Y/n and their parents were visiting new York city to see family for awhile, y/n's parents have lived in a small town in California since y/n was born and they don't travel much so being in this huge city was very different for y/n, it was scary but y/n seemed to absolutely love it all the buildings and the structures were so cool.

Y/n gasped "what's that!?" Y/n practically yelled in excitement pointing at a very tall building, y/n's parents laughed at their child's excitement. "That's the Empire state building, isn't it cool?" Y/n's dad, Charles asked smiling down at y/n "mhm! Can we go inside??" Y/n asked looking up at their parents "no y/n, not right now we have to go back to your aunts house." Y/n's mom, Beatrix said softly. Y/n pouted but nodded.

Suddenly a crowd of people came along and y/n practically got pulled away, once they got out of the crowd the didn't know where they were and they couldn't see their parents "uhhh..that not good.." y/n said looking around, they decided to go and try to found their parents. For being a lost child they seemed really calm in any other situation they would be panicking but they felt surprisingly calm for being in the biggest city in the US.

They were walking around and made it to this big open space with what looked like big tvs everywhere "wowwww.." y/n said quietly to themselves looking around they were walking and two people caught their attention, they stopped walking and looked at the two. They were two woman who looked suspiciously like two of their favorite witches. The Sanderson sisters, they really liked them especially Mary and winifred sanderson despite them literally wanting to eat children.

'Wait...are they the Sanderson sisters???..wait no..mom said they weren't real..but what if mom just doesn't believe like max didn't!..I'm gonna go ask them!' Y/n nervously but excitedly walked over to the two woman "um excuse me?" Y/n asked politely with their hands classed behind their back.

The two woman looked down at y/n then back at each other in confusion and concern "um, yes hun?" The one who looked like Mary asked "are you mary and winnie sanderson??? And where's Sarah???" Y/n asked with concern looking around for the lost sanderson. The two tried hard not to laugh at how honest the child sounded "no, we play them tho, this is bette and I'm kathy." Kathy said with a smile "you play them??? What does that mean?" Y/n asked confused.

"Well, we're actor's, we play characters in movies like the Sanderson sisters in hocus pocus." Bette explained with a smile "ohhhh...wait does that mean the Sanderson sisters really aren't real?" Y/n asked sadly. "Unfortunately, sorry hun." Kathy said softly. "Aww.." y/n pouted. Bette looked around just now realizing that this child was alone. "Hay, kathy?" Bette asked in a whisper "hm?" Kathy hummed looking at bette "shouldn't they be with their parents?" Bette asked, kathy looked around then down to y/n who was deep in thought "um yeah no, there should probably be an adult with this kid." Kathy said to bette "Hay, hun are you alone? Where's your parents?" Bette asked concern in her voice "ummm...I don't know I was trying to find them, then I found this place!" Y/n said with an excited smile.

Both the woman smiled at y/n's excitement. "Well do you know where you saw them last?" Kathy asked softly
"ummm..well we were looking at a big building...my dad said it was called the..emmm.." y/n said trying to figure out what their dad said "the empire state building?" Bette questioned "yeah! That's what he said! And it is reallyyyy tall." Y/n said dramatically making both the woman laugh. "that it is." Kathy said with a smile.

"Ok, it's getting late we should probably go try and find your parents, hm?" Bette asked holding out her hand so y/n could hold it, y/n glady took her hand and the three of them went off to find y/n's parents. Once they got to the building y/n looked around and spotted their parents. "Mom! Dad!" Y/n yelled letter go of bette's hand and running to their parents "y/n!" Beatrix said happily, y/n hugged her as they got to them "hi!" Y/n said with a smile "hi, where'd you go? We couldn't find you we were worried." Charles asked his child. "We found them in towns square, well I suppose they found us." Bette said with a smile.

Y/n's parents looked up and their Jaws dropped. "Y-you guys found y/n?" Charles asked in shock "really they found us, they thought we were actually winnie and Mary sanderson." Kathy said looking at y/n with a smile "mhm, sadly they're not real...but I honestly like them better, they won't try to eat me!" Y/n said smiling up at their parents, but quickly snapped their head around and looked at bette and Kathy. " will you?..." y/n asked quietly, the four adults laughed "no hun, we won't." Bette said, y/n sighed dramatically "ok w-well we need to get going but thank you so much." Beatrix thanked the two woman.
"Of course..oh wait here." Kathy said bending down to y/n's level and pulling a bracelet off of her wrist and putting it on y/n's "it's a good luck charm, maybe you won't get lost if you have it." Kathy said softly smiling at y/n "but won't you miss it??" Y/n asked as they tilted their head.

"No, and I want you to have it." Kathy said and stood up. "Well thank you miss kathy!" Y/n said and smiled as they looked down at the bracelet "take care." Bette said "you too!" Charles said and the two woman walked away.

"....did bette midler and Kathy najimy really just find our child?.." Charles asked his wife "yes...yes they did." Beatrix responded.
