Chapter: 26
Nainaaaa!!
Sameer Jiii!!
5 hours, 600 minutes, 18,000 seconds.
This was the timeframe Sameer and Naina had spent apart from each other. It was a bright sunny afternoon when they got drifted apart, and it is now a calm, soothing and chilly evening when they meet again.
Sameer's eyes were parched for the sight of his wife, his ears were deafened; as all they can hear is his wife's sweet and chirpy voice, his fingers were numb as they had lost the soft and warm touch of her's.
And now the thirst of his eyes was quenched, his ears started functioning right after hearing her call Sameer Ji in her sweet melodious voice, his fingers now itched to touch her warm skin and wipe the tear marks on her chubby cheeks.
The moment, Naina realised that she was now lost in an unknown city among unknown people and without a phone which is the mode of communication between her and her husband, her heart started beating rapidly and she was afraid that it would pop out, crushing her ribcage. She was constantly trying to remember someone among the group's number, but failed miserably. She didn't knew where she was heading and each unknown face haunted her. And on top of that, she didn't have anything with her, that would land her to a safer place.
She was praying to her Bhagwan ji, when Mr. Rawat bumped into her, and she instantly recognised him and spoke to him. Mr. Rawat being a father and a husband himself, understood the turmoil and immediately took her to his shop. And contacted Sameer.
Sameer and Naina's face broke into a wide smile, seeing each other and their eyes filled with tear of joy. Sameer was fast enough to reach Naina in a second, and pull her in his embrace.
Finally his restlessness heart was at peace, having lifeline in his arms close to his heart which beats only her name, 24 x 7. And so were her racing heartbeats. She snuggled in his warm embrace, and finally at home. Her home which is her husband's arms. He raised her face, and looking at her teary and pale face, he kissed her whole face.
Sameer (choked and moist tone): Tum kahan chali gayi thi Naina? Pata hai meri jaan nikal gayi thi.
Naina wiped his tears with her pallu, and held his face in her palms.
Naina: I am sorry. Aur aapki jaan kahin gayi, aapke paas hi hai. Main hi toh hun aapki jaan.
Sameer joined their foreheads, letting the fact seep deep in him, that his Naina was finally with him. And most importantly, in his arms.
Sameer: Aage se, kabhi mujhe aisse pareshaan maat karna, thik hai? Dil ki dhadkan dheemi pad gayi thi, saans lena muskil hogaya tha mera, aankhon ke aage andhera sa cha gaya tha, sab kuch sunn pad gaya tha.
Naina: Kabhi nahi karungi aisse pareshaan! But aapko apni demands mangke pareshaan zaroor karungi. Woh karne se aap mujhe nahi rok sakte.
Sameer chuckled seeing her playfulness which he missed in these five hours, and kissed her head and again hugged her tightly.
Sameer: Tumhe mujhe jo magna hai mango...Main maana nahi karunga. Bas, phir kabhi mujhse dur maat jaana. Main kitna darr gaya tha, pata hai.
Naina's eyes teared remembering the painful five hours, she buried her head in his torso. And replied to him.
Naina: Darr main bhi gayi thi Sameer ji. Jahan dekho anjaan chehre the. Woh bhi daaravne....Aissa lag raha tha ki main shayad aapse kabhi nahi mil paungi. Shayad aapse bina mile hi mar.......
Sameer didn't let her complete, by keeping his palm over her mouth. Just the mere mention of it, made Sameer's hand shiver and heart pricked. He felt a shooting pain in his heart and his eyes flooded with tears.
Sameer: Khabardar jo aissi baatein apne dimaag mein bhi laaya toh! Zubaan par laane ki baat bahut dur ki hai. Mere hote huye, main tumhe kuch hone nahi dunga. Tumhe tabhi kuch ho sakega jab meri chitta ja.....
Naina kept her palm on his mouth, and her vision blurred more as more tears sprang in her eyes.
Both of them couldn't visualize the other person in the same state, that was of their mothers' few years ago.
Naina removed Sameer's palms with her other arm, and scolded Sameer.
Naina: Aap mujhe waisi baatein karne se maana kar rahe the, aur abhi khud waisi baatein apne zubaan par laa rahe the. Aissa phir kabhi maat karna, nahi toh.....
Sameer removed her palm, and kissed it with a smile on his face.
Sameer: Nahi toh kya?
Naina: Nahi toh....main aapse gussa ho jaungi. Aur...
Sameer: Aur?
Naina: Aur....aapse baat bhi nahi karungi. Aur...
Sameer: Aur?
Naina: Aur...aapse chocolate bhi share nahi karungi. Aur...
Sameer: Aur?
Naina: Aur.....Papaji aur Dadaji se aapki shikayat kar dungi.
Sameer: Aur?
Naina: Aur kya?
Sameer: Bas itni si dhamki hai?
Naina: Yeh aapko itni si lag rahi hai? Main aapse baat nahi karungi, toh chalega aapko?
Sameer: Kisne kaha aissa? Jab tak meri pyaari aur bholi Naina apni pyaari awaaz se 'Good Morning Sameer Ji' nahi bolti meri subah kahan hoti hai? Jab tak meri jaan, meri Naina mujhse apni baatein share nahi karti, mera din complete nahi hota, aur jab tak meri biwi, meri Naina, mujhe 'Good Night Sameer Ji' kehke, ek pyaari si smile nahi de deti. Mujhe nind kahan aati hai?
Naina blushed hearing what he said, and lowered her eyes and fidgeted her saree pallu, creating creases. Sameer chuckled and kissed her forehead.
Sameer: Meri pyaari aur bholi Naina ❤️
Naina looked up and smiled at him like a newly wed bride, but wait, she was his newly wed bride. He gave her a wide smile and wounded his one arm around her waist and other arm wounded around her shoulder. He kept his chin on top of her head and closed his eyes. Naina too encircled her one arm around his waist and kept the other palm over his heart and felt his heartbeats. And kept her warm chubby cheeks on his bare torso. And let the warmth of his loving embrace, seep into her.
Sameer loosened his grip on her and looked at her. Till now, he couldn't believe that she was actually infront of him. He still was under the illusion that, he would once more time touch her, and she will vanish.
He was busy making himself realise that she is real, when he felt her grip loosening and her face getting pale. He realised that the last meal that she took was the breakfast. And she has skipped lunch.
Sameer immediately made her sit on the nearest chair, and asked the waiter to get a plate of kachori and a glass of buttermilk quickly.
Sameer: Naina, yeh lo paani pee lo pehle. Maine kachori aur chaas mangayi hai. Jab tak aa nahi jaata khana, tum yeh paani peeke hydrate ho jao.
Naina: Sameer ji, aapne bhi toh kuch nahi khaya hoga dopahar se....Apne liye bhi mangwa dijiye.
Sameer: Chakkar tumhe aa rahe hai, mujhe nahi. Isliye, pehle tum pet bharke kha lo. Phir main khaunga.
Seeing Naina's pallu loitering in the floor, he picked it to keep it on her lap, when he noticed that her pallu was torn from the end and his eyes fell on her wrists which had the red bangle only, and her finger had the engagement ring only. He looked at her properly and saw that her earrings were missing and her mangalasutra and the usual gold chain was also missing.
Sameer dragged a chair next to her and asked her.
Sameer: Naina, yeh tumhara pallu phata kyun hai? Aur tumhare baaki ke jewellery kahan gayi? Sirf engagement ring hai tumhare paas. Mujhe yaad hai, subah tumne jhumke pehne the aur haath mein woh Papa ke gift wale kangan bhi pehna tha.
Naina's eyes pooled up once again and she looked at his hand which was resting on her arm.
Naina: Woh..... Sameer ji.....main jab market se aapke peeche gayi toh pata nahi main kis taraf chal ke chali gayi, ki mujhe kuch badmaash log mil gaye. Unhe maine humare haveli ka naam bataya aur kaha ki mujhe wahan drop karde. Woh maan gaye, aur mujhe ek sunsaan raste par le gaye, aur mujhse meri saari jewellery mangi. Main mangalasutra ke liye maana kar rahi thi. Toh unmein se ek auraat, mere mangalasutra ko chinhke lene wali thi, aur utne mein police siren baji aur woh log bhag gaye. Par tab tak, mera mangalasutra toot chuka tha. Aur angoothi ke alawa baaki jewellery woh le chuke the. Toh maine toota hua mangalasutra apni saree ke pallu se thoda phadke kapde mein bandh liya....
I am sorry Sameer ji, maine unhe jewellery leke jaane diya.
Sameer was shocked hearing to Naina, he wasn't concerned about the jewellery. He was scared to think that what if those goons instead taking Naina's jewellery took advantage of Naina's situation or worse, harmed Naina. Then what could have he done?
Sameer engulfed Naina in his arms and caressed her head and said: Naina.....tumhe sorry kehne ki koi jaroorat nahi hai. Mujhe gehne ki chinta nahi hai. Mujhe tumhari hai. Thank God, tum safely mere paas pahunch gayi. Warna tumhara yeh Sameer ji, pagal hogaya hota tumhare bina.
Naina: Lekin, Papaji aur Dadaji se kya kahenge? Maine unka diya hua kangan jaane diya, aur mera mangalasutra bhi toot gaya. Mangalasutra ka tootna ashubh mante hai, aissa maine Bua dadi ko bolte suna tha.
Sameer: Naina.... pehli baat yeh ki Papa aur Dadu kuch nahi bolenge. Unhe bhi gehno se zyada tumse pyaar hai aur rahi baat mangalasutra ki, toh hum isse bana lete hai.
Naina: Par Sameer Ji....
Sameer: Par kuch nahi....Amm dekho. Agar yeh mangalasutra kal ko tumhari dress ki zip se ya kahin atak ke toot jaata. Toh kya tab bhi tum ashubh manti? Dekho, jaane anjaane yeh hogaya na. Chinta maat karo, main tumhe dusra dilwa dunga. Aur iss baar tumhari pasand ka.
Naina: Nahi Sameer Ji... Mangalasutra aisse badalte nahi hai. Shaadi ke waqt mangalasutra ko pujke diya jaata hai na.
Sameer: Naya wala bhi Panditji se pujke tumhe pehna dunga. Ismein kounsi baat hai, Naina.
Naina: Nahi! Aissa thodi hota hai Sameer ji....
Sameer: Accha baba thik hai. Tumhare paas toota hissa hai na, mujhe de do. Main banwa dunga. Thik hai?
Naina nodded her head cutely. Meanwhile the waiter got the order. Seeing Naina have plateful of kachori and glass of buttermilk, he felt content.
It was when Naina had completed her food, and Sameer completed the payment after thanking Rawat Ji for keeping his wife safe with him, the other six came.
Pralay: Naina! Meri bacchi! Shukr hai bhagwan ka tu thik hai.....
Pralay engulfed Naina in his arms and caressed her head.
Naina: Haan bhaiya, main ekdum thik hun aur aapke saamne hun.
Pranati: Naina, mujhe maaf karde. Mujhe tujhe akele nahi jaane dena chahiye tha. Anjaan sheher hai, aur main gair zimmedar hogayi.
Naina: Koi baat nahi bhabhi.
Sameer&Pralay: Aisse kaise koi baat nahi!
Pralay: Agar tu milti nahi toh?
Sameer: Agar tumhe kuch hogaya hota toh? Naina, yeh koi choti baat nahi hai. Tumhare saath kuch bhi ho sakta tha....
Munna: Sameer sahi keh raha hai Bhabhi. Aapko kuch ho jaata toh hum kabhi bhi khudko maaf nahi kar pate.
Anjali: Naina, we are really sorry. Humari carelessness, tumhe aur Sameer ko bhari pad sakta tha.
Naina: Bhabhi, kuch hua toh nahi na. Jo nahi hua hai, uske baare mein sochke kya fayda?
Sameer: Naina, tum chalo....Wapis haveli. Bahut exhausting din tha. Tum thak gayi hogi.
Sameer's blunt reply, made everyone realise that he was mad on them. And it was justified too. If something would have happened to her, Sameer wouldn't have pardoned them and neither they could pardon themselves.
Sameer asked Pandit the keys of the car, that he had booked for him and Naina, and left them all behind.
Swati: Sameer hume kya kabhi maaf nahi karega?
Munna: Karega. Lekin itni asani se nahi. Khudko uske jagah sochke dekhenge toh uska dard samjh aayega.
Pandit: Hmm....
Meanwhile, in the car where Samaina were sitting Naina was sort of tensed seeing Sameer's anger on the others.
Naina: Sameer ji....
Sameer: Naina, nahi! Main janta hun tum kya kahogi. Par please, abhi kuch maat kaho.
Naina: Main toh bas itna keh rahi thi, ki mujhe buddhi ke baal chahiye.....
Naina pouted her lips cutely and showed him the famous puppy face. Sameer knew that she changed the topic, and chuckled seeing her cute face. Who would deny this cute little baby of his.
Sameer parked the car infront of the hawker, and got two candyfloss for her.
Naina: Thank you thank you thank you so much Sameer ji! Aapko pata hai, mujhe budhi ke baal bahut acchi lag ti hai. Juhu pe ek thele wala buddhi ke baal aur balloons bechta hai na, uske paas mere college time mein maano ek khata khul gaya tha. Roz college se ussi raste aati thi, aur buddhi ke baal khati thi.
Sameer: Tum kaisi ho na.....Ek dum phoolon ki tarah. Masoom, komal, mulayam aur khushbu bikherne wali. Bas kuch galat baatein tumhare dimaag mein ghus ke, kanton ki tarah tumhe chubh rahe the....
Naina: Par aapne apne pyaar se, woh saare kante haata diya. Ab bas khushiyon ki aur pyaar ki khusbu rahegi.
Sameer: Haan! Main tumhe waada karta hun Naina, main tumhe itna pyaar dunga ki atith ke saare zakham ke dard tum bhul jaogi. Aur unke nishaan bhi mita dunga main.
Naina kept her palm on top of his, and blinked her eyes.
Naina: Mujhe apne Sameer ji par pura bharosa hai. Aapko koi waada karne ki jaroorat nahi.
Sameer: Bas bas, bahut emotional baatein hogayi aaj. Tum apna candyfloss enjoy karo....Hume jaldi Haveli pahunchna hai. Taki tum fresh hoke aaram kar sako.
Naina nodded her head, and started looking outside.
Naina(in her mind): Main janti hun Sameer Ji, aap kitna darr gaye honge. Aur aapka darna aur bhabhiyon par gussa karna jayaz bhi hai. Agar main aapki jagah par hoti, toh shayad main bhi aisse hi react karti. Do saal dur se pyaar karna aur phir shaadi ke baad achanak se dur ho jaana. Woh bhi itne lambe samay ke liye, bahut muskil hoga aapke liye. Main aapse unhe maaf karne ko nahi bolungi. Woh aapka faisla hai, par iss incident ke wajah se aapka unn sabse dosti ka rishta bigadne bhi nahi dungi. Aapne mujhse saari khushiyan dene ka waada kiya hai, toh main kaise peeche rahun?
Sameer(in his mind): Janta hun tumhare mann mein kya chal raha hoga. Shayad mera impulsive reaction sahi nahi tha. Par woh 5 ghante kaise beete hai, woh sirf mujhe pata hai Naina. Iss ek hafte mein tumhare aas paas hone ki jo aadat lagi hai mujhe, woh aadat ab mere jeene ki jaroorat ban gayi hai. Tumhe bina dekhe, ek pal raha nahi jaata. Aur maine 5 ghante bita diye. Tum bahut acchi ho Naina, kisi ke liye dil mein bair nahi rakh pati, lekin maine zindagi mein itne rishte khoye hai ki ab darr laga rehta hai har pal, kab zindagi apna rang phirse dikha de. Aur tum bhi mujhse dur chali jaogi. Kasam se Naina, agar tum bhi mere se dur chali gayi, toh main jee nahi paunga. Nahi jee paunga tumhare bina. Bina tumhare muh se 'Sameer Ji' sune. Bina tumhari sharmili muskaan dekhe. Woh tumhara mere saath mazakiya hona, meri fikr karna, mujhe time to time khana khane ko remind karna, nahi jee paunga inn sabke bina.
Isliye iss ek gair zimmedaari ko main unka gunah maanke, unhe maaf nahi kar paunga. Itni asani se toh bilkul nahi.
Sameer had stopped the car near a traffic post, where it started to drizzle. And soon, it was raining.
Naina: Sameer ji! Baarish!! 😍😍😍
Sameer: Tumhe baarish pasand hai?
Naina: Haan! Bahut zyada! Main aur Preeti chatt par chale jaaya karte the, aur khub nachte aur bheegte the.
Sameer: Hmmm......Par Naina, abhi tumhe bheegne ka mauka nahi milega. Tum already exhausted hogi, abhi agar bahar bheja toh aur thak jaogi aur most importantly, bimaar pad jaogi. Jaipur ka temperature already low raat ke time. Baarish ke wajah se aur thand pad jayegi.
Naina pouted cutely and said: Please Sameer ji...thodi der. Phir main wapas aa jaungi. Pakka.
Sameer: Nahi Naina! Lo traffic bhi khul gaya hai.
Sameer stepped on the accelerator, and the car moved. While Naina sulked and puffed her cheeks, with her arms crossed infront of her chest. Sameer really liked his cute angry bird wife, but her health matters more than her zidd.
It was when Sameer's phone rang, and seeing it to be an important call. Sameer pulled over the car. And finding it the best opportunity of escape, Naina opened the door and ran out.
Seeing that Sameer immediately called off the phone call, and he too came out of the car. He stood near the car, and saw his wife Naina playing with few kids. They were enjoying splattering water and jumping here and there. And soaking there clothes. A smile played on his face seeing them, and at that moment a song played in the radio system. Which was apt for the situation. He increased the volume, and looked at the playful clan infront of him.
Please play this song, to enjoy the upcoming sequences.
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom....
Listening the music, the children signed each other, and started dancing. Naina too got the que. And smiled at her husband who few minutes ago was adamant about not allowing her to go out.
Ghode Jaisi Chaal Haathi Jaisi Dum
O Saawan Raja Kahaan Se Aaye Tum
Ghode Jaisi Chaal Haathi Jaisi Dum
O Saawan Raja Kahaan Se Aaye Tum
The children imitated like horse and elephant, and shook their feet according to the music and how they had seen in the music video.
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
The boys splattered their feet and shook their waist. While the girls pulled Sameer to the ground where they all were dancing.
Koi Ladki Hai Jab Vo Hansti Hai
Baarish Hoti Hai Chhanar Chhanar Chhumchhum
Koi Ladki Hai Jab Vo Hansti Hai
Baarish Hoti Hai Chhanar Chhanar Chhumchhum
Sameer pointed towards Naina, and moved his fingers downwards beside his shoulder to show rain. And he too splattered water, soaking his jeans. And the boys too followed Sameer, and danced exactly same as him. When the repetition was done.
Koi Ladka Hai Jab Vo Gaata Hai
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Arre Koi Ladka Hai Jab Vo Gaata Hai
Saawan Aata Hai Ghumar Ghumar Ghumghoom
Koi Ladka Hai Jab Vo Gaata Hai
Saawan Aata Hai Ghumar Ghumar Ghumghoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Naina too joined the act, and put her one palm on her ear, and the other arm stretched out towards Sameer. And acted like she was singing. And twirled around in the rain. And girls followed. Theirs frilly fork and Naina's soaked pallu, flew along with them. Which made the scene looked colorful.
Ho Ho Ho Ho
Hey Hey Hey Hey
Sameer held the hands of the kids and ran here and there with them, and jumped on water puddle.
Baadal Jhuke Jhuke Se Hain
Raste Ruke Ruke Se Hain
Naina along with the girls danced as if conversing with the clouds, when Sameer stood next to her and pointed the car block on the square.
Kya Teri Marzi Hai Megha
Par Hum Ko Jaane Na Dega
Aage Hai Barsaat Peechhe Hai Toofan
Mausam Beimaan Kahaan Chale Humtum
Naina pouted her lips and looked at the sky and complained. And joined her palms on top of her head, making a house and shook her head in no.
Sameer pulled her closer from her waist, and lipsynced the lyrics with a mischievous smirk. And blew kisses on her face. Naina's cheeks turned pink and she looked down.
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
The kids jumped around them, and shook her booty, and swirled too.
Koi Ladki Hai Jab Vo Hansti Hai
Baarish Hoti Hai Chhanar Chhanar Chhumchhum
Sameer and the boys pointed towards Naina and the girls, and moved his fingers downwards beside his shoulder to show rain, once again.
Koi Ladka Hai Jab Vo Gaata Hai
Saawan Aata Hai Ghumar Ghumar Ghumghoom
Naina and the girls, put their one palm on their ear, and the other arm stretched out towards Sameer and the boys. And acted like they were singing. And twirled around in the rain. Once more.
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Everyone shook their waist and splattered water here and there. Enjoying the rain dance. By this time, people gathered around the ground and adored the couple dancing with the kids.
Ho Ho Ho Ho
Hey Hey Hey Hey
Sameer held the hands of two girls, and twirled them, and pulled them towards him, making them crash into his torso. And the girls giggled and left by kissing his cheeks.
Ambar Jhuka Jhuka Sa Hai
Sab Kuchh Ruka Ruka Sa Hai
Naina raised her right hand, and bent sidewise to show 'ambar jhuka sa hai' as the rain was becoming slower. And Sameer stood behind her held her waist and stopped her. He made her see the gathering and how everything and everyone have taken a pause.
Chhaya Samaa Kitna Pyaara
Saawan Ka Samjho Ishaara
Naina smiled, and came out of his hold and spreading out her arms, twirled and had her face upwards to feel the raindrops on her face. And Sameer held her hand and pulled her towards him, and made her crash into his torso. Which was now not so covered with the soaked wet shirt.
It was then, Naina realised that both of their clothes were wet, and was sticking to them like second skin and was transparent for Sameer. Thanks to her saree being a silk one. It wasn't transparent. But it did stick to her body. And showed her dips and curves. She looked into Sameer's eyes and found them darker and realised that he too had the same realisation as her right now. Her cheeks become pink again. And she bit her lowerlip in nervousness. Sameer was about to remove it, when with the corner of his eyes he saw the other six approaching them.
Aise Mausam Mein Tum Bhi Kuchh Kaho
Tum Bhi Kuchh Karo Khadi Ho Kyon Gumsum
The other six noticed a crowd present near the ground and decided to see what's happening when they saw Samaina dancing with the kids along the song being played in the radio station.
So, they thought to join in too.
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Ghode Jaisi Chaal Haathi Jaisi Dum
O Saawan Raja Kahaan Se Aaye Tum
Ghode Jaisi Chaal Haathi Jaisi Dum
O Saawan Raja Kahaan Se Aaye Tum
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Koi Ladki Hai Jab Vo Hansti Hai
Baarish Hoti Hai Chhanar Chhanar Chhumchhum
Koi Ladka Hai Jab Vo Gaata Hai
Saawan Aata Hai Ghumar Ghumar Ghumghoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
Chakdhoom Dhoom Chakdhoom Dhoom
The kids pitched in. And dragged Samaina apart.
Sameer, Munna, Pandit, Pralay and the boys pointed towards Naina, Swati, Anjali, Pranati and the girls, and moved his fingers downwards beside his shoulder to show rain, once again. Naina, Swati, Anjali, Pranati and the girls, put their one palm on their ear, and the other arm stretched out towards Sameer, Munna, Pandit, Pralay and the boys. And acted like they were singing. And twirled around in the rain. Once more.
Ho Ho Ho Ho
Hey Hey Hey Hey
Ho Ho Ho Ho
La La La...
Everyone shook their waist and splattered water here and there. Enjoying the rain dance. By this time, people gathered around the ground, joined them and they too enjoyed the rain.
