During his research into how to cure the ongoing degradation of his mental faculties, Prime had found a way in which his Brothers could aid him in keeping hold of the more important information.

Hr found that by using a modified version of the technique used to transfer his consciousness into a new body he could instead store specific memories in the individual Brothers mind.

It was somewhat difficult to find the correct adjustments to make (he lost a few Brothers along the way) but fortunately his Brothers were so eager to serve it was never difficult to find one willing to except "The honor of aiding their Brother's experiments"

It was quite the unexpected surprise when he realized that not only did the Brothers chosen to bear his memories prove the most natural candidates for when it was time to select a new vessel. But that he could temporarily transfer his consciousness into these Brothers while his current vessel still functioned.

Naturally upon this discovery he had decreed that ALL his Brothers would be allowed to bear a fragment of his mind -it wasn't fair to play favorites after all- and help his ascension to a higher plain of enlightenment.

This had the effect of massively increasing his ability to personally oversee matters of importance. And even those that didn't require his presence could be instantaneously be reported to him via the telepathic link shared between he & his Brothers (another most pleasant side effect) thereby allowing him to listen on every interaction his Brothers had with the subject of the new worlds without them censoring themselves due to his presence.
