(Training Ground 7...)

"Ninja must know how to conceal their movements and hide effectively..." Kakashi said out loud so that the hiding Genin could hear him clearly. Well they understand that much... They've hidden well... Kakashi thought complementing about how good Hinata and Sasuke hid themselves almost perfectly, but then he noticed something, "Huh...?"

"Yo Sensei... What you said earlier... 'Come at me with the intent to kill...' Did you really mean it...?" the blond boy asked standing out in the open while scratching his head.

(Hokage Cabin...)

Iruka was about to shout out his concerns about Naruto being assigned to someone like Kakashi, but Hiruzen raised his hand prompting him to stop and then Hiruzen calmly said, "I know that you are worried about Naruto... I am also worried Iruka... But not about Naruto..."

(Training Ground 7...)

"Fool...!" Sasuke muttered to himself when he saw the blond boy going out in the open to confront the Jounin.

"You know... Compared to the others, you're a little bit weird..." Kakashi couldn't help but say.

"Oh yeah...? The only thing weird here is your hair cut..." Naruto shot back. But then he sighed and asked again, "You said, 'Come at me with the intent to kill...' Did you really mean it...?"

(Hokage Cabin...)

"What do you mean Lord Hokage...?" Iruka asked perplexed.

"It's not Naruto who I'm worried about..." Hiruzen took a pause to release the smoke and continued, "It is Kakashi that I'm worried about..."

"huh...?"

(Training Ground 7...)

Kakashi lazily pulled out his favorite orange colored book and said, "Yes, I mean it... Come at me with the intent to kill..."

Naruto looked at Eevee and she shrugged in her own foxy way and went to a near by tree shade to rest. Naruto turned back to Kakashi and said, "Alright..."

Kakashi was able to read only one word from the book before his instincts that he honed from years of battlefield experience were screaming at him to 'move... and move fast...' which he did and he was thankful for his instincts as the ground he was standing earlier got destroyed as the blond boy attacked by jumping up and coming down with the heel of his foot causing spiderweb cracks to originate from the point of impact. Kakashi was saved by his instincts alone as the lucky Jounin and the nearby hidden Genin had to brace themselves from the shockwaves resulting from the impact of the missed attack. The hidden Genin knew that Naruto was still not using excessive force because they have seen Naruto's strength which was even greater.

Kakashi's eyes became so wide with shock that they looked like they will fall right out of their sockets at any moment. He forgot all about reading his favorite book and put it back in his pouch and immediately made a ram hand sign. Soon his entire body glowed bright for two seconds and then returned to normal.

"Oh... Resistance seals...?" Naruto asked in excitement.

Kakashi didn't respond to the question and narrowed his eye. I heard of his strength and speed but never imagined it would be this scary...! It seems that he inherited monstrous strength from his adoptive mother, insane speed from his birth father... But what did he inherit from Lady Kush... Kakashi did not get to finish his trail of thought as his instincts screamed at him and he had to dodge again. He barely avoided the punch that the blond boy threw this time aiming for his head. Depending on the severity of the damage which he could sense behind him caused by the shockwave originating from that missed punch, Kakashi was sure that his head would've been shattered into tiny molecules in a spray of blood if he hadn't been able to dodge in time.

Never thought that I would have to deactivate all my resistance seals for fighting anyone other than Guy...! Kakashi thought. His whole body was sweating and shaking with the amount of strain he's putting it under just to barely dodge the attacks. He was about to adjust his headband to reveal the Sharingan eye, so that he could live past this fight against the walking and talking Natural Disaster called Naruto, but he was not able to do so as Naruto appeared inside his guard and was about to grab the bells with a speed far greater than anyone that Kakashi had seen other than Guy.

Kakashi again on his instincts alone used a Replacement Technique with Hinata who was hidden nearby and escaped. Naruto was aiming for the midsection of Kakashi where the bells were tied to the Jounin's waist, but the abrupt turn of events caused Naruto to grab Hinata by her waist which caused the shocked girl's face to turn bright red and she was about to faint and fall down but Naruto held her by her waist from falling down like how a prince holds a princess in a fairy tale.

"Hinata... Hinata... Are you alright...?" Naruto asked panicking that he might have hurt his friend. He did not realize that his face was too close to the girl's face.

Naruto-kun... He's only inches away... Hinata thought in between the loud sounds of her heart beat with a red face.

The blond boy noticed that the girl's face is too red and asked, "Hmmm... Your face is looking a little red there... You okay...? You got a fever...? Let me feel your head..." and he then put his palm on her forehead to check for fever, which caused the shy girl to panic and in confusion she mistakenly headbutted the blond boy so hard that she knocked herself out and at the same time sent the blond boy straight to the tree where Eevee was resting. Naruto hit the tree trunk face first making an indent of his face on the trunk and then slid down slowly near Eevee. The female fox woke up at the sound of something hitting something and saw her companion collapsed near her with swirls in his eyes and then she turned her head to look at Hinata who was some feet away unconscious with swirls in her eyes too. The fox just shrugged in a very foxy way and went back to her sleep.

(A little far away...)

That was a real close one... I should be very careful the next time when I say 'Come at me with the intent to kill' to him. Kakashi thought. He was sweating all over his body and he was breathing very hard as he was leaning on a tree. He had to push his body too far to avoid just those two attacks from Naruto and now his body is aching all over as a consequence.
