way

there's a voice in my head, it comes as a gentle nudge to guide me to my final destination on this path, this open road, this way. it encourages me to spread my wings to fly away to wherever I want to head to in my own way.

(hey, you've waited for it every day, rail that I drew following the wind. now, fly into the sky, yeah. when the world becomes a small fluttering that won over the fear, no more worries, yeah)

my accompanying voice – it brings me up, uplifts me and encourages me all the way. now, as I change, I start to believe in myself again. 

(shall we fly? wherever until the end of the horizon again, telling once more my story, oh oh, open your wings~)

all the new changes light up my heart and lead me into the right direction. now I see everything in a new light.

(white clouds that welcome me, everything is like a dream, that warm sunlight surrounds my heart; oh, a small present dedicated to me~) 

on and on I fly away,

(fly high to a higher place, step one more step, yeah yeah yeah yeah again to my world)

there's the road to an open path and up here in the sky. I still have a long journey ahead to bloom towards spring and wonderland. I know there's no instant change, but I'll find my way through it all someday. that, I believe, is the beauty of that one small but first step of courage.

now as I go on my way, my heart is finally at ease because I know that there's

(a place waiting for me to the sky dark and light; as if dancing don't stop, fly away~)

(following the wind, I go further; delightful trembling that I feel in this moment. oh, never stop, fly away~)

before long, everything comes to me like a dawning resolution, a patient response, music to my ears and like an answered prayer. there is peace and there is everlasting joy in my heart. I'm remembering this moment as I go, knowing someday years later I'd be truly proud of how far I've come. it's been a long day, a long way.
