Sophia made the decision to confront Fred right away. She found him in the common room and straight away walked over to him.

"Hey Goldie, you okay? Heard you found that Hufflepuff kid..." he attempted to offer her a small smile,

"Why'd you tell Peeves to be nice to me?" Fred's eyes widened and he went slightly red, he rubbed the back of his head,

"Because he told me I could pick one person he'd be Peeves nice to, I picked you because George and Lee already get some kind of special treatment from him so does Emmy, and because I like you. You're nice and a badass" she laughed slightly and found her cheeks going red. Emmy was Emberlynn Black. One of Sophia's many cousins, she was a Slytherin and lived with the Weasley's

"But..." she started,

"Because I like you" he poked her nose before walking off to Lee and George, Hermione then ran over and engulfed Sophia in a tight hug.

Sophia found Fred and George's parades for Harry quite funny, they annoyed her brother so that was an added bonus.

Before the term ended, Sophia was approached by Leo in the corridor.

"Soph... I'm scared" she looked at her brother confused and pulled him over to the side,

"Why what's wrong?" She asked, concerned.

"What if the monster attacks me!" Sophia sighed and cupped her brothers face,

"It won't I promise, it's only attacking muggleborns" Leo looked down, still scared.

"But Draco said it would attack me because I'm weak! Celestia agreed!" Sophia's eyes widened in anger, but she once again assured Leo he'd be okay before going to find her older siblings. She found Draco first.

"Draco!" She screamed, his eyes widened at her,

"What?" He folded his arms, she marched straight up to him and slapped him across the face, "what was that for!"

"What you did to Leo" she turned on her heel and went to find Celestia, apparently all the fourth years were in one of larger classrooms waiting for a talk, Sophia marched in and headed for Celestia when she felt strong arms around her waist carrying her out the room.

"Hey! What!" She called, Fred placed her down on the floor once they were in the corridor.

"Today is not the day to do something stupid... as much as I'd like to see it" Fred sighed, she rolled her eyes and folded her arms,

"But she was horrible to Leo!" Fred looked back at her confused,

"Leo?" Sophia rolled her eyes and Fred sighed,

"My younger brother" he nodded, she could see the recognition in his eyes, if it was Ginny he'd be reacting in the same way.

"Alright... me and George will do a prank on her, how bad was what she did?" Sophia explained the situation to him and he nodded, "okay so a real good prank then" Sophia smiled,

"Thank you Fred" he nodded, without thinking Sophia moved forward and hugged him, he laughed and hugged her back,

"It's alright, I like you Goldie. You're my favourite second year" George began mocking them from behind, Sophia flushed red and Fred rolled his eyes before walking off back to the room clearly explaining the situation to George, who smiled and nodded.

A day later, Sophia saw the prank unfold, they were in the great hall when a package arrived for Celestia. Fred winked at her and Sophia knew this was the prank, Hermione looked over with curiosity.

Celestia smirked and went to open it, that's when it exploded in her face, but that wasn't the end of it. Fireworks had rushed out of it and when they went off, it let a bunch of green goo fall over her head. The whole hall burst out laughing and Sophia smiled brightly at Fred who gave her a nod and wink, which only made her turn a whole new shade of red.

As Sophia and her friends walked through the corridor, still laughing, an angry Celestia stormed over,

"You did this!" She seethed, her hair dyed green,

"I wish I did, honestly Cel. The green hair suits you" she laughed and continued walking, annoyed Celestia had stormed off down the corridor, cursing.

Sophia enjoyed the holidays at first, it consisted of playing exploding snap and getting stare at Fred. And talk to Fred. And listen to Fred. And just a lot of Fred.

On Christmas, Hermione had shaken Sophia awake and given her a present before demanding they go finish the potion,

"Merry Christmas to you too" Sophia had replied before agreeing.

They were allowed to return to their room before going to wake the boys.

The girls decided to open their presents. Sophia received some perfumes from her mother, which she was certain were very expensive and a book about Blood Supremacy from her father. Hermione had gotten her a few copies of some
Muggle books as well as some of what Hermione called 'normal things' from the Muggle World which impressed Sophia. Ron had gotten her a Chudley Canons book, she found it funny, whenever they talked about Quidditch he tried to convert her to a Canons supporter. She supported the Magpies, she'd heard her father say he hated them when she was six, so she made them her team. Harry had gotten her a new art set, she did like drawing. There were two packages left. The first, she discovered was from Mrs Weasley. It was a knitted jumper with an S sewn into it, Hermione had received one too. The final present was small, Sophia opened it to find a bracelet that had a lion charm on it, smiling she put it on. The note said,

Merry Christmas Goldie

She smiled and then left with Hermione to go wake the boys,

The great hall looked beautiful, Sophia almost regretted not staying for Christmas the previous year. All the Weasley's, Harry, Hermione and Sophia were wearing their new jumpers. Draco made some snide comments but she rolled her eyes and ignored it,

"Thank you for the bracelet, it's beautiful" Sophia smiled, Fred looked over at her and returned the smile.

"No problem Goldie, hey have you noticed?" He pointed at Percy's prefect badge, but it didn't say Prefect, it said 'pinhead' Sophia began laughing hysterically, only stopping when Hermione dragged her over to talk about the plan, Sophia was to turn into Pansy Parkinson. A girl she didn't really like, Sophia had stolen Pansys hairbrush, she, like Hermione, would have to lie and say she decided to come back for Christmas. Draco and Pansy were great friends so he'd likely tell her anything.

Eventually, they were drinking the potion. Not much changed for Sophia, she grew slightly which hurt and her hair changed colour and her nose changed shape. Sophia had never realised how similar she was to her childhood friend. Sophia's eyes widened as she looked in the mirror and saw the face of Pansy Parkinson staring back at her,

"Now this is weird" she expressed, Ron and Harry stepped out looking like Crabbe and Goyle. "But that's weirder"

Hermione told them to leave without her, reluctantly, Sophia did. Luckily, she knew where the Slytherin common room was. She got them down to the corridor and the right floor then, Percy appeared behind them. He started to question them before Draco appeared.

"Pansy?" He asked shocked, walking toward her, "Thought you went home" he hugged her, her eyes widened and she hugged him back. It had been a long time since she'd hugged her brother,

"Changed my mind" she folded her arms, Draco nodded in approvement and led them into the common room. He then thrust a newspaper clipping. It was about Mr Weasley, Sophia faked a laugh and Draco smiled at her. He began making comments against the Weasleys,

"And of course my sister has to go and get a crush on one of them, she's lucky father doesn't know... although I think Celestia may tell him..." Sophia's eyes widened slightly, her father could not find out about her crush on Fred. Draco then rattled on about the attacks, revealing it wasn't him.

"I wish I knew who it was" he sighed, Sophia was shocked. She had been sure her brother would at least know who was behind it, Harry and Ron kept probing but it was clear he didn't know anything.

Draco then revealed the house had been raided.

"My stupid sister, we knew she'd tell them our hiding places so we moved everything to the place she always forgets, the secret chamber under the drawing room" Sophia had to stop herself from calling out in annoyance, she always forgot that room existed. Always.

They then had to leaved Sophia's hair was growing in length and she knew it wasn't long before she turned back into herself,

"How do you forget about a whole room?" Ron questioned as they reached the bathroom,

"It's a big house, I can't remember everything that's in it" she sulked, folding her arms, "Mione?" She called out, but when they'd finally coaxed Hermione out, their eyes all widened. She was a cat.

Hermione spent the next few weeks in the hospital wing, Sophia visited whenever she could. Which meant she spent all her free time and skipped some lessons to be with her best friend,

One night, they ended up in Myrtles bathroom and found an old tattered diary that Ron explained belonged to a former pupil, fifty years ago. Sophia was incredibly confused at this,

Hermione got out of the hospital in February and theorised that the owner of the diary might've stopped the Heir of Slytherin, but with no way to read the diary, they abandoned the theory,

On Valentines Day, the hall was decorated in pink flowers. Sophia found it strange, apparently they'd be getting Valentines cards delivered all day.

"Sophia Malfoy!" One of the dwarves called and ran over to her whilst she chatted with Hermione, "lots of ones here..." he handed her stack of six Valentines. "Six is too many for me to deal with" and he walked off,

"Wow Soph, you have lots of admirers" Hermione teased, the two laughed and opened them together in a secluded corner. Ernie MacMillan, she should've expected that one. Terry Boot, Michael Corner she thought they were in Ravenclaw. Seamus, she didn't expect that one. Maybe it had been a dare, she decided it was a dare. There was one from a first year who she didn't recognise the name of. And of course, Jazz. Sophia was disappointed that she didn't get one from Fred but brushed it off.

Later that day, Harry received a singing Valentine that Sophia tried really hard not to laugh at,

Eileen also broke up with her boyfriend. She found out he'd been cheating on her, everyone in the dorm attempted to cheer her up, but it didn't work. Neither did Bree's interesting speech.

"I'm going to go hex someone" Sophia said, angry. Harry and Ron nodded in agremeent but Hermione stopped them,

"Look, if you do that it's gonna be you who ends up in trouble"

"So what?"

"So, we need to come up with something more creative" then it hit her, this guy Eileen had been dating valued his reputation, if they got a rumour out about him. That would hurt him more than anything. So Sophia started the rumour, and by the next day everyone in the school had heard it, and everyone in the school hated him.

The next day, Harry told them awful news. Hagrid had been the one to open the chamber all those years ago. She want sure she believed it, she didn't want to believe it. They decided not to mention it unless another attack occurred,

Sophia couldn't be bothered with choosing her subjects, so she chose the same ones as Ron and Harry, Hermione was not happy with them about this.

Sophia and Hermione were shocked to hear that the diary had gone missing, they didn't know who could've taken it.

The next day was Quidditch, and Harry was hearing voices again. Hermione had run off, telling Sophia to go to the game and enjoy staring at Fred.

Sophia had gone off to try and find Hermione before the Game, but McGonagall found her first,

"Sophia..." she said softly, the blonde stared back confused at her professor, "you need to come with me" Sophia walked off after her, "you may want to prepare yourself... there's been another attack" this was all Sophia needed to hear, she knew what happened. Tears filled her eyes as she ran ahead to the hospital wing. Throwing the doors open, her mouth dropped as she it, tears flowing down her cheeks like waterfalls, Hermione was lying there,
