Author's note" Hey guys I'm back from my trip so that means the updates should be coming daily now so I hope you all like this chapter!

Merida's POV

I woke up in a dark room where only one little hole shined light in. I looked down and saw I was still in my regular outfit and that I haven't been injured..........yet. I looked around and the walls around me turned out to be some kind of stone. This isn't Pitch's old lair though. He must've moved me. I looked out the little hole and I saw the forest where I had come from. At least I'm not too far away from the others, they'll find me soon. Until then I have to think of what I'm going to do next.

I walk around until I trip over something. My body hits the ground and I turn to see some type of troll in the corner.

"Watch where your going Red." he says grumpily.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"I'm Mitchecherson Sloginith the second, King of the Trolls, but you can call me Mitch." he replied.

"King of the Trolls?" I questioned, "Then how'd you end up here."

"The Nortix likes to take over kingdoms in different dimension, I'm from the Belua dimension." he said. "The Nortix captured me in here, and now you're my new cell mate."

"Not for long." I stated "I'm going to either escape or my friend's are coming to rescue me."

"Well they better hurry up if you're anything like the last guardian." he said.

"What guardian?" I gulped.

"The lat guardian was tall blonde woman, she could control the sun so she used shine some light in here, she was very nice. That is until sh started turning."

Penelope!

"What do you mean by turning?" I asked.

"She started forgetting stuff the next day, her powers started to become more powerful but her personality and mind started to fade. The day after she forgotten who she even was, all she knew how to do was use her powers. She stopped talking and when I asked her if she was alright she burned me with her powers."

Mitch turned over and I saw the scar on his arm.

"Oh no, oh no, Mitch you got to help me. Please, I have to escape I can't become like that!" I cried.

"Hey hey it's alright," he comforted me. "I'll try okay but it's impossible to get out. We'll have to wait till feeding time which is tomorrow morning."

"What if it's too late then?" I asked.

"Here tell me all about yourself and your friends so if you start losing your memory I'll remind you." he said.

If I tell him about myself he could turn against me, but if I don't I might now even no who I am. What else could I lose?

I told him my name and I started telling him how I became a guardian and my past life, I told him how I met Jack, Hiccup, and Rapunzel. I told him how much Jack and I played tricks on one another, how much Rapunzel and I laughed together and how I fell in love with Hiccup. How all the guardians were very nice and funny. He was very interested in everything I was saying. He was a very good listener.  I explained how I love archery and red apples. How I love hunting and riding the wind. I told him that my power is I can control anything. I'm mostly good at controlling fire and water though.

"If you don't mind I think Red suits you better." he chuckled.

I frowned at him. "Fine, now I've told you enough about myself I want to know about you."

He began telling me about how he became King and how he ruled with his wife Helena and it turns out he had a little troll daughter named Mirabelle. He likes to fish and build things. The Nortix apparently captured his wife and daughter too but sent them to a different dimension. He told me that the first thing he wants to do when he gets out is travel every dimension until he finds them. His story was rather touching.

There was a peaceful silence between us until we heard a loud shriek of a beast.
