputation to me".

"Nice dream" Rohan said sarcastically, "But unfortunately for you, this dream isn't going to become a reality". 

"We will see about that".

"Enough both of you" Coach said, interrupting Rohan and Abhi, "Get into your cars, and let's start this race".

Both Rohan and Abhi got into their respective cars and started their engines, preparing for the race, the race that will decide whose going to be St Teresa's football captain this year, something that is very important to both of them. 

"On your marks" Coach said, putting the red flag in the air, "Get set, go!".

As soon as the red flag went down, both Abhi and Rohan were off.

The race was intense and very close, during the first round of the race Abhi was ahead, angering Rohan. During the second round Rohan had managed to overtake Abhi.

Abhi kept trying to overtake, but Rohan kept coming in front of him, blocking him. During the third round, Abhi had manged to come neck to neck Rohan, during the whole third round both Rohan and Abhi were neck to neck, and when they both crossed the finishing line, none of them could tell who had crossed it first. 

Rohan ran up to coach, "Coach, who won?".

The Coach stood silent with a worried expression on his face.

"Coach say something, who won?" Abhi asked, losing his patience.

"You both need to see this" Coach said, handing Rohan a tablet, which had a slow motion recording of both the cars coming to the finish line.

Seeing the video, Rohan was shocked, "What the hell, how is this possible?".

"Give me that" Abhi said, snatching the tablet from Rohan's hand and watching the video, he was also left equally as shocked as Rohan, "What the hell!".

"Both the cars crossed the finish line at the same time" Coach explained.

"This is so bizarre, how is this possible" Rohan said, with anger.

"What does this mean?" Abhi asked, "Who gets the captaincy?".

"This means both of you will be sharing the football captaincy" said St Teresa's Dean Yogendra Vashishth.

"No way!" Both Abhi and Rohan said simultaneously.

"Either you both share the captaincy or someone else becomes captain".

Looking at each other both Abhi and Rohan realised, they would rather be captains together, then make someone else captain.

"Fine whatever, I'll share captaincy with Abhi" Rohan said, leaving.

"I agree to this co-captaincy as well" Abhi said, leaving.

"Do you think this will end their rivalry?" Coach asked, watching the boys retreating figures.

"No it won't" Dean said, "Instead this has made their rivalry even worse, I'm scared what both of them will do to bring each other down now, only a miracle can end this rivalry now".

After the announcement of the co-captaincy between Abhi and Rohan, Abhi entered his dorm furious, he was frustrated and angry and all he wanted to do was go punch Rohan Nanda, he was convinced Rohan had somehow cheated in the race, he couldn't believe both of them finished the car race at the same time. 

"Ugh!!!" Abhi screamed, throwing all the things on his side table to the floor.

Rajat entered their shared dorm, and saw his best friend fuming, "Dude you need to calm down, at least you got captaincy". 

"Share captaincy Rajat, shared fucking captaincy" Abhi said, in frustration, "I swear to God Rohan has cheated Rajat". 

"Abhi he didn't cheat, the whole collage was there, he couldn't cheat even if he tried to".

"I don't know how he did it Rajat, but he cheated, there is no way we both crossed the finish line at the same time".

Before Rajat could say anything else, Abhi's phone started ringing, and looking at the person calling, Rajat immediately smiled, this call was definitely going to calm Abhi down. 

"Hello" Abhi said, answering the phone, without looking at the caller ID. 

"Well someone sounds like his on his man periods" the person said, making Abhi have a small smile on his face. 

"I'm in no mood for jokes right now" Abhi said, trying really hard not to smile.

"Aww my bestie is angry".

Abhi finally let out a full smile, "Your actually so annoying".

"But you still love me" the person said, making Abhi's heart flutter.

"More than you think" Abhi whispered.

"Your going to have to speak louder than that buddy, I didn't hear what you said". 

"Have you called me to ask if I love you, or do you have something important to say?".

"Is it too much to ask to be loved Abhimanyu Singh".

"Cut the crap and tell me why did you call".

"Do I need a reason to call my best friend".

"I call you for no reason, but you call me when you need something or you have something important to say".

"Your mean".

"Shanaya Singhania spill why the hell did you call me today?".

"The thing I'm about to tell you, is going to make you the happiest person on this planet".

"No suspense Shanaya, spill it" Abhi said, not liking the suspense. 

"Remember when I applied for a dance scholarship at St Teresa?".

"Yeah" Abhi said, suspiciously. 

"Well your collage responded" Shanaya said, in a sad voice. 

"You didn't get in?" Abhi asked, sadly.

"Abhi I told you before my news will make you happy, are you happy thinking I didn't make it?" Shanaya asked, questioning her best friend's listening skill. 

"No" Abhi said, confused. 

"Then as much as this hurts, unfortunately I'm stuck with you for the next year of collage".

"Oh" Abhi said, sadly, not processing what Shanaya said, "Wait what!".

"I'm coming to St Teresa dumb ass" Shanaya said, hanging up. 

After Shanaya hanged up, Abhi stared at his phone in shock.

"What happened" Rajat said, looking at his best friend's shocked face. 

"Shanaya is coming to St Teresa" Abhi said, in a daze.

"What?" Rajat said, happily. 

"Holy shit!" Abhi said, jumping up and down, "Shanaya is coming to St Teresa Rajat, oh my God I'm so happy, me and Shanaya will finally be reuniting!!".

"Now maybe your scared ass, can finally confess your love to her" Rajat teased, making Abhi's cheeks go red. 

"Shut the fuck up" Abhi said, playfully pushing Rajat.

"Seriously Abhi you need to tell her before someone comes and whisks her away from you". 

"Maybe its finally time to finally confess" Abhi said, smiling, "I still can't believe Shanaya is coming, shes finally coming to me".

If Abhi was furious with the co-captaincy, Rohan was no less, but he was way more angry than Abhi. 

Rohan entered his dorm in anger and started throwing everything and anything he could get his hands on. 

Jeet entered his and Rohan's dorm room, and seeing Rohan breaking everything, tried to calm him down, keyword tried. 

"Ro, stop your going to hurt yourself" Jeet said, trying to stop Rohan by holding his hands.

"Don't touch me!" Rohan yelled, pushing Jeet.

"Ro you need to calm down, hurting yourself isn't going to help you".

"Shut the fuck up Jeet, just shut up!" Rohan yelled, "The football captaincy was suppose to be mine, only mine!".

"You did get the captaincy though" Jeet said, confused. 

"No Jeet, I got co-captaincy" Rohan said, running his hands through his hair, "I was suppose to be the only captain, not share captaincy with Abhimanyu fucking Singh". 

"But you can't do anything about it now".

"Yes I can" Rohan said, "I'm going to ruin Abhimanyu Singh's life".

"What are you going to do?" Jeet asked, "It's not like your going to snatch Abhi's love who recently got accepted in St Teresa".

"What did you just say?" Rohan said, looking at Jeet in shock. 

"I said what are you going to do?".

"After that, something about Abhi's love".

"Well when I was coming to you I passed Abhi's dorm, and I heard him screaming that someone named Shanaya is coming to St Teresa and then Rajat said that Abhi can finally confess his love to her".

"Jeet for the first time in your life you have done something useful" Rohan said, smirking. 

"What did I do?" Jeet said, confused. 

"The best way to ruin someone's life, is by snatching their love from them".

"Your going to kidnap Shanaya?" Jeet asked, shocked. 

"No you idiot" Rohan said, "I'm going to steal Shanaya from Abhi, I'm going to make her fall for me instead". 

"You sure about this?" Jeet asked worried. 

"Positive" Rohan said, smirking, "Can't wait to meet you Miss Shanaya, this is going to be fun".
