Hello, and welcome to the game sign-up form! Submit your cat here to join the game!

The first 12 people to sign up will be accepted as full on warriors and medicine cats. The next 8 people to sign up will be accepted as warrior and medicine cat apprentices.

Everyone else who signs up after the first 20 people will be added onto the Waiting List. If you're at the top of the Waiting List, you'll be the first one to join the game whenever a queen has a litter of kits! Whenever a queen has kits, up to 6 people from the Waiting List will be accepted into the game. Everyone after that just moves up.

You can only have 1 character.

All you need to do to sign up is to fill out the following form with one warrior cat oc of yours.

Name: (full name)

Gender: (tom or she-cat)

Appearance: (pelt and eye colors, any special details)

Desired Rank: (leader, deputy, warrior or medicine cat)

Password: (two tags!)

Other than the first 20 cats, you will start the game as a kit; your desired rank is what you want to grow up to be. Leader and Deputy ranks are taken.
