Chapter Four
I don't own the picture.
A couple of moments before we last left off, Lily Loud was busy finishing up her latest batch of homework. She was a straight A student after all and didn't want to disappoint her parents. Not to mention that she was fairly popular unlike her former sisters who continue to be bullied for their sin against her brother. She often seen them walking back home after school. They were covered in bruises and had some bandages covering up some wounds. It was too sad to look at, but she just turned her head and run back home.
"Sigh...I wonder what I continued to grow up in that house?" She wondered aloud. It was a question that she often thought about when she was alone. Her life was great, but what could've happened if she was never removed from the Loud House. Would her friends stay by her side? Would her new family try and help her?
Lily shook her head at this since these questions were pretty much pointless. Everything happened for a reason and it was far too late to change the outcome. She is no longer a Loud. She may have their blood, but that doesn't mean that she considers them family...no matter how painful it is to remove herself from her brother. Luckily, her parents told her that she can cut ties with the Loud parents and sisters while keeping her sibling relationship with her brother.
Her thoughts were cut off when she saw a beautiful bird with red and blue feathers. It looked very mystic and she was in awe of it. Just then it phased through the window which left her in shock.
"What in the...." She began before she saw a letter tied to one of its legs. Lily slowly untied it from the bird which didn't seem to be bothered by her presence. As she began to read the letter, Clyde and his friends walked in.
"Lily, I'm here to see y..." Clyde began before noticing the bird in the living room.
"Um...Did your dads buy a bird?" Sid asked.
"I don't think so...they would've told me if they did." Clyde said. The group was still confused before Lily finished reading the letter.
"Clyde! You won't believe what the letter says!" Lily exclaimed excitedly.
"What does it say?" Clyde asked.
"Lincoln wants to see us!" Lily said. Which lead to the group shouting that their missing friend wanted to see them. Unaware that one of the Louds heard them and rushed to tell the rest of the family. An event that would be the start of tons of drama between the missing son and his so called family (minus Lily).
Hope you enjoyed the chapter...Bye 👋
